We are looking for a Grants Coordinator (Applications) to join our Grants and Programmes team, a role which is key to ensuring the smooth running of our grant application processes and making sure funding is delivered efficiently, fairly, and in line with our mission. 

In this role, you will lead on the development and implementation of the Foundation’s processes for encouraging and receiving grant applications, managing the review process, and processing grant awards. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of grant application rounds across multiple funding programmes and be the first point of contact for applicants and manage the peer review process. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining and improving grant management system (managed within Salesforce) and contribute to the design and delivery of an inclusive and accessible application processes. 

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and project coordination skills, strong communication and liaising abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience using Salesforce or working in a grant-making environment is highly desirable, but we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who are ready to learn and grow in the role.

3. About the role

The Office and Fundraising Administrator is an important role within Save the Rhino, supporting key functions primarily within our Fundraising and Operations pillars.

Reporting to the Operations and Finance Lead, the Office and Fundraising Administrator undertakes a range of administration and finance tasks to support office management, financial management, and fundraising, and is one of the first points of contact for our supporters and members. The Office and Fundraising Administrator will need to work regularly with Microsoft Office documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and with our Salesforce-based supporter and donation management systems. The Office and Fundraising Administrator also supports the Fundraising Team with aspects of supporter engagement and manages SRI’s volunteer programme.

In addition, depending on the experience and interests of the successful candidate, there may be opportunities to develop other skill sets.

4. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Office and Fundraising Administrator are to:

• Work with the Operations and Finance Lead, including:
  • recruitment and management of office volunteers and providing admin support to recruitment processes;
  • financial administration, including importing and reconciling donations and other income, logging and banking cheques and cash;
  • overseeing the management of SRI’s office, including booking annual inspections / tests, carrying out regular fire-safety checks, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and acting as the lead Fire Marshall;
  • acting as a second point of contact with SRI’s IT contractors, maintaining logs of equipment and licence allocations, acting as an Administrator on some IT services (depending on experience), and inducting new team members on key SRI IT platforms;
  • managing stocks of stationery, office consumables and equipment; assisting with booking work-related travel / accommodation for team members and volunteers, as well as occasional booking of external meeting rooms, venues etc.; assisting with administration of Board / subcommittee meetings, including diary management; and maintaining a log of SRI’s policies, and their review dates.
• Support the Community Fundraising Manager, including:
  • managing communications with fundraisers; setting up appointments; assisting with event preparation and logistics; welcoming fundraisers when visiting the office; assisting with the recruitment of London Marathon runners;
  • recruiting and managing event volunteers; creating and maintaining accurate records of fundraisers, donors and volunteers using SRI’s Salesforce CRM; and helping to set up fundraising and campaign pages on fundraising platforms.
• Support the wider fundraising team through:
  • engaging with SRI’s members, including: sending out membership packs, responding to queries, and chasing failed payments;
  • assisting with updating the online merchandise shop and creating bespoke stores for specific events, e.g. in schools;
  • monitoring participation in SRI’s lottery, importing player information into Salesforce, and providing monthly reports to the local council; and updating records linked to legacies.
• Support general office administration
  • answering general enquiries via the phone and main office inbox; receiving post; taking payments over the phone; taking notes of the weekly team meeting; and other tasks as needed and consistent with the role.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and effective Autistic Lived Experience Trainer to support us to deliver an exciting new programme of work. We have been commissioned by an NHS organisation to deliver and support the roll out of autism-informed care training to all staff working in their mental health inpatient settings. This programme of work will run for 9 months, and will include the delivery of various half day and full day autism-informed training sessions both in-person and online. We will also be working closely with Experts by Experience to become skilled and confident in delivery of this training to support the organisational sustainability of this knowledge. The programme of work will also embed an evaluation of the training to demonstrate learning and impact.

The Autistic Lived Experience Trainer will be working closely alongside our Lived Experience Lead to deliver all aspects of the programme, with support from our wider staff team.

Role Description

• Co-facilitate training sessions both online and in-person to staff from various professions and in various roles across mental health in-patient settings.
• Deliver pre-prepared content and facilitate reflective conversations.
• Monitor feedback and adjust content and delivery as necessary.
• Collect and analyse feedback data, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Support Experts by Experience to become confident with delivery of content.
• Ensure training content remains relevant and includes the latest research, alongside lived experience insight.

Founded in 1989, the mission of Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) is to support Indigenous Peoples and other communities of the world’s rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment and fulfil their rights to land, life and livelihood.  Locally, it supports forest communities to gain land rights, challenge destructive industries, manage their forests and protect their environment. The DRC Fieldwork Coordinator role sits within RFUK’s largest Programmes team: Land & Livelihoods. A central aspect of the L&L team’s work is supporting communities to establish and manage community forests as well as working at the national and policy levels to achieve wider impact. This role will be pivotal to a new phase of community forest expansion in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is being supported by the Rainforest Trust. Database Usage and Reporting

• Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.

• Develop an Individual Giving strategy including short, medium and long-term acquisition and retention plans
• Set and review budgets and KPIs, tracking how well fundraising activities are doing and ensuring we are getting a good return on investment

About the role 

This is a key role in providing administration and organisational support to the CEO and the Board. The successful candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. This is a part-time position with flexibility on the number of days worked each week, with a minimum of one to two days in the office. 

What you will be doing 

• Manage the Chief Executive's schedule and diary ensuring there is adequate time for meeting preparation and follow-up. 
• Provide project support and co-ordinate briefing packs for the Chief Executive to ensure they have comprehensive information for any meetings and activities. 
• Manage the Boards meeting schedule and calendar of events. 
• Attend meetings, including the Annual General Meeting, to take and produce accurate minutes and update the Rolling Agenda and Actions Sheet. 
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

About London Youth 

We are London Youth: a charity on a mission to support the capital's youth sector to improve the lives of young people. We do this with and through our members - a network of six hundred youth organisations - and at our two outdoor residential centres, Hindleap Warren and Woodrow High House.

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced senior digital and data professional  to lead on the development of our digital infrastructure, and delivery of our data strategy.

  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensuring buy-in for digital and data initiatives.
• Digital Infrastructure & Tech Stack:
  • Oversee the effective product management and use of tools and platforms of all digital communications channels, including CRM, website, email marketing, and social media.
  • Own and manage the organisation's tech stack, ensuring it supports current and future needs.
  • Lead on the development and maintenance of CRM, website functionality, email marketing systems and social media platform integration.
  • Oversee the improvement of user journeys across all communications channels ,taking a user-led approach.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and research in digital communications, technology and ways of working; making evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Data Strategy & Governance:
  • Maximize the use of data across platforms to provide user insight and learning that measures impact and supports strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the team to provide data and insights in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data is used effectively for audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Lead on data governance, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• User Experience (UX) & Design:
  • Lead on user experience and design, ensuring digital platforms are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Oversee continuous improvements in search engine optimisation and accessibility.

Digital Development:

· Manage digital development projects, including website updates and new platform implementations.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who can step confidently into the role and deliver at pace. You will have:

· Significant experience in developing and implementing digital strategies across multiple channels (website, email, social media).

· Significant experience in leading and managing digital platforms, including website CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

· Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies, including data governance, analysis, and reporting.

· Demonstrable experience in improving user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on digital platforms

· Experience of managing digital development projects and working with technical suppliers.

· Thorough knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.

· Knowledge of website development processes and technologies

· Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PECR).

· Ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.

· Developed project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.

About the role

We are looking for an Activities Coordinator to work across multiple services within the area, to manage the running and coordination of regular activities, events, and trips for our residents. Our service provides support to residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will line manage a team of 2 peer support mentors. Our Peer Mentor role is designed for people who have lived experience of that faced by our residents. You will support with all aspects of line management and wellbeing support, ensuring they are well supported within their role. 

As an Activities Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver high quality activities and programmes which work in support to individual support places and goals, by creating a calendar of activities, celebrations, awareness months/days/weeks and events to encourage social skills and community engagement. You will also maintain effective stakeholder relationships, find new partnerships, and create a catalogue of partners which are easily accessible. 

About you

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who have multiple and complex needs, with a drive to help support those who suffer with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will be able to build rapport and trusting relations in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to helping others, with an understanding that each individual has different levels and types of support needs. 

• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs.
• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector
• Experience in coordinating and/or delivering activities and programmes with people from various backgrounds
• Ability to lead a team, and support them in achieving outcomes necessary for personal and professional outcomes
• Ability to provide advice, support and guidance to a team and residents on various areas

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others
