The Role
The role will be at the heart of our London and Hertford delivering Community Investment and partnership actively through commissioning and supporting activity that creates social impact. You will lead in the delivery and ongoing development of a Locality based Community Investment strategy, embedding our Thriving Communities, Customer Impact and Corporate Plan priorities across two localities.
Reporting to the Community Investment and Partnership Manager this post will be embedded with our other customer facing teams and require excellent partnership skills, a focus on delivering social impact, ability to identify opportunities for fundraising and programme development and commitment to customer service with the confidence to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Creating, implementing and overseeing the delivery of a wide-ranging programme of interventions in localities
- Ensuring that contracts and projects are managed effectively, including performance management that demonstrates our social impact
- Ensuring the smooth and effective financial management of projects via contracts and grants, including adhering to procurement and financial regulations
- Supporting the Partnerships and Funding team by writing bids that bring in external funding to deliver social impact in our communities
- Working collaboratively with Community Investment colleagues to ensure the Thriving Communities vision is delivered in localities
- Working effectively with our Grants Officer to support the grant programmes and work with awardees as required

What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have significant experience and expertise in the Community Investment sector gained from working in a similar role.
You'll need excellent partnership skills, a focus on delivering social impact, ability to identify opportunities for fundraising and programme development and commitment to customer service with the confidence to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
You'll also have:
- A proven track record of positive stakeholder engagement and relationship management, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written, tailored to a range of audiences
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience of quality assurance of projects, including monitoring and evaluation systems
- Confidence with budget management and financial systems
- IT literate and able to use technology for effective project delivery

Role Summary
The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. Acting as the organisation’s lead “sales” and business development professional, you will contribute to and manage our strong pipeline of partner schools and organisations, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maximise long-term engagement.

Role Overview

Conditions and Benefits:
- Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (£40,000 - £45,000 FTE)
- Part time (3 days/week).
- 27 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
- Remote working/home-based, accessible for travel to London for meetings. Occasional travel to Copenhagen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Donor Identification, solicitation and management
- Work with the UK Country Manager to grow the donor portfolio in the UK by identifying prospects, building relationships and secure gifts from high net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors.
- Identify and deliver unique stewardship and cultivation opportunities for donors.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors through various personalised approaches, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events and written and verbal communications.
- Ensure excellent and timely response to enquiries and stewardship and acknowledgement of gifts.
Events coordination
- Work with the UK Country Manager to help shape and deliver events and other engagement opportunities to generate income, cultivate and steward donors.
- Take responsibility for tailored and timely event follow-up to maximise relationships and using learnings and data from past events to develop donor engagement, referrals and gifts.
Research, communications and administration
- Research potential new donors and funding streams.
- Support the production of proposals, pitches, reports and general supporter communications.
- Use Salesforce to manage the accurate recording of interactions and progression related to all donor relationships
- Provide executive assistance to the UK Country Manager and senior stakeholders in relation to scheduling supporter meetings, drafting communications and provision of information to underpin successful supporter engagement.
- Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of HPF’s programmes.
- Carry out administrative activities and other duties, as required, to maximise fundraising.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Experience developing relationships with and securing funding from high-net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors.
- Entrepreneurial approach to relationship management and creating new fundraising initiatives.
- Experience in coordination and delivery of bespoke, high-quality events for influential audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and a proactive networker, able to act as a spokesperson and ambassador for HPF.
- Experience of writing inspiring, emotive, and technically fundraising communications and materials tailored to a major donor audience.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Results driven self-starter, able to operate independently and under pressure, whilst also able to engage meaningfully in a virtual team.

Job Overview
The Social Value and Community Manager will develop, drive and deliver a strategic programme of social value, community partnership and sustainability initiatives for The Fitzrovia Partnership (a Business Improvement District). This is a newly created role to join the TFP team and provides an exciting platform to develop a fully-functional programme in response to growing demand from our member businesses and partners, building upon nascent foundations and aligned to our wider strategy. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Person Specification
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
· A formal qualification in a related field (i.e Social Value, ESG, sustainability) or equivalent work experience.
· Previous first-hand experience in the innovation, design and delivery of ESG and sustainability leading edge initiatives.
· Proven expertise of ESG and sustainability principles and their application to operational services.
· Proven evidence of delivery of projects and initiatives – we are looking for those who create the ideas and concepts and who can then deliver on them!
· Strong experience of partnership relationship management.
