The postholder will identify, shape and amplify opportunities to position Starlight as a trusted voice on children's healthcare experiences and the role of play in supporting children's wellbeing, development and emotional safety.

You will provide specialist leadership on structural racism, policy and system influence, working alongside communities and partners to turn lived and community insight into credible structural analysis, practical action and demonstrable system change. You will understand why organisations and systems can resist change and have the interpersonal, political and influencing skills to move people towards action, without diluting evidence or avoiding difficult challenge simply to maintain relationships.

Join Terrence Higgins Trust and help protect the trust that underpins everything we do. As our Information Governance & Fundraising Compliance Manager, you'll lead on data protection, governance and fundraising compliance, helping colleagues turn complex regulations into practical action that safeguards supporters, service users and income.
We're looking for someone who can turn complex regulations into practical solutions, build strong relationships across teams, and influence good decision-making at every level of the organisation. Whether your background is in information governance, data protection or compliance, you'll have the chance to make a visible impact, shape policy and practice, and embed a culture where trust, transparency and compliance enable great fundraising and even greater outcomes. Flexible, part-time (21 hours per week) and based in London, Brighton or Glasgow, this is a role with purpose, variety and influence.
If you're a compliance professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
