PRHA is a great place to work – our award-winning teams work together to improve the lives of our residents and make a real contribution to ending homelessness. As an IIP Gold standard employer, we value our staff and commit to developing their skills and supporting them in their important work.

Can you provide the leadership needed to deliver high-quality housing and property services that make a real difference to residents?

Providence Row Housing Association (PRHA) is seeking to appoint a Head of Housing Management and Property Services to lead our Housing Management and Property Services teams and ensure that services are responsive, well managed, compliant and focused on achieving good outcomes for residents.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be managing a small team overseeing a stock portfolio of 500 properties.

The role has responsibility for rent and income collection, arrears, voids, lettings, tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, ASB and complaints, alongside responsive repairs, planned maintenance, property compliance, contractors, consultants and property-related risks.

You will lead service performance and improvement, manage budgets and operational risks, and ensure that services meet relevant legal, regulatory and organisational requirements. We are looking for an experienced housing professional with strong leadership and management skills and a good understanding of housing management and property services. You will need to be confident managing people, performance, budgets, contractors and operational risks, and able to identify issues and drive improvements.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of PRHA's housing and property services and make a direct contribution to the quality of services experienced by our residents.
