Responsibilities of our Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer:
- The successful candidate will lead the development of new, long-term corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.
- The Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer will be pivotal in driving new income for the charity, working as one with teams across the charity to identify new opportunities for potential corporate funding support.
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
- The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers
- We currently have a team of one full time Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer and a Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team
- You will be managed by the Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, and you will work alongside another Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to achieve a joint team target
What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer:
- Significant corporate partnership fundraising experience generating new business
- Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
- Experience of presenting business proposals in person and via conference call
- Experience of managing commercial participators agreements, negotiating updates and changes where necessary

The Opportunity
As a key team member within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of our corporate partnerships, with a focus on partnerships that enable and enhance our Aspiring Professionals Programme.
1. Account Management:
- Ownership and management of the direction, growth and success of key strategic partnerships with Freshfields and Linklaters, providing excellent stewardship and effective communications to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage, renew and develop a select portfolio of smaller existing partnerships in the legal sector, identifying new opportunities to deliver greater impact and income growth.

In this pivotal role, you’ll bring communities, healthcare partners and local insight together to dismantle barriers, build trust, and shape a model that could change outcomes across the UK.
What the job involves
As the Project Manager, you’ll lead an innovative pilot designed to tackle late diagnosis of prostate cancer in Black men. Day to day, you’ll shape and deliver a regional model that breaks down systemic barriers to early diagnosis - from coordinating the unification of efforts to address drivers of inequity in prostate cancer to establishing a new bridging fund to support cross-sector partnerships. You’ll work closely with community organisations, Primary Care Networks and NHS stakeholders, bringing people together to build trust and drive practical, measurable improvements.
What we want from you
You’ll be someone who cares deeply about health equity and is motivated by making real change happen for Black men in prostate cancer. We’re looking for someone who has experience designing or delivering community‑based health projects and feels confident working across sectors to build strong, equitable partnerships. You’ll be comfortable managing timelines, budgets and reporting impact, and you’ll bring a strong understanding of public health, health equity or programme management. Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

We make sure babies and children receive the vital treatment they need, no matter where they are. We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team on a fixed-term 14 month contract (maternity cover).
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of our challenge events, special events and community fundraising streams, but the post-holder would also be expected to regularly support activities across our corporate partnerships, individual giving and Family Fundraising streams of fundraising too.
You will play a key role in developing these income streams, engaging our supporters to motivate them to fundraise for Lia’s Wings and creating initiatives that introduce new people to our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- To manage our Challenge, Community and Special Event fundraising streams to achieve set targets. This will include management of challenge events such as our flagship event, Ride for Lia, as well as London Landmarks and the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
- To manage our annual Air Ambulance Mingle and develop existing plans for a new Christmas Carol Concert
Corporate and Community Partnerships
- To assume account management of our smaller corporate and community partnerships (who are primarily engaged with us through event fundraising)
- To support the Director of Fundraising in the delivery of our larger corporate and community partnerships.
Supporter Engagement
- To effectively steward fundraisers to ensure an excellent supporter experience (resulting in year-on-year participation), including appropriate thanking and recognition, reporting and feedback on outcomes of events.
- To build strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders, including event committees and our Board of Trustees.
Essential Experience and Skills
- A minimum of three years proven experience in a fundraising role, preferably in a challenge, community or special events fundraising role.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and effectively steward and support fundraisers to exceed their targets.
- Experience in writing and developing stewardship plans and in creating engaging fundraising collateral to support donors and supporters of all levels.

Job Summary
The Senior Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and diversifying Bipolar UK’s high‑value relationships, with a particular emphasis on corporate fundraising and identifying strategic, mutually beneficial collaborations that support the charity’s long‑term needs.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow our portfolio of major donors, corporate supporters, and strategic partners. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged, and inspired to deepen their relationship with us.
A key part of the role will involve proactively identifying and cultivating new corporate prospects, developing compelling propositions, crafting funding proposals, and pitching confidently to decision‑makers at all levels. You will also work collaboratively across the wider Fundraising Team - including with the Fundraising Officer - supporting campaigns, events, and individual giving where needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growing Corporate and Strategic Partnerships
- Drive the growth of corporate fundraising through proactive identification, research and cultivation of new corporate prospects.
- Develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnership opportunities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Charity of the Year, sponsorships, staff fundraising, corporate challenge events, payroll giving and cause‑related marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Executive Director (ED), continue to develop a compelling case for taking a standards-based approach to the training and welfare of assistance dogs.
- Gather, analyse and apply robust evidence to strengthen ADUK’s credibility, influence and voice on key policy and campaigning issues.

Salary: Circa £33,500 per annum, plus benefits car allowance of £3,500 and associated expenses (if applicable).
