About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK’s growing Community Fundraising team as the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager, where you will lead, inspire and empower your talented team of Regional Fundraisers and Fundraising Managers to unlock the full potential of our highest-value supporters—individuals, community groups, and regional corporate partners—across the UK.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our community fundraising strategy by crafting ambitious regional plans, nurturing high-performing teams, and driving innovation in supporter engagement. We are looking for you to bring a strong background in community fundraising and a track record in growing fundraising income. Confidence in setting and managing large budgets, reporting on KPIs and adjusting plans as necessary is essential. An understanding of delivering community fundraising products and scaling ideas that support donor acquisition and retention is vital, with the ability to use insight to shape pipeline and stewardship planning. You’ll also be an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide others to deliver results.

The Hepatitis C Trust runs national projects where peers draw on their lived experience of drug use, criminal justice systems and hepatitis C to support others . We are now recruiting for a new and exciting role to join our Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan team.
As part of an experienced team, this role will promote hepatitis C awareness, blood borne virus testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, but ambitious grassroots charity run by and for women seeking asylum. WAST has a proud track record of providing a safe space for women to come together in solidarity and campaign for justice in an increasingly hostile environment.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in developing and delivering WAST’s women-led programmes. You will work closely with the staff team, management group (elected by members to define WAST’s priorities and organise activities), and our wider membership to ensure that projects reflect the needs and aspirations of the women who use WAST. WAST’s current priorities include delivering wellbeing activities (with a focus on trauma-informed approaches), running asylum information workshops, and strengthening our campaigning group. About WAST
Women Asylum Seekers Together (WAST) is a grassroots Manchester-based charity led by and for women who are seeking asylum and currently has around 170 members. WAST was founded in 2005 by one of WAST’s current board members, whilst fighting her own anti-deportation campaign, and became a constituted charity in 2014.
We provide a safe, supportive space where women can come together to build community, gain confidence, access peer support, and advocate for their rights. Women are at the sharp end of the ‘hostile environment’ with punitive government immigration policies and practice. WAST enables a process of empowerment through which women gain the confidence and strength to voice their experience and campaign for justice.
WAST is a place of hope and belonging with its core values of compassion, respect, inclusion and empowerment and its continuous development of its trauma informed peer support approach. WAST has been at the forefront of national campaigning against detention, has published three books and created two plays, giving voice to women’s experiences.
WAST runs weekly skill-building and wellbeing activities, a weekly drop-in session where women can access signposting and referrals to services, and a variety of external events throughout the year. Activities are identified and led by the WAST Management Group, elected by the membership and supported by WAST staff. WAST’s current priorities, as identified by the management group, include developing asylum information workshops, a range of wellbeing trauma informed activities, and advancing the campaign group.

Corporate Partnership Manager

Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more patients and provide additional support at a time when it is more critical than ever for kidney patients.
The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via charity of the year partnerships, corporate partnerships, and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnership Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will also work closely with the Events Manager, Trust & Foundation Manager, Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications as well as the wider Fundraising team to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth.
Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications who takes a special interest in the charity’s Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income from c£2.3m in 2025 to even greater levels over the coming years.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors.

The Role
Working alongside the Volunteer Manager for Hospitals, the Volunteer Officer for Hospitals role provides support to deliver our ambitious volunteer strategy. This role is responsible for the recruitment, training, induction and recognition of volunteers in our hospitals.
The person will:
· Ensure that volunteers in hospital roles are recruited in line with charity recruitment procedures following SAFER recruitment practices and NHS England recruitment procedures as appropriate.

· Ensure that all volunteers are offered an inclusive, rewarding, sustainable and equitable reward and recognition programme that regularly says thank you and aids retention.
· Responsible for ensuring that the volunteer management database (CRM) is kept up to date for hospital volunteering and utilised in line with internal processes.
· Deliver a volunteer training programme that ensures every volunteer in hospital roles receives appropriate mandatory and optional training as required by their role and has the opportunity for additional learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have:
· 2+ years’ experience of recruiting volunteers or paid staff.
· Have a passion to work with and support volunteers of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
· Knowledge and understanding of volunteer best practice.
· Knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR in a volunteer setting.
· Experience of delivering training in different formats.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including networking, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
