Job description

This is a really exciting time to join Money Ready as we continue to shape our Fundraising and Communications Directorate. Following a successful rebrand and merger in 2025, we are continuing to invest in our Fundraising team.

The Fundraising team is a small (7) but mighty team driving fundraising efforts across the UK. The team currently raises over £5m predominantly through multi-year strategic partnerships.

The Senior Development Manager will lead new business through securing new significant partnerships, major donors and maximising commercial opportunities and line manage the New Business Manager.

This role requires strategic vision but also the ability to work as a hands-on member of the team. The person will work closely with Money Ready’s Fundraising & Communications Director, CEO and trustee’s to ensure Money Ready are leveraging contacts, networks and expertise to achieve our ‘Money - A language for life strategy’
