We are now seeking a passionate and person-centred Navigator to join our team. This is a role for someone who believes in potential, not limitations – someone who can walk alongside clients with empathy and determination, empowering them to take ownership of their employment journey.

As a Navigator, you will support veterans furthest from employment to engage in meaningful activity and take gradual steps towards work. This non-clinical role focuses on helping veterans with mental or physical health challenges overcome barriers affecting their lives, improve wellbeing and reduce social isolation.

Clients of the service may present with issues around housing, accessing relevant health care services, substance misuse, education and training, financial concerns, and benefits, amongst others. Using coaching, mentoring and strengths-based approaches, you will help individuals identify their goals, build resilience and move confidently towards lasting employment outcomes.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will develop strong partnerships with regional organisations to generate referrals and address wider barriers such as mental health, housing or addiction, and share best practice with your colleagues in the team.

With a strong understanding of local labour markets and safeguarding practices, you’ll maintain high-quality case records, contribute to continuous improvement, and actively participate in team development. Adaptability, initiative and resilience are key, as we respond to the evolving needs of our clients and the communities we serve.

About the role

The key purpose of the Coordinator role is to support the Senior Engagement Manager to deliver regional Sight Loss Councils across Yorkshire and Humberside and to engage with blind and partially sighted people across the region.  We currently have three Sight Loss Councils (SLCs) in this region, so the postholder will be expected to work alongside the Senior Engagement Manager and coordinate the SLCs’ activity, focusing on the retention of the volunteers engaged and ensuring the projects and work they are involved in continue to be successful.

You will have the passion and ability to use your lived experience to influence change, for the benefit of blind and partially sighted people. As an experienced Coordinator, you will engage and support Sight Loss Council members in the implementation of the region’s business plans to bring about change across transport, health and the built environment, as well as areas of local interest such as arts and culture or retail.

You will be a self-starter and work well on your own but will also enjoy being a part of a national team working across the country, with whom you can learn from, as well as share good practice with. Ideally you will need to live within the Yorkshire and Humberside region, as there will be travel within the region every week.

About the National Sheep Association (NSA)

The National Sheep Association (NSA) is a membership charity supporting and promoting sheep farming throughout the UK. NSA delivers national and regional projects, events and partnerships to support sheep farmers, influence best practice and strengthen the sector.

Are you looking for a leadership role where you can make a real difference to dementia services across Somerset?
Do you have the skills to manage contracts, lead a team, and work collaboratively within a multi-agency pathway?

We’re excited to offer an opportunity as Local Services Manager for Somerset. This is a home-based role, but you’ll need to travel regularly across the region for meetings, engagement activities, and partnership work. Mileage claims will be paid from the Somerset border. This is a large, rural county with poor transport links, so access to your own vehicle is required.

Somerset is a unique area for Alzheimer’s Society, with services delivered through a grant-funded contract with supportive and innovative commissioners. The Somerset Dementia Adviser Service is also an active participant in the Somerset Dementia Partnership, and has supported delivery of conferences and activities. The local ICB has recently clustered with Dorset and BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire, connecting you to colleagues within your ICB and the wider South West.

You’ll work closely with another Local Services Manager to oversee delivery across the region. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts and groups, leading a team of Dementia Advisers, our valued volunteers and ensuring services align with our Help and Hope strategy and organisational values.

About you

You will have:

- Experience in managing or supporting service delivery, ideally within health, social care or community settings or transferable experience from related sectors.
 
- Experience in leading geographically dispersed, community-based teams and managing contracts, with a focus on quality and safe delivery of a high performing service.
 
- You will be confident using IT systems and managing and reviewing information through computerised recording systems. You will also be able to confidently navigate relationships through virtual means, including Teams.

To deliver the Day One Casework bedside model to patients, or those closest to them, impacted by serious or multiple injuries which could result in life changing consequences, such as disability or death, within the Royal Victoria Infirmary, providing support on some of the wards (such as rehabilitation), on-site clinics and other settings (e.g. rehabilitation centres). 

Have a visible physical presence within the Trust, becoming embedded into clinical teams focussing on major trauma pathways, facilitating outpatient and in-person legal clinics.

To work closely with those impacted by serious and life-changing injury, taking referrals and carrying out initial assessments of need, expertly navigating, signposting and putting services in place in the immediate aftermath of major 

trauma, including talking about and facilitating timely access to legal support to aid rehabilitation.

To establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote Day One and address the needs of those affected by serious and life-changing injury. 

To work as part of the wider Day One Service’s team and organisation, taking responsibility for own record keeping and data collection in line with regulatory requirements.

The post holder’s primary duties and responsibilities are as follows: 

• Work closely, and in partnership, with NHS clinical staff and relevant community and voluntary sector organisations, to address the needs of patients, and those closest to them, affected by serious and life-changing injury. 

• Operate a case management approach to individuals, assessing and identifying needs, putting support in place including signposting, making referrals and direct support. 

• Provide consistency in assessment of all patients and their loved ones, irrespective of injury cause, age, status, giving access to the earliest possible specialist legal advice which supports rehabilitation and NHS cost recovery. 

• Maintain detailed case records, including accurate records of activity and intervention, using Day One’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, capturing and storing data in line with Day One policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. 

• Contributing towards report writing through the writing case studies and narrative to support data collection. 

• Implement processes and procedures to collect patient and family feedback and contribute to ongoing monitoring and evaluation of Day One services through providing relevant information, case studies and reports.

We resource, connect and champion a network of over 6,300 Warm Welcome Spaces and bring together a growing coalition of local, regional, and national partners representing the worlds of charity, faith, business, government, and philanthropy. The Opportunity

Working closely with the Warm Welcome Spaces Support Manager and wider team your primary responsibility will be to provide Project Coordination related to projects that are designed to support Warm Welcome Spaces, taking ownership of specific projects and tasks as required, including;

Project Coordination:

• Owns and manages parts of a project and ensures successful delivery - for example within the Warm Welcome Champions Programme or Partnership volunteering opportunities to benefit Spaces. This will include organising specific events as part of wider projects

The Role

The Regional Programme Director — Asia will provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of Barnabas Aid's grant making and project management across the Asia Region. You will lead and develop a team of Programme Managers, build and sustain a strong partner network, and oversee a portfolio of high-quality, biblically grounded projects that deliver measurable impact for persecuted and suffering Christians.

As a member of both the Programmes Leadership Team and the Strategic Leadership Team, you will contribute to BAI's global Programmes strategy and to organisational strategy, culture, and effective cross-departmental working.

Key Responsibilities

Regional strategy and portfolio leadership

• In collaboration with the International Chief Programmes Officer, lead the development, review, and implementation of the global Programmes strategy within the assigned Region, translating strategic priorities into a clear regional plan and pipeline.
• Maintain a balanced regional portfolio aligned with organisational priorities, donor intent, and restricted fund requirements.
• Identify emerging needs, risks, and opportunities in the Region and recommend strategic responses, including new initiatives and partnerships.

Grant making and programme cycle management

• Take lead responsibility for one sub-region and/or a portfolio of countries, leading on partner engagement and the whole project management cycle.

• Oversee project implementation across the regional portfolio, including milestone tracking, reporting, learning, and close-out, ensuring records are maintained accurately and on time.

Job Purpose

· To work as a member of the ‘DWP Youth Hub’ project team to engage and enable young people to reach their full potential with education, training and employment opportunities.

· The project will provide one-to-one mentoring sessions with wraparound support.

· The postholder will identify and recruit a caseload of young people to support into and sustain their engagement in Education, Employment and Training.

· The programme will provide an opportunity for young people not in education, training or employment in Greater London area to access training and work experience to enable them to attain the skills and confidence to gain employment.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Officer to play a key role in delivering and reporting on a major multi-year funding programme supporting Samaritans’ work across our London region.

​

You will lead the coordination, administration, and reporting of activity funded through a significant seven-year partnership with City Bridge Foundation. Working closely with senior staff, volunteers, London branches, and external partners and our funder, you’ll ensure projects are effectively delivered, tracked, and evidenced.

​

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll bring together data, insights, and updates into clear, compelling reports, while helping shape how Samaritans’ work is delivered and improved collaboratively across London.

Contract Terms

• £34,000-£37,000 per annum plus benefits
• Full time (35 hours per week)

What You’ll Be doing

​

• Set up and manage project management processes, tools, and templates to support delivery of funded activities
• Coordinate quarterly reporting cycles, gathering accurate and timely data from branches and partners
• Produce high-quality quarterly reports, combining insights from across Samaritans into clear updates for City Bridge Foundation
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate where necessary to senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit trails for grant funding
• Act as a key point of contact for London branches and third-party partners, ensuring engagement and alignment
• Organise and facilitate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Support evidence gathering and sharing of learning to inform future service delivery and outreach development
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, communications, policy, and people teams) to support wider organisational goals
• Contribute to developing London-focused plans, activities, and future funding bids

• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stream projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Strong report writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate activities, outcomes, and impact
• Experience coordinating meetings and working with a wide range of stakeholders, including volunteers and external partners
• Proactive approach in identifying challenges and solutions, and passion for making a meaningful impact
• Strong organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across different groups
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• A bonus if you have experience in the charity sector, working with grant funding, or community-based initiatives
