About the role
The Senior People Partner at NCVO is a key role within the People, Culture & Inclusion team. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, and drive initiatives across recruitment, people management, culture and inclusion.
They will work closely with senior leaders to embed best practices, deliver the people strategy, and shape a high-performing, inclusive culture. Core oversight of recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, EDI initiatives, HR systems and processes and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires strong HR leadership experience, CIPD membership and expertise in transformation, recruitment, talent development and organisational culture change.
About the Transformation directorate
This role sits within the Transformation team, which comprises the Strategic Review; People, Culture and Inclusion; Technology, Programmes and Innovation; and Data and Insight teams.
It will deliver key strategic projects that have a demonstrable impact on the organisational culture, growth and capabilities.

- Support with developing the quality of services and projects delivered by Coram Voice to children and young people. This includes under Coram Voice’s Disability Outreach Project. It is an exciting time to join this project, which has recently expanded to include educational advocacy in addition to social care focused advocacy.

We are looking for a capable, proactive person to oversee the management of RF’s programme. You will be at the frontline of our work, working with key partners, young people and other stakeholders to make an impact. Your key contributions
Programme
· Leading RF’s transformative programme including graduate schemes such as mentoring and the Youth Board

· Attending all drop-in sessions/holiday activities to be a consistent, trusted presence for young people. Term time drop ins take place Wednesdays 5-7pm. Holiday drop-in sessions take place at different times. (Evening and occasional weekend work will be time taken back in lieu)
Outreach
· Driving RF’s Outreach strategy in order to build and enhance visibility and recognition of RF and connect with young people who could benefit from our support
· Managing referral partner relationships across London (including schools, hospitals, young carer services and others), nurturing existing relationships and building new partnerships
· Organising events that inspire referrals to RF including delivering school assemblies, presenting at meetings and taking other external visits as required
· Analysing referral data to identify opportunities and strategically expand our reach where it's needed most
