About the role
The Trust & Statutory Fundraising Officer will build relationships with funders to raise income for a variety of impactful services that transform the lives of homeless young people including; homelessness prevention, independent living skills, mental health support services, jobs, education and training opportunities and capital projects.

What you will be doing
- Manage a bespoke portfolio of trusts and statutory donors (worth up to £30,000) who give both unrestricted and restricted gifts to Centrepoint
- Research trust and statutory funders to identify new donors Centrepoint can work with
- Collaborate with service teams and finance colleagues to write restricted funding proposals and budgets
- Provide excellent stewardship to donors, producing high quality written communications and reports to sustain and uplift relationships
- Build strong relationships with donors through phone-calls, face to face meetings and emails
- Maintain an up-to-date donor database for your portfolio of donors (Raiser’s Edge)
- Work collaboratively with Officers across the wider Relationship Fundraising Team (which includes Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising)
- Live Centrepoint’s values, demonstrating Energy, Accountability, Focus, Integrity, Humility and Entrepreneurship
- Work alongside the other Trust & Statutory Fundraising Officer to manage our mid-value mailing programme (raising £75k in 25/26)
- Collaborate with and support the wider Trust & Statutory team, including administrative tasks such as income reconciliation, and larger funding propositions as needed.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining home working with a requirement to be in our London office (Aldgate East) for 5 days per fortnight.

As Marketing Officer, you will join the Business Development, Marketing and Communications Manager and Communications Coordinator to form a small yet dynamic and effective marketing team. Together you will support the marketing activities for the National Society for Education and the sub teams within it. These include the Professional Learning Group, Growing Faith, Partnerships & Engagement, Education Policy and SIAMS teams.
- Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar and creating and scheduling approved content across the NSE channels.
- Provide support in identifying key audience groups and tailor content to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Support the preparation of monthly marketing reports with social media analytics so we can monitor engagement and performance of campaigns.
- Support in market research activities to inform future marketing activities.

YEF Detached Youth Work Area Lead

For over 30 years, we've built those relationships through detached youth work - meeting young people where they choose to be, listening deeply and creating opportunities for belonging, belief and hope.
We're now looking for an experienced Detached Youth Work Area Lead to join our team and play a key role in one of the UK's most ambitious detached youth work research pilots.
M13 is leading the Greater Manchester consortium delivering the Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) Detached Youth Work Pilot. The Pilot aims to build a strong evidence base for detached youth work, combining outstanding frontline practice with rigorous evaluation to shape the future of youth work nationally.
Reporting to the YEF Detached Youth Work Project Lead, you'll lead detached youth work across two/three neighbourhoods within M13's delivery of the pilot. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality detached youth work, modelling excellent relational practice, supporting less experienced colleagues through day-to-day practice, contributing to monitoring and evaluation, and building positive relationships with young people, local residents, community organisations and partner agencies.
This is first and foremost a frontline detached youth work role. You'll spend much of your week in parks, streets and neighbourhoods, building trusted relationships with young people through conversation, consistency and purposeful informal education. Alongside this, you'll help ensure high-quality implementation of the YEF Shared Practice Model within your neighbourhood patches, contribute to monitoring and reporting and work closely with the Project Lead and wider team to support the successful delivery of the pilot.
We're looking for someone who is an experienced detached youth worker, confident leading excellent practice and passionate about relational youth work. You'll be organised, reflective and proactive, with experience of taking responsibility for detached youth work within a neighbourhood, maintaining high-quality records, building effective local partnerships and supporting colleagues through encouragement, reflection and shared learning. Most importantly, you'll share our belief that relationships are the foundation for meaningful change.
This is a 22.5-hour per week, office- and community-based role (M13's full-time week is 37.5 hours). Your week will include six detached youth work sessions (three afternoons and three evenings), alongside planning, monitoring, partnership working and reflective practice. Some flexibility can be offered around when office-based work is undertaken, where operationally possible.

The role
The Finance Business Partner role works closely with other members of the Finance team and in particular business partnering with colleagues from Venue Sales and Development. The Finance Team is a friendly team, part of the Academy’s Resources Directorate comprising Finance, HR, IT and Facilities along with Clio. We take great pride in supporting our colleagues in the Academy, providing an accurate and prompt service to all customers to the department. This is a key opportunity to establish relationships and make an early positive impact.
A core duty of the role is to take the lead in financial management and reporting for both Clio and the Development team. This will include:
- Providing financial analysis and advice and working with colleagues from each team to monitor performance, return on investment, and achieve key financial targets,
- Supporting milestone tasks such as budgeting, forecasting and financial statements.
- Understanding day-to-day operational transactions to cover periods of absence of other colleagues, including the import of sales data to the finance system and ownership of the debtor ledger.
You will have previous experience of working within a finance team in a similar role with an accounting qualification (AAT or similar) being preferable. About the role
The Head of Fundraising and Development role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape Woman’s Trust’s income strategy, develop new partnerships and play a central role in the organisation’s next phase of growth.
We are seeking an established income-generation leader who combines strategic and commercial judgement with a willingness to remain hands-on. The successful candidate will have a strong record of securing significant income, identifying new opportunities and building effective relationships with funders, commissioners and partners. They will also be a constructive and positive senior colleague: someone who works collaboratively, communicates clearly, takes ownership and contributes actively to the success of the wider organisation.
The role will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and funding pipeline. Responsibilities will also include reviewing, updating, and developing service budgets, as well as overseeing or coordinating the submission of high-quality bids, funding approaches, and events.

You will lead and line manage the Trust and Statutory Fundraising Manager, Fundraising Manager and Data Impact and Insights Manager. You will deliver a direct income target for each year, with a focus on the development and tendering of statutory commissioning.

Purpose of the Role
The Youth Activities and Enrichment Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, delivering and monitoring educational, recreational and enrichment activities as part of our award-winning Bright Futures Children’s and Young People’s Programme. Key Responsibilities

In Salford, the programme will be delivered within Little Hulton.

The Producer will be responsible for producing all aspects of the Theatr Iolo productions (approx. 2
productions a year) and will be the main point of liaison for internal and external colleagues. The
Producer reports directly to the Artistic Director but also works closely with the Executive Director to
negotiate contracts with co-producers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning
• To provide day to day management of the producing function – supporting the Artistic
Director and Executive Director, in ensuring that all Theatr Iolo productions are presented
with high-quality production values and in the best possible circumstances, including
national and international touring.
• To build and maintain relationships with venues, presenters, programmers and co-producers
