Purpose of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship‑focused individual to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will be a mix of managing and growing existing partnerships and supporting new business activity.

You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other colleagues across the team to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired by the impact they are helping to create. You’ll also contribute to building our pipeline, identifying potential new supporters, making first contact, and helping to develop tailored proposals.

While you don’t need to be an expert from day one, you will bring energy, curiosity, and great interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver excellent partnership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Support the management of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they are well‑stewarded and achieve agreed objectives.

• Coordinate partnership activities, such as volunteering days, events, campaigns, and communications.

• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Impact, Delivery) to gather and share inspiring impact stories and updates with partners.

• Track and report on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, such as additional projects, campaigns, or employee engagement activities.

New Business Support

• Research and identify potential new corporate partners.

• Assist with approaches to prospective partners, including outreach emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and event attendance.

• Support the development of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and budgets for senior stakeholders.

• Help maintain and grow the new business pipeline.

Communications & Events

• Work with Marketing & Comms to produce engaging partnership content for social media, newsletters, and impact reports.

• Represent UK Youth at external networking events, conferences, and partner‑related activities.

Data & Administration

• Keep all CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support due diligence processes for both new and existing partnerships.

• Ensure donations are processed, recorded, and recognised appropriately.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health and Wellbeing team in the role of Health and Wellbeing Manager, whose primary objectives will be to manage the Health and Wellbeing Team and oversee the delivery and development of Fulham FC Foundation’s Health and Wellbeing programmes: More Than A Game, Fulham Teammates and Walking Football.

Fulham FC Foundation (the Foundation) is the official registered charity of Premier League football club, Fulham FC.

Our Health and Wellbeing programme aims to engage people of all ages across South West London in activities that will improve their physical and mental health, reduce isolation and increase confidence. The post holder will need to be dedicated, supportive, agile and self-motivated. They will also require experience managing and developing community projects, overseeing a team of project leads, building strong stakeholder relationships as well as an understanding of working in the non-for-profit/charity sector. The Health and Wellbeing Manager will have the opportunity to lead innovative programme developments and make decisions on the future landscape of our Health and Wellbeing work. The role will also require a flexible approach to working during the evenings and weekends when required to support the Foundation and oversee Health and Wellbeing programme delivery. 

The Health and Wellbeing Manager must:

· Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in community programme development (health sector desirable)

· Have experience of overseeing funded programmes

· Have experience of creating and managing project budgets

· Have experience of managing people

· Have experience of monitoring and evaluating community programmes

Ideally, the Health and Wellbeing Manager will:

· Have experience delivering community programmes with adults and young people

· Have experience building stakeholder relationships with organisations such as the NHS and Local Authorities

· Have knowledge of the NHS landscape and future plans, particularly across South West London

· Have experience building and developing new health and wellbeing initiatives from scratch

· Have an understanding of the non-for-profit and charity sector

· Have a background in a community health environment

· Have knowledge of Football Club Community Organisations (CCOs)

What we’ll need from you

This job is all about supporting the communications team in raising the profile of Day One, primarily on social media and with a focus on short-form video content. You’ll need to be a great communicator and creative thinker with a passion for making great digital content. You will work closely with our service users, volunteers and staff to make compelling content for social media in both written and video form. You will need to be creative, proactive, empathetic and adaptable. Working closely with our fundraising and communications team, you’ll ensure people remain at the heart of our work by telling powerful stories that resonate with our audiences and effectively communicate the impact of major trauma and the support Day One provides. As we are a small organisation, you will need to be ready to support the wider team with fundraising and service delivery projects.

Who you’ll be working with

You’ll work as a key member of our friendly, experienced and enthusiastic communications and fundraising team. We're a small, hard-working team with big ambitions, but we still make the time to support each other. You’ll be line-managed by me (Digital Communications Officer), and work alongside our Communications Manager Dave and Marketing and Communications Officer Harriet. You’ll be supported by our Fundraising and Communications Director, a supportive SLT and board of trustees, and work alongside six fantastic fundraising colleagues. This position is new for the charity, so there is lots of scope for you to carve out the role and make it your own. We’ll support you, so together we can become the charity that communication professionals want to work for: because of the impact we have on the lives of major trauma patients and their families, our inclusive culture, professional development opportunities and exceptional communications.

Our Commercial Team 

We have a small commercial team with big ambitions for the sector.

Currently, we hold a single commercial contract worth around £3m per year delivered through 12 libraries. Our aim is to reach a point where we have a menu of commercial contracts that all of our 176 member library services can choose to benefit from according to the skills and assets of their service, their focus and strategy and of course the needs of their communities.

In the current funding climate for local authorities and local government services, these contracts are not just about the income and the services they can provide but about demonstrating nationally the power of the library sector, and how national services can be delivered locally through library services and the communities they serve.

Our approach is to identify and secure contracts procured by national government – either directly or with partners to extend the libraries’ capabilities – with an eye to local delivery through the library services. This allows us to centrally hold and manage the risk of the national contract, leaving the library services to deliver themselves.

We see libraries as a solution to many of society’s challenges and this is one route we use to bring the libraries into that solution.  

This area is part of our long term strategy – we are seeking to build the commercial team with this role and while it is initially a 12-month contract, our hope is that with the role in place we can generate the income to sustain and build on it.

The International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) is exclusive partnering with Robertson Bell in their search for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their evolving team on a permanent basis, in this newly created role.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key senior member of the finance team and will help shape the strategic management and direction of the team. They will support the Director of Finance and Operations, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and budget holders to understand and interpret IIED’s finances and play a key role in the long term strategic financial planning process.

The key duties of the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis are as follows:

• Lead on strategic financial reporting to provide a clear picture of the organization’s short- and long-term financial position
• Manage the design and build of financial models to support strategic planning, project impact assessment, and forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic forecasts and budget plans
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance
• Lead the finance business partnering function, providing support and guidance to budget holders and key stakeholders
• Ensure monthly management accounts are produced and shared with stakeholders
• Financial evaluation of project proposals to support management decision-making
• Manage and mentor the FP&A Team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and development
• Work closely with project managers and budget holders, ensuring projects are financially sustainable and aligned with donor requirements
• Collaborate with operational teams, including HR, IT, and Procurement, to integrate financial planning with operational strategies

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified with a recognised professional body, or be able to prove they are qualified by experience
• Experience in charity financial planning, budgeting and cost recovery model in a complex organisation
• Substantial relevant finance management experience in the not-for-profit sector
• Experience in mapping and analysing processes and identifying and implementing process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and be able to influence at all levels within the organisation
• Ability to manage, support and develop diverse teams to work effectively together and with the rest of the organisation
• Ideally, experience of accounting within a grant receiving organisation

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic team administrator to join our small, friendly and relaxed team at SCONUL, the professional association for academic and research libraries. The team currently works one to two days a week from our modern offices close to Euston station and the remainder of the week from home. 

You will be responsible for providing administrative support across all aspects of the organisation’s work, including diary management, the organisation of meetings and supporting the delivery of the SCONUL Access Scheme. It’s a role that provides scope for autonomy and to become involved in the full range of the organisation’s work and to develop a broad set of skills.

We are looking with someone with relevant office or administration experience who is well organised and with strong communication and IT skills. The role would suit someone who is self-motivated, flexible and happy to take the initiative.

Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Project Manager and SCONUL Co-ordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Organising the schedule of meetings for the SCONUL Board and SCONUL working Groups.
• Managing the diary of the Executive Director.
• Supporting the delivery of the SCONUL Access Scheme including:
  • answering routine queries from Access Scheme users, applicants and university administrators
  • providing SCONUL Access contacts with timely and relevant information about the scheme
  • providing routine technical support to applicants and university contacts responsible for processing applications and refer potentially more complex or disruptive technical problems
  • drafting changes to website content to reflect the scheme’s current practice and procedures.
• Supporting the delivery of SCONUL events including:
  • drafting and following up invitations to speakers and other participants with support from the Project Manager
  • managing and processing events registrations
  • booking accommodation and travel arrangements when required
  • production of event documentation
  • helping to manage events on site, including briefing and managing colleagues, volunteers, and external suppliers, supporting, advising and directing event participants.
• Processing invoices and other office paperwork.
• Answering general queries from members and students phoned into the office.
• Uploading content onto the SCONUL website and helping keep the content up to date.

Skills and experience required

Summary of the position

Epic is looking for a Development Manager to support the activities of the UK Development Team to help us ‘make giving the norm’.

The Development Manager will work with the UK Director in our small team in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues in Paris and Brussels. 

This position offers candidates the opportunity to develop their skills across a range of fundraising disciplines including corporate fundraising, major donor engagement, events, and philanthropy. 

This position will work with a deeply engaged team in an international environment. Given the versatile nature of the responsibilities and the small team size, candidates will need to show demonstrable flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

With support from the UK Director, the Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Director and wider UK team and Development colleagues in Paris and Brussels to execute the fundraising strategy in the UK. The Development Manager is a key role in a small team, and will contribute new ideas, networks and results to help us meet our income targets and therefore create more positive impact for children and young people globally. More specifically, the key responsibilities of this role are outlined below.

1. Business Development (65%)

• Lead prospect research and outreach efforts to expand Epic’s prospect donor pool in the UK: monitor the fundraising ecosystem, conduct in-depth prospect research and engage in proactive outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emailing, digital networking and in-person events. This will include attending early morning and evening events as required.
• Set conversion objectives and support conversion from leads to donations
• Identify and secure lead opportunities within networks and events
• Pitch Epic and its various Giving Solutions to potential donors, and build tailored proposals when needed
• Maintain high discipline and consistency in follow-up with leads and donors: use Epic’s CRM to build a consistent pipeline of prospects, as well as maintaining the database with accurate and up to date donor information
• Evaluate and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of events and fundraising campaigns
• Prepare compelling fundraising communications, materials and presentations for donor meetings and events

2. Nurturing & engaging the UK Community (20%)

• Contribute to Epic’s engagement strategy for current donors to ensure an 80% renewal rate
• Maintain regular touchpoints with a subgroup of donors through activities such as sharing monitoring reports, organising project visits and volunteering opportunities in the UK, and scheduling regular calls and face to face meetings. 
• Act as the main point of contact for a subset of donors and answer their enquiries in a timely manner
• Craft and manage engagement opportunities such as UK events and webinars, including drinks, talks, breakfast events, and provide support to the organisation for the annual gala nights. Support will be provided for certain events by our in-house dedicated Events team.

3. Fundraising-related administration (15%)

• Manage donor-related administrative tasks, such as regular use of Epic’s CRM (Salesforce), donation forms, meeting preparation, minutes (where applicable), and 
• Process all donations, using Salesforce and related donation platforms, in a timely manner each month
• Liaise with international fund vehicles, such as Myriad USA, to ensure all international donation commitments are fulfilled. 

Position Requirements :

• Candidate must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Excellent level of English (both spoken and written) required
• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) highly desirable 
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales, fundraising or business development role, with demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
• Experience within the charity sector is desirable but not required
• Experience using software packages such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva and other applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to attend external events (including evening events) and comfortable networking with a variety of people across different communities

The Epic UK team is a small but dedicated team. The role requires flexibility and a start-up attitude. This is a full time, permanent position, based in the London office with the opportunity for two remote working days each week. This role reports to the UK Director and will involve closely working with Epic’s global development team, as well as with the Engagement, Programs, Marketing and Communications, and Operations teams.

Advice Service Delivery Manager

The newly created Advice & Support Team plays a key role in delivering Battersea’s increased strategic focus on early intervention in the pet ownership journey. By offering well-timed expert and empathetic support and advice before owners reach crisis point, the team aims to prevent avoidable animal welfare issues and reduce the number of pets relinquished for preventable reasons.

A key service in this area is the Behaviour Advice Line (BAL), currently delivered by our Animal Behaviour Team. This new role exists to lead the development of a clear, evidence-based service model and plan to transform the line into a cost-effective multi-channel service that delivers measurably improved impact for owners and their pets.

The role is for one year with the outcome to develop a detailed service model and associated change plan and budget, that is evidence based, co-designed and in alignment with the future Advice and Support strategy and Operations structure. Iterative changes should be identified for service improvement within the year and a business case for investment produced by the end of July 2026.

Are you passionate about putting an end to homelessness across Oxfordshire?

The Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance (the Alliance) is a group of organisations (Local government, A2 Dominion, Aspire, Connection Support, Elmore, Homeless Oxfordshire and St Mungo’s) that came together in 2022 to deliver single homelessness services across the county under one contract.

Services delivered by the Alliance include the city and county outreach services for people experiencing rough sleeping, supported accommodation such as the hostel O’Hanlon House, shared dispersed supported accommodation, and homelessness prevention services.

The Alliance is commissioned through a pooled annual budget of c£3.8m which all District Councils in Oxfordshire, the City Council, the County Council, and the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Services, contribute towards. Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City are the lead commissioners of the Alliance. 

As part of the initiative, the Alliance will deliver an ambitious housing led change programme which is seeing services remodelled to support and enable people to live in their own homes and fulfil their aspirations. 

This role is hosted by Connection Support which is part of the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance. The role will be guided by the work plan of both the alliance chair and the alliance commissioners.

The impact you will have

As the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in making the alliance and the services it delivers a success. You will provide strategic and operational oversight and day to day leadership and management.

You will strive to improve the services that are delivered by working closely with the Alliance Leadership and Management Team, partners, commissioners, and organisations working to put an end to homelessness. Fostering and enabling a culture of continuous improvement will be at the heart of your work. 

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 30hrs to 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £42,322 - £47,949 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that the salary displayed is the full time equivalent and will be prorated for less than 37.5 hours.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the skills, experience and aptitude to work with the Trustees to refine and support delivery of The Pixel Fund’s overall vision and strategy, and to be the public face of the charity.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the charity, currently carried out by a part-time administrator, which position is to be discontinued following the CEO appointment.

We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a leadership role with a board of Trustees, ideally with hands-on experience in grant-making and grant management, including managing a portfolio of live grant-holders.Strong financial and budgetary management skills are also desirable, in particular to reduce the Charity’s reliance on the Voluntary Treasurer.

The Trustees wish to appoint an individual who has a demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Children and Young People.The role will include upholding the charity’s vision, values and strategic focus, including championing equality, diversity and inclusion across our work.

The appointment is currently offered on a part-time basis of 3 days per week, with the potential to be extended in future.Candidates should note that The Pixel Fund does not have a permanent base and almost all activity is conducted online (including grant management).
