Contract, 18 Months fix term, Full-time
Job description

Data and Case Management Officer (18-month fixed term contract)

Home-based – with considerable travel across the UK

Thank you for showing an interest in working for Emmaus UK. We are looking for a dynamic data and case management professional to work with us to support our 34 member organisations for an initial period of 18 months.

Emmaus is a fantastic organisation. We help formerly homeless people to re-gain lost self-esteem by providing them with a stable home and meaningful work in a social enterprise. We understand that a home is more than just a roof over your head; it’s somewhere to belong, where you feel part of a community.

The data and case management officer role is very important to Emmaus UK as the postholder will be supporting our members to develop a shared core dataset and to implement a case management system and reporting arrangements from that system. The postholder will also work closely with Charity Log – the case management system provider – to ensure that the system is configured and implemented effectively across the federation.

This role requires someone who is familiar with case management systems and how they are used in service delivery settings. They will be able to develop and deliver training for colleagues, building their capacity in how to use the case management system. They will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to make changes to the case management system. The post holder will have the ability to use databases and Excel to manipulate and analyse quantitative data. They will be capable of communicating quantitative data orally and in writing to diverse audiences in a compelling way. Finally, they will be a team player who excels in building relationships with colleagues.

The successful applicant will be organised and able to juggle conflicting workloads. They should have exceptional data management skills as well as being able to connect with people in a wide range of different situations.

If you are interested in the role, please submit a completed application form as well as the additional details form.  Emmaus UK is a secular organisation, committed to equality and inclusion and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

The deadline for applications is 9am on Friday 18th February. Please complete the attached application Form and send via email.

CV's and cover letters are not acceptable.

Interviews will be held w/c 28th February 2022 on Microsoft Teams

If you would like to arrange an informal discussion about the role, please email us.

Yours sincerely

Charlotte Talbott
