The Head of Individual Giving will be responsible for the strategic development of the NT’s individual giving programmes. This includes the overall management of memberships (£84 - £600), Patron programmes (£1,500 - £12,000), audience appeals, legacies, and special events.
The post holder will manage a team of seven ambitious fundraisers and actively solicit gifts themselves, often working with volunteers, to generate in excess of £5m p.a. from individual donors. The Orchestra Unwrapped Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Learning & Engagement Department, managing our flagship education work that supports our commitment to building a pipeline of exceptional and confident musicians. About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and experienced sports and challenge fundraiser, to deliver a review of our sports and challenge events programme, identifying new opportunities to grow our income.
Working closely with the Head of Individual Giving and Fundraising Campaigns, you will develop strategies and bring new ideas to grow and develop this programme, potentially including community events – to deliver significant growth in income over the next 5 years.
In this feasibility review, you will analyse our past performance including in well-established, externally organised activities such as marathons and third-party challenge events, and our partner events such as the Terry Fox Runs. You will also assess the feasibility of developing and launching our own-branded events.
During the review, you will line-manage the Sports and Challenge Events Officer to maintain and deliver our current successful events programme and work together on the feasibility review to identify new opportunities for innovation and ways to increase participation.

- Monitor grantee performance against KPIs and key milestones

We are seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Degrees Manager to join our friendly team on a fixed term (12 months), full-time basis. This role will have responsibility for the delivery of our two degree programmes, co-convened with Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). The Degrees Manager will work closely with university colleagues and degrees faculty, as well as the clinical and operational teams from both the HEMS and PRU services.
Reporting to the Head of The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care, the post will have responsibility for the delivery of the degree programmes. The post holder will be an integral part of the Institute team working closely with other members of the wider LAA charity team.
You will be a highly organised and experienced person with a can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and customer-focussed HR leadership, advice and support to academies to enable leaders to improve and support staff engagement, tackle workforce priorities, maximise workforce efficiency and achieve academy people objectives
- Influencing and supporting the strategic direction of academies by providing and analysing workforce information and developing HR initiatives to respond to needs or example, developing effective retention plans, improving sickness absence and reducing agency expenditure
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring senior leaders on people management practices, issues and priorities, through development of close working relationships and understanding of business challenges and opportunities
- Providing expert advice to managers in highly complex employee relations cases on the interpretation and implementation of the Federation employment procedures within the context of the legal framework
- Retaining oversight of casework, and line managing an HR advisor in the management of specific ER cases
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor role within a large complex organisation
- Experience of developing and delivery of strategic HR plans and initiatives
- Previous experience of managing complex Employee relations issues, change management, and restructuring
- Experience of supervising staff
- Educated to masters level in HR Management or equivalent level of experience of working in an HR role
- A CIPD qualification to Associate level or above

· Co-ordinate a range of groups, workshops and family events both online and in person across England and Wales, including effective promotion of those activities, ensuring RSBC reach even more families and improving current engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a real passion for making a difference for vision impaired children and their families. You will need some experience in organising/ co-ordinating an event or activity.
