The Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) is looking to appoint a Communications Manager to grow our profile and increase the impact of our work to create sustainable and resilient places that are fair for everyone. At a pivotal time for planning and placemaking in the UK, this new role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy for one of the UK’s leading campaigning charities as it enters a new chapter.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Lead the development and implementation of communications across all of the TCPA’s areas of work to support the delivery of the Association’s Five year Strategy. The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission. 

The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.

Who are we looking for?

Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income.

The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has already operated at a senior level within a charity such as at Senior Manager level, or Head of in a specific income stream.

Hybrid working

The role has a hybrid expectation of a minimum of a day a week in the High Wycombe office (HP11 2QW) to build relationships and provide support to the fundraising team, and there will be flexibility required for other in person meetings and events. About The Role

This is a role for someone who sees how things really work behind the scenes and can’t help spotting where they could work better. As Process Development Lead, you’ll sit right at the heart of Supporter Services and Fundraising operations, shaping how work flows end-to-end so it’s clearer, faster, more consistent and ultimately better for the people we support. You won’t just be tweaking processes, you’ll be joining the dots across teams, systems, suppliers and governance to build something that actually holds together at scale and stands up to scrutiny.

About the Role

As People and Culture Lead, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of the People function at Global Canopy. Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55,000- £60,000 full time equivalent. This role sits within Band C on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.

Nature of contract: Full time or 0.8 FTE. Permanent. This is a hybrid role working from home and our office in Oxford. There is a requirement to attend the office once a week and for other meetings/work as required.

Holidays: 36 days (including bank/public holidays) for discretionary use across the annual leave year. Option to purchase up to an additional 5 days or equivalent of one week’s leave.

The Data Consultant role centres on data discovery and consultancy - working with charity clients to understand their data challenges and shape practical roadmaps for change. Alongside this you will contribute to client delivery, own key internal systems, and help develop new products and services.

The Philharmonia is seeking to appoint a Box Office and CRM Manager to lead the management, development and optimisation of the Orchestra’s CRM strategy, systems and audience experience. The roles focuses on ensuring a seamless customer journey while overseeing the effective operation of the Box Office and the ongoing development of Tessitura.

This is a key role overseeing both the day-to-day operation and strategic development of the Philharmonia’s Box Office and CRM function. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing ticketing and customer strategies that maximise sales income, improve conversion and enhance the audience experience.

As a public facing member of staff, the Box Office and CRM Manager will be a key representative of the Orchestra, ensuring customers receive a welcoming, efficient and accessible service whether booking online, by phone or in person. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is therefore essential.

The role will also lead on the effective management and ongoing development of Tessitura, supporting audience insight, segmentation, reporting and customer journeys across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Development, Finance and Concerts, the successful candidate will help ensure that customer data is used effectively to support audience growth, income generation and informed decision-making.

Previous experience of using Tessitura is essential. From hall dressing and campaign set-up to system optimisation, reporting and user support, this role will be one of the Orchestra’s lead Tessitura users. Experience of working within a Tessitura consortium would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic planning and implementation:

• Work closely with Marketing and Development colleagues to develop and implement CRM strategies that support audience growth, income generation, membership retention/acquisition and fundraising objectives

• Develop customer journeys, audience segmentation and data-led approaches that improve conversion, retention and engagement across the customer lifecycle

• Support the development of sales forecasts, benchmarks and performance analysis, providing insight to inform campaign planning, pricing and decision-making

At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year. We award grants to other charities and organisations who provide different types of transport, or work towards making transport accessible. We also carry out ongoing research, in partnership with disabled people and key stakeholders in the industry, to inspire innovations that continue to champion accessible transport for all.

This role will support the Senior Insight Manager in delivering policy research and insight as part of the new insight function. This role sits at the intersection of research and policy, ensuring that evidence is not only generated, but interpreted and mobilised effectively to inform forward-looking organisational positioning.

As Policy Research Manager, you’ll play a central role in building and mobilising the evidence needed to influence policy and public debate on mobility, disability and welfare reform. Working closely with colleagues across Insight, Policy and Public Affairs, you’ll help to ensure that the Foundation has a robust, timely and compelling evidence base to support advocacy, engagement with decision-makers, and external partnerships.
