The Individual Giving Manager will play a vital role in fundraising activities to support our mission of providing care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. The Fundraising Officer at the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT) supports a wide range of the charity’s activities, including but not limited to, helping to develop and grow income from individual donors with a focus on developing strong relationships with donors and families; as well as assisting with CHECT’s overall admin and operations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping families affected by retinoblastoma and shares our values to increase awareness through communications and appeals, expanding our social media and website content and supporting our exciting fundraising efforts.

You will have a high level of autonomy and will be given the opportunity to develop new ideas in a role that is varied and flexible. 

Key Objectives of the role:

• To assist the Fundraising Manager on the organisation of events primarily mass participation events
• To assist the Fundraising Manager in providing excellent stewardship to all of CHECT’s supporters
• Management of the fundraising inbox, social media and regular email and telephone communications
• To provide admin and communication support to the wider CHECT team, monitoring the info@inbox and collecting and sending office post

The Head of Youth Engagement & Participation is a key senior leadership role at Peer Power Youth. Responsible for leading the youth engagement team (YET) across all aspects of safe and supported youth engagement (individual change) and ensuring youth voices contribute to tangible and meaningful system change (participation/system change).

About Us

The Upper Room (TUR) works with a wide range of financially and socially disadvantaged groups including homeless people, people with long-term mental health conditions, asylum-seekers, refugees and ex-offenders – helping them to improve their lives and become productive members of society. Central to our offering is our UR4Meals service, providing free, home-cooked food to people who cannot afford to provide for themselves. We are also very proud of our UR4Driving programme, which supports people recently out of prison with free driving lessons in exchange for community volunteering. Gaining a driving licence greatly enhances their future employability prospects and helps break the cycle of re-offending. Additionally, our UR4Jobs project focusses on both client wellbeing and breaking down the many barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged people every day.

The role

Is an exciting new edition to the TUR team, created to capitalise on the fact that the number of businesses in our catchment area is 45000+, but we’re not trying to talk to all of them, just target a few – ideally by gaining referrals and recommendations. So the job is to proactively find those local businesses happy to talk to us, understand what they might be looking for by partnering with a charity, share our brilliant story along with the business case (which is strong) for them to get involved with us in some way. We have made an excellent start, we already have a small number of great corporate partners, and this job is about taking it all on to the next level. As you would expect the role is about creating contacts, networking, maximising the face-to-face time with prospective partners and where possible gaining referrals. About You

We’re looking for a part-time Senior Operations Manager with extensive operational, business, Health & Safety, IT and HR experience. Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, SE16.  Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with volunteering and children and families’ projects.

T&T has grown substantially over the last 5 years, and we are in an exciting time for the charity. We are reviewing our long-term aims and changing local needs to ensure  programme delivery continues our extensive track record of positive outcomes. JOB PURPOSE 

UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an ambitious and proactive Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy team. 

In this exciting role, you will lead on the management of a number of our existing and new relationships with companies to create and grow mutually beneficial, multi-year partnerships, playing a key part in the success of our annual fundraising programme. This role is predominately an account management post, with some new business development.

ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES 

• Lead on the management of a number of high value strategic corporate partnerships, liaising across departments and virtual teams to monitor, evaluate and report on progress against partnership KPIs, targets, activities and budgets. 
• Develop annual and multi-year budgets and plans for partners. 
• Identify opportunities for partnership visibility and communications, and where possible employee engagement.

• Develop NSDAS strategically with CEO and our Surrey Domestic Abuse Partners
• Responsible for running of Outreach Service
• Work with CEO to ensure smooth running of the service
• Work with CEO to undertake consultation with experts to develop future policy, practice and services
• Raise profile of NSDAS and encourage multi-agency and joint working

Leaders in Community (LiC) is an award-winning youth-led organisation with over 15 years' experience in delivering youth leadership and youth social action campaigns, supporting local young people challenge and overcome inequalities and barriers to progression.

As the Partnerships and Services Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and as such will be a member of the leadership team, to deliver Leaders in Community’s (LiC) work to empower young people and communities to improve quality of life and build a sustainable future in line with the Charity’s vision and mission. Working alongside the leadership team, you will oversee, and capacity build the services being delivered in our vibrant community centre, which is located in the historic East End of London.

We are looking to recruit an Event Manager as part of the Events team, supporting the organisation and delivery of FIGO events – including the biennial FIGO World Congress, online and regional events, webinars and internal FIGO events – providing world-class programming and an excellent experience to our growing network of stakeholders.
