We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Programmes & Impact with essential third sector experience to lead and shape our global programme function.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring that all funds raised are translated into effective delivery on the ground, supported by strong oversight, clear data, and credible impact.
You will own the full lifecycle of programme delivery — from partner management and implementation through to compliance oversight, data capture, and donor reporting. You will also play a key role in building the systems, processes, and structures that enable impact to be delivered and evidenced consistently as the organisation grows.

The Role

The role will provide essential support to strengthen monitoring, evaluation and learning across Global Witness. Working closely with the MEL Lead and colleagues in the Campaign function and other teams, you will help collect and analyse data, maintain systems, and contribute to learning processes that enable us to understand and demonstrate our impact.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in a monitoring, evaluation and learning role, or related experience in research, data analysis, or project support.
• Experience of working with partners in an equitable way and demonstratable experience engaging partners in and across MEL processes.
• Understanding of MEL approaches and methods, with some experience using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel; experience with other MEL tools/software an advantage.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communicator and facilitator, able to present information in an accessible and engaging way.
• Collaborative and proactive team player, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Our Service

Trauma Recovery CIC is a female founded not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to providing vital support services for victims and survivors of trauma. Founded in 2020, our mission is to build a safe, supportive, accessible, and sustainable service for the community.

Butterflies Lived Experience Community is an integral part of Trauma Recovery CIC, bringing together people with lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma to form a community that supports each members ongoing recovery journey.

Every member of the Butterflies team has direct personal lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma and use their own courage to support others to connect with theirs and use this to fuel their recovery.

The team consists of level 1,2 and 3 Lived Experience Facilitators, Volunteer Ambassadors who come together to support community members and develop the service on a co-production model. 

The Level 3 LEF Role

Our Level 3 LEF role requires a Social Work qualification and registration.

As well as facilitating groups and key working, Level 3 LEF’s take responsibility for:

• Completing initial appointments with new community members to ensure that the team has a good
  understanding of their support needs and that they can be safely supported through Butterflies LEC.

• Mentoring and supporting the Level 1 and 2 LEF’s and Ambassadors

• Working with community members, team members, Trauma Recovery leadership team and partner
  organisations to develop the service.

• Facilitating the understanding trauma programmes

• Providing reporting data to Trauma Recovery CIC Business Operations Lead and working with them to complete
  reports for funders and funding/grant applications.

• Co-chairing the Lived Experience Forum

• Contribute to the newsletters, social media, attend events to promote the service (at times this may require
  attending events outside of usual working hours).

• Ensure that all team members complete required admin accurately and in a timely manner and processes are
  followed.

• Highlight concerns about team members to the leadership team, identify ways to support the team or team
  member and offer the support.

Our ideal candidate

• Is someone who has walked their own recovery journey, experienced therapeutic support as part of this and understands the benefits on both a personal and professional level of therapy and group support.
• They will be a qualified, registered Social Worker with relevant social work experience of co-ordinating a service, mentoring team members and working from a systemic perspective.
• They will have experience of completing risk assessments, keeping records and using software and systems to do this effectively.
• They will be able to communicate and connect with people from a variety of backgrounds, understand their individual needs and work creatively to meet them in way that supports recovery.

About the Service

Solace is embarking on a new five-year fundraising strategy, with ambitious plans to double fundraised income to £3m by 2031. This voluntary income plays a pivotal role in the financial wellbeing of the charity, enabling us to do more to support the thousands of women and children who come to us each year as a result of violence against women and girls.

Fundraising at Solace works closely with colleagues responsible for winning and managing statutory funding contracts, and is situated within the Business Development Directorate, alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs teams. You will collaborate with colleagues within Fundraising – including Corporate, Individual Giving and Community – as well as across the organisation including senior leadership and Solace’s wider support and volunteer networks such as trustees and its lived-experience-led Shadow Board.

About the Role

Philanthropy has been identified as a key opportunity and will play a central part in future income growth. In this newly created role, you will lead the establishment and growth of philanthropy fundraising for Solace. Responsible for building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, advisors, senior volunteers and trusts and foundations, you will use your entrepreneurship and excellent communication and influencing skills to secure and steward committed, high-value, mutually rewarding funding partnerships for Solace.

You will be someone who is committed to the Solace values and is an experienced philanthropy fundraising expert who will embed best practice, and grow and nurture the relationships that drive sustainable income growth. As well as managing a portfolio of donors and prospects with major gift potential, you will work closely with colleagues and allies to build a culture of philanthropy.

Learning and Insights Manager

About the role

As Blagrave prepares to launch our new strategy in 2026, this role will help ensure that learning informs our decisions and strengthens our work. The Learning and Insights Manager will support the development and implementation of our emerging impact framework, evaluating evidence, stories and reflections from young people, partners and colleagues to help us understand what is working, what is not, and what this means for our future.

The role is primarily internal (around 70% of your time). You will lead our learning processes, create meaningful spaces for reflection, and develop practical tools that help colleagues learn, adapt and act. You will ensure that insights are captured, synthesised, shared and used across the organisation, from day-to-day practice through to strategic decisions.

You will also help us communicate what we are learning to the wider sector (around 30% of your time). Through reflection pieces, identification of sector-relevant events, and collaboration with partners and funders, you will support Blagrave to be part of meaningful sector wide conversations.

If you are curious, collaborative and motivated by the belief that good learning leads to better outcomes for young people, this role offers a real opportunity to shape change within Blagrave and beyond.

We recognise this is a broad role. Final responsibilities and priorities will be shaped together with the postholder based on their strengths, experience and workload capacity.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience

• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative information to support insight generation (through research or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience designing and facilitating organisational learning processes and reflective spaces.
• Able to present data clearly and in a compelling manner for different audiences (written and verbal).

About you  

As a Project Communications Officer, you will play a key role in delivering clear, engaging and consistent internal communications that help frontline teams understand and adopt change across the Frontline Improvement Programme. We are seeking someone to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working across our Pet Hospitals. We are looking for someone to join the team in this role and produce timely, high‑quality communication outputs, generating positive engagement from colleagues. The position also requires thoughtful planning, awareness of risks and the ability to use data and insight to measure communication impact, ensuring every message supports smooth change adoption across our Pet Hospitals.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered change communication plans and understands how to craft messages that help teams embrace new ways of working. You will bring experience using key communication platforms and navigating the complexities of a multi‑site organisation. Knowledge of programme and change management is essential, as we need someone who is agile, confident and comfortable working in changing environments while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a home‑based role with UK‑wide travel when required, primarily across the East and West Midlands. You will be expected to visit sites and attend team meetings at our Telford Head Office and Pet Hospitals across the UK.
