As we embark on an ambitious new five-year strategy, we're looking for an exceptional Director of Finance & Compliance to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape our future.

This is far more than a finance role. Working closely with our CEO, Board and Finance & Risk Committee, you'll provide strategic financial leadership, oversee governance and compliance, and ensure the long-term sustainability of a growing, values-driven charity supporting young people across the region.

We're seeking a qualified finance professional who combines strong strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You'll be equally comfortable presenting financial insights to trustees, leading budgeting and forecasting, managing risk and compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.

Most importantly, you'll share our passion for creating opportunities and improving outcomes for young people.
