About the role

This is an exciting role within Spear’s programme delivery team, leading and inspiring Centre Managers across a region to deliver high-quality coaching and strong outcomes for young people. The role combines line management, performance oversight and contributing to the ongoing development of Spear’s coaching culture and curriculum. The London Boroughs Outcomes Partnership (LBOP) delivers homelessness prevention services across London, supporting families living in temporary accommodation, as well as single adults and childless couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About the role

City Harvest relies on voluntary income to raise £4.2 million each year, with corporate partnerships contributing around 30% of total income. This role is central to managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate supporters, from smaller partnerships through to strategic, multi-year relationships. As City Harvest continues to secure new partnerships worth £50k+, you will play a key role in setting these up for success and delivering excellent account management and stewardship. Demand for our specialist tutoring programmes for Children Looked After, those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) continues to increase and we are seeking a dedicated and effective Partnerships Account Manager to join our team and support the increased demand for our provision and the continued scaling of our organisation.

The Organisation

Equal Education is a social enterprise working to improve outcomes and narrow the attainment gap for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, including Children Looked After, those with SEND, and unaccompanied asylum seeking children. We have over 13 years’ experience delivering 1:1 tuition, working with hundreds of Schools and Local Authority partners across the country, reaching hundreds of pupils annually. 

As a member of the Fair Education Alliance, we believe in providing meaningful educational provision to students whose needs may not be best met within a traditional classroom environment, those who aren’t currently accessing education, or who benefit from additional 1:1 support. We work with over 200 qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring and mentoring for children of all ages. Tutors provide pastoral care and work with pupils to increase engagement and attainment. What is the Role?
In this role, you will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience in generating six-figure strategic, new business partnerships from cold in the charity sector or in a commercial setting and proven ability to meet and exceed personal targets.
• An externally focused and proactive attitude, with the energy and passion to engage people and excite them about WaterAid, alongside the ability to forge effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including internal and external C-suite.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for writing high-quality and engaging proposals for a corporate audience.
• Strong working understanding of charity-corporate partnerships, corporate sustainability, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Understanding and experience of international development
• Understanding of and active interest in the agriculture and food & beverage sectors, including key materially important sustainability topics.

Citadel is a volunteer-powered homelessness prevention project that supports people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to find a place to live, settle into a home, and feel part of a welcoming and supportive community. Coordinators recruit and train volunteers before matching them with a person referred for support. Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

Our Employability & Progression Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of High Trees’ employment support programmes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred provision for residents facing complex barriers to employment.

Slade Gardens Community Play Association is a small registered charity that operates a 1.25-acre staffed adventure playground in the heart of Lambeth.
