The Role
Yorkshire Cancer Research is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to develop and deliver the Charity’s learning and development strategy.
As a member of the People Team, supporting the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development within the charity, identifying learning priorities and translating these into engaging L&D initiatives, aligned to delivering the Charity’s strategic aims. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for the role holder to shape the position and further enhance learning and development initiatives offered at the charity.
Specifically, you will:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that drives a culture of employee-led learning.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess individual and charity wide learning needs, developing tailored learning solutions that support the charity’s strategic aims.
· Actively promote L&D opportunities and learner stories to inspire employees and reinforce a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities, offering advice on career paths and recommending relevant L&D resources/opportunities.
· Lead the EDI agenda for L&D, ensuring all interventions are inclusive and reporting on key metrics within the L&D strategy.
· Design, source, organise, and deliver impactful training sessions including identifying and working with external providers to ensure training meets all learning objectives.
· Actively identify new ways to deliver ‘on-the-go’ training content, creating high-quality and engaging e-learning or video modules that align with learning objectives.
· Drive a coaching culture by role modelling a coaching style, inviting feedback, and ensuring the charity’s learning provision upskills managers to coach and develop their teams.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Learning and Development Specialist, with end-to-end design and delivery of training programmes, including training needs analysis and measuring outcomes.
· CIPD Qualified (level 5 minimum) or equivalent with experience in developing an L&D strategy that supports business objectives and designing inclusive learning solutions.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver training effectively.
· High levels of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong project management and organisational skills.

The Role

Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Specialist Support Workers provide information, social inclusion and vocational opportunities to support people to recover and stay well; exercise choice and control in their care and lives; and participate on an equal footing in the community. Support is also provided to develop a model of re-enablement towards self-advocacy, self-management and empowerment, incorporating the principles and practice of recovery, co-production and peer support.
Well House is a crisis house supported accommodation service that supports individuals for between 14 and 28 days as an alternative to requiring hospital admission for their mental health needs. The service works closely in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet individual needs, manage risk and support individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure members of the local community are able to access critical mental health support at all hours. The service receives referrals primarily from a local hospital emergency department and crisis lines, and may receive these referrals at anytime of day or night.

Main Responsibilites:
Content Development & Design
- Create high-quality digital and media learning materials, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules and video resources tailored for creative professionals
- Translate complex topics into accessible, innovative and impactful learning content that supports a variety of professional development pathways and diverse audiences
- Use authoring tools (such as Articulate, Vyond, Canva, Thinkific etc.) to create interactive and visually engaging learning experiences, incorporating video, audio, and creative media
- Champion inclusion by ensuring all content reflects Artswork’s commitment to and standards of access, diversity, equality, inclusion and cultural relevance
- Upload, organise, and update course content on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring resources are accessible, easy to navigate and up to date

Collaboration & Team working

The Events & Fundraising Manager will work at the heart of our public events programme, helping to organise fundraising walks and other events across London and the South East, and raising funds to support the provision of free legal advice. Our events include the London Legal Walk -- an annual event which raises over £1 million each year -- regional Legal Walk events, and other fundraising events such as the Great Legal Quiz and the Great Legal Bake. LLST also purchases places for third party events such as the London Marathon, Brighton Marathon, and Big Half. We also raise money through individual and corporate donations.

Job Title: Online Engagement and Inclusion Lead (Young People’s Services)

Purpose
This role leads the coordination of Kids’ online engagement and digital inclusion work for young people with SEND, including information provision, participation, and wellbeing support. You will deliver a two-year Online Wellbeing and Resilience Support Programme, including identifying and engaging digitally excluded young people to help them access vital digital tools and services. The role also drives collaboration across the Digital Services Consortium (a collaboration of 12 children’s charities), embedding shared learning, outcome measurement, and inclusive digital practices across Kids, and will create new capacity to work with young people to scope and deploy online campaigning activity.
Responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate Kids’ online engagement and inclusion work for young people with SEND. This includes Kids’ online information provision; voice/ participation and wellbeing work.

We are now recruiting a Senior Patient and Scientific Engagement Officer to play a central role in delivering ambitious projects that put patients at the heart of translational research.
This role sits at the crossroads of patient involvement and scientific communication, building meaningful collaborations between patients, researchers, and other stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams.
