The National Society for Education (NSE) is both an NCI and a Royal-charter charity. It's aims are to support Church schools and the wider education sector by developing leaders, shaping policy and growing faith.
The NSE leads the Church of England's national work in education in partnership with 41 Diocesan Boards of Education and approximately 4,700 Church of England schools. We also support the national education work of the Church in Wales, which includes around 150 schools. Our presence extends to work with community schools and academy trusts, as well as higher and further education through numerous chaplaincies, providing spiritual support and guidance to children and young people, and to adults.
The Church of England's Vision and Strategy for the 2020s has three priorities, one of which is to be a church which is younger and more diverse. As part of this, the House of Bishops want to ensure that a flourishing child, youth and families ministry is within reach of every young person in England.
The NSE is working with the Vision and Strategy team to help deliver this vision through a range of projects in our 'growing faith' pillar which focus on the intersection between church, home and school; aiming to develop the faith life of children and young people, whilst also growing young leaders.
We are a dynamic team, working remotely from our homes around the country. We gather regularly online and also have in-person team days through the year.
What you'll be doing
The purpose of this role is to design, develop and implement the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award (AYLA). The AYLA is an existing programme that is offered across all key stages 1 to 4 to participating schools. The Award is completed by pupils and learners across England and Wales and is aimed at developing their leadership skills. The role is expected to lead and manage the effective delivery of this programme including design, quality assurance, engagement of strategic stakeholders and support the financial sustainability of the programme.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing strategic oversight of the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award.
- Developing effective curriculum models, resources and learning experiences.
- Ensuring high quality learning and development through robust design and evaluation.

The role exists to deliver exceptional administrative support across a variety of national leadership development programmes for young leaders aged 4-18 and young adults aged 18-25. It also supports the initiatives, networks, research, and events led by the Growing Faith Foundation. The position involves a broad spectrum of operational responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring impactful learning experiences and strong engagement with stakeholders across the full range of the team's activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high quality stakeholder engagement this including supporting and communicatign effectively the delivery of events to local, regional and national leaders in relation to all programmes and activities, placing children and young people at the heart of our work.
- Implement robust administrative, financial, communications, and evaluation processes; whilst adhering to established NSE operational procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant data to support analysis and decision-makingl whilst working closely with the NSE finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The Role

The role
The responsibility for the Programme Lead is to support the organisation to deliver it’s strategy and embed agile ways of working. They will work with cross-functional groups set up to support strategic delivery. This will include designing and running workshops to help us develop our strategy and plan our activity to deliver it.
The Programme Lead will manage cross-team groups of colleagues that work together to develop impactful activity. Enabling strategy to translate into delivery. The role will develop sessions with the groups, ensuring objectives are set and collating insight.
Continuous learning and improvement will be a priority, due to our new ways of working. The Programme Lead will run retrospectives and use feedback to ensure Scope is set up to deliver its strategy. About Shout Out UK (SOUK):
Shout Out UK (SOUK) is a UK-based award-winning political and media literacy organisation with nearly a decade of experience in delivering impactful educational campaigns. Our mission is to defend and amplify democracy by equipping individuals with the critical thinking skills needed to navigate the complex information landscape and engage as informed, active citizens. The Position:
You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to manage our programme implementation and delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with managing the distribution and delivery of our programmes. This will involve ensuring KPIs are met within budget and on time, larger projects may be handled by you directly at times. Programmes can vary from delivery of media literacy workshops in schools, counter extremism training in PRUs to city-wide democratic engagement campaigns.

Job Description:
· Work with the Programme team, to design and deliver educational resources, workshops and conferences including our Youth & Democracy, Rule of Law, and intergenerational change programme areas;
· Deliver Exploring Ethics and other Cumberland Lodge workshops as requested;
· Identify potential partners and collaborate with stakeholders related to programme activity;
· Produce funding proposals;
· Produce and/or editing briefing papers and reports when required;
· Produce digital content for online learning and engage regularly with the community engagement platform, including identifying topics, producing webinars and podcasts;

The role requires flexible working. There will be some weekend and evening duties, including programme events, facilitating workshops for visiting groups, talks and tours of the Lodge (shared on a rota basis). Accommodation will be provided on site when evening work is required.

1) PROGRAMME DESIGN AND DELIVERY

Make decisions concerning the design and delivery of your programmes, creating a 12-month plan in advance of the start of each recruitment cycle.

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary careers and enrichment programme lead to oversee the operational delivery of the STEM Ambassador Programme – the UK’s largest STEM volunteering programme, engaging nearly 28,000 volunteers from over 5,000 organisations.
Reporting to the Head of Skills & Partner Engagement, the STEM Ambassadors Delivery Lead will ensure that we deliver a high impact, UK wide STEM volunteering programme providing millions of young people with inspiring careers and enrichment opportunities.
You will be responsible for programme monitoring, reporting to government, liaison with regional delivery partners and connecting the internal departments which contribute to the programme’s success.

The Role
This crucial role will be accountable for the efficient operational management of the STEM Ambassador programme, as well as leading improvements and innovation of the customer experience of all stakeholders engaging with the programme.
The role is broad and varied covering financial oversight, milestones and KPI monitoring, reporting and data analysis, programme innovation and external promotion.
Your success in this role will contribute positively to building STEM Learning’s reputation as ‘the partner of choice’ for STEM outreach and increase our network of supporters wanting to engage in and support STEM.

You will work closely with our existing team, supporting the delivery and organisation of the IntoUniversity programme in the centre.
The main duties of the role
To deliver the IntoUniversity programme effectively to children and young people in different settings, including schools-based workshops, Academic Support sessions and educational visits. This includes positive behaviour management and adherence to the IntoUniversity safeguarding policy.
- To assist with the organisation and delivery of the Academic Support, FOCUS and Mentoring Programmes.
- To assist the IntoUniversity Centre Leader in liaising with schools and other partner bodies, in organising the classroom and resources and in planning project delivery.
- To update and maintain IntoUniversity displays, publicity and resources.
- To work with the IntoUniversity Centre Leader to recruit children and young people to the programme, including after-school Academic Support and FOCUS Weeks.
- To develop educational resources and worksheets for use across all IntoUniversity programmes.
- To ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and legal requirements, including the Children’s Act, Children and Young People (Scotland) Act, Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act, Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, and legislation and policies related to Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety.
- To champion diversity and inclusion in your role at all times, referring to the Diversity and Inclusion Staff Responsibilities Guide.

Prevention Programme Manager

STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our prevention programmes disrupt traffickers’ ability to recruit at-risk individuals by providing lifesaving information through our bespoke, geo-targeted social media campaigns.
A Prevention Programme Manager designs and implements effective prevention initiatives across different regions. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and timelines. By leveraging strategic partnerships, digital communication, and intelligence-driven insights, the Programme Manager develops targeted interventions, strengthens prevention strategies, and ensures impactful programme delivery.
Collaboration is central to this position. The successful candidate will work closely with NGOs, governments, law enforcement, and Financial Institutions, contributing to a global anti-trafficking movement. Data-driven insights will inform digital campaigns, ensuring tailored responses to trafficking risks and at-risk communities.
Responsibilities:
· Programme Management
o Lead the design and implementation of prevention programmes on social media.
o Manage project roadmaps, budgets, and objectives to ensure high-impact delivery.
o Adapt programme strategies based on regional needs, cultural nuances, and emerging trends.
o Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to address challenges.
o Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, law enforcement, funders, and community leaders.
· Research & Intelligence Gathering
o Support intelligence-building efforts by collaborating with partners to strengthen the data and evidence base on trafficking networks and recruitment methods in an area. This includes data sharing initiatives, alongside interviews with MSHT experts and individuals with lived experience of MSHT.
o Use intelligence findings to effectively enhance programme design and map the target audience of social media-based campaigns.
o Deliver trainings to different stakeholders, including financial institutions, on MSHT.
· Campaign & Communications Strategy
o Develop campaign materials, including social media ads, posters, landing pages, and other primarily digital resources in line with STT brand guidelines.
o Deliver and monitor digital campaigns to deliver safety information to at-risk communities, primarily using ‘ads manager’ functions on social media platforms.
o Directly communicate and safeguard any beneficiaries who see our campaign and want to discuss their situation with us, signposting them to support in a trauma-informed way.
