About the Role
As Programme Lead for Flourishing ECTs, you will oversee the successful delivery of the Flourishing ECTE programme: a professional learning offer we have developed at the Church of England in partnership with UCL.

You will ensure these programmes are delivered with excellence across a wide network of regional partners, supporting facilitators to create high-impact learning experiences for school leaders and teachers. Your role will involve coordinating delivery partners, refining programme content based on feedback and research, and ensuring that participants are well-supported throughout their learning journey.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of these programmes, driving continuous improvement and championing a vision of leadership and teaching that enables adults in education to flourish.

Professional Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the Flourishing ECTEs programme, delivered in partnership with University College London (UCL).
• Ensure 'Flourishing Content' is continually improving and evolving, establishing a truly unique ECTE offer.
• Equip, train, and support facilitators to deliver programme content effectively, ensuring that training is tailored to the specific context and needs of the ECT phase across regional cohorts.
• Deliver elements of programme content in both large-scale virtual settings and smaller regional groups (virtually or face-to-face).
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery and knowledge application in early career teaching contexts, aligned with UCL's curriculum framework and standards.
• Collaborate with other Programme Leads to ensure coherence and consistency across programmes and to share best practice.
• Use leadership credibility to contribute to programme visibility and engagement, including sharing expertise through blogs, videos, and speaking at external events.
  Staff Management and Collaboration.
• Work closely with UCL and a wide network of delivery partners to ensure effective programme implementation and regional coordination.
• Lead the setup and onboarding of new Delivery Partners, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported to deliver the programme in line with UCL's expectations.
• Collaborate with other Programme Leads and the wider Professional Learning Team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for participants.
• Line manage members of the programme team, providing supervision, guidance, and support to ensure effective delivery and professional development.

Quality and Standards

• Implement robust quality assurance processes across all stages of programme delivery, responding to feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, and completion, working with UCL and Delivery Partners to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure participants are well prepared for assessment, supporting consistently high success rates.
• Regularly review feedback and address areas for improvement through curriculum design and facilitator development.

Communication and Engagement

• Ensure excellent communication with UCL, Delivery Partners, and participants, including oversight of inbox management and timely responses to queries.
• Coordinate external communications and logistics for events, briefings, and programme updates, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

Research and Development

• Engage with governance and research groups, including UCL, to ensure programme content is underpinned by current evidence and responsive to emerging themes.
• Work with school leaders and sector experts to bring evidence-led leadership development to life within the ECT phase of the programme.

Essential

Knowledge and Experience:

• Successful senior leadership experience within the education sector.
• Proven impact in designing and delivering professional development, particularly in relation to NPQs, ECTE or the Church of England's Flourishing programmes.
• Experience of leading teams of facilitators and/or coaches in a professional learning context.
• Strong understanding of the NPQ/ECF frameworks and their research base.
• Secure understanding of the Church of England Vision for Education and its application in schools.
• Experience in evaluating the impact of professional learning programmes using qualitative and quantitative data.

About the role
We are seeking a Programme Officer who will support the Church of England Education Office's Professional Learning Team. The role is part of a wider team of Programme Officers who support a variety of functions across both the NPQ suite and the Flourishing programmes. Programme Officers work across different portfolios, supporting delivery through directly contracted Delivery Partners and via our National Programme delivered by the Education Office.

Working collaboratively, Programme Officers take on different areas of responsibility to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality programmes across the country. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management and programme delivery skills in a holistic and supportive environment.

Internal-facing Support

• Maintain the integrity of data within Salesforce and other systems. Trouble-shoot errors when seen.
• Support the effective programme management, launch and delivery of NPQs and Flourishing programmes.
• Lead on administrative tasks relating to the delivery of the programmes, including participant recruitment, onboarding and ongoing participant management (e.g. processing withdrawals and deferrals, supporting participant assessments).
• Provide event administration support, including scheduling, online meeting setup, and updating learning platforms (e.g. Blackboard).
• Assist with the preparation of reports on recruitment, engagement, and quality assurance.
• Provide administrative support across delivery functions, including inbox management, form creation, and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting and organising feedback from participants, facilitators, and partners to inform programme development and enhance delivery.
• Be prepared to work flexibly across the team, supporting different areas of programme delivery as needed to respond to changing priorities and ensure smooth operation.

External-facing Support

• Provide high-quality, courteous and caring first-line support for participant and partner queries via shared inboxes.
• Support the Learning Technology team with online event administration and technical support.
• Assist applicants and sponsors with the application process and IT-related queries.
• Use data systems, to identify and support Delivery Partners who have participants who are at risk of falling behind, in order for them to take swift action to ensure support is put in place and their participants are able to catch up in a timely manner.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of Coaches and Facilitators across all programmes.
• Act as the first point of contact in online sessions, supporting facilitators to use key features of Zoom and Teams (e.g. breakout rooms) and answer queries from participants, coaches and facilitators.
• Maintain accurate records of contractual milestones and deliverables for external partners.
• Liaise with Delivery Partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and meeting of their contractual milestones.

About the role 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the Frontline Improvement Project, ensuring it meets organisational priorities and delivers measurable, sustainable change. You will provide structured project leadership, maintain accountability for progress, and coordinate cross‑functional activity to keep the project on track in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in planning, developing, testing, and implementing all elements of the Frontline Improvement Project.
• Coordinate the project by establishing clear structures, plans, and processes that enable effective collaboration across departments.
• Lead designated workstreams and maintain strong communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reporting in line with PMO and governance standards, outlining progress, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.

This is a full‑time position working 35 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.

This role will lead and deliver two projects, the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Young Adult Voices Project, and the General Synod Young Voices project, across which it will engage with a wide variety of young people.

The Net Zero Carbon Young Adult Voices project recognises that action to tackle climate change, as part of the wider environmental crisis, is important for young people, and responds to the fact that the NZC programme is not currently strategically engaging with these groups.

This project will involve:
- gathering the voices of young adults (18-30) to enable them to influence the direction of the programme and the Church's wider Environment Programme, ensuring their voice is heard at all levels of the Programme, and informs decision-making.
- communicating what the NZC programme is doing, to raise awareness amongst young people of the CofE's commitment to being a NZC church with these audiences, and to enable pathways for them to become involved in decarbonisation and other environmental projects at the local level.
- work with diocesan colleagues to enable the voices of young people to exercise leadership influence on NZC at a Diocesan level, as appropriate.

Important to the success of this role will be engaging with departments and stakeholders across the Church of England, to ensure this work sits within the broader context of the priority to be a church which is younger and more diverse.
As this is a new project and a new role, the postholder will help to shape the role. The initial focus will be to develop a NZC Young Adult Voices Strategy and Plan for sign-off by the NZC Programme Board, and then to work through delivery of this. This will need to consider the theology, mission and action that will engage and connect with young people - particularly exploring how we root this work in the spirituality and theology that is relevant for a younger audience.

The General Synod Young Voices project follows two motions passed at General Synod (in July 2024 and February 2025) committing General Synod to listening and responding to the voices of children, young people and young adults in every subsequent session. This project involves gathering the voices through schools, churches and Dioceses and enabling children and young people to speak and present each session at General Synod. In addition, it involves working with a group of young adults drawn from every diocese to run a programme of faith and leadership development that enables them to speak into General Synod at a national level, and exercise leadership influence at a Diocesan level as appropriate.

This is a fixed-term role until December 2028, with potential to extend, dependent on 29-31 Triennium Funding.

The General Manager will provide leadership and day-to-day operational management for the Natural Voice Network, ensuring smooth running of its activities and services. Working under the strategic direction of the Trustee Board, the General Manager will implement decisions, oversee the Administrator, and manage finances and communications at an operational level.

They will have delegated authority to make operational and financial decisions (within agreed limits) on behalf of the NVN and its Trustee Board, enabling trustees to focus on governance, strategy, and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities: 

Operational Management

- Manage the day-to-day running of the NVN, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and in line with the organisation’s values and policies.

- Maintain and store confidential documents and archives.

- Work closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth coordination of membership services, communications, and events.

- Support the development and implementation of the NVN’s strategic and annual plans.

- Represent the NVN in meetings and collaborations, acting as a central point of contact for members, partners, and external organisations.

- Assist with the organisation and delivery of NVN events, training, and gatherings (online and in person).

Financial Management

- Manage operational budgets and approve expenditure within agreed limits (e.g. up to £1,000 per transaction or as defined by the Trustee Board).

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for trustee meetings.

Governance and Reporting

- Ensure systems are in place to support good governance, including accurate records, risk management, and compliance with relevant legislation.

- Prepare reports for the Trustee Board, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.

- Keep policies and procedures up to date and support trustees in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring that staff and volunteers are informed and aligned.

- Oversee preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes for Trustee Board and working group meetings in collaboration with the chair and administrator.

- Manage trustee induction when new trustees are elected onto the Trustee Board.

Staff Supervision

- Line-manage the Administrator, setting clear priorities and providing regular supervision and support.

- Foster a positive, inclusive working culture consistent with the NVN’s ethos.

As Youth Worker you will use your experience of working with children and young people to:

• Work alongside the Youth Coordinator to develop and deliver an agreed project plan that meets the requirements of funders and local team priorities, in line with Diabetes UK processes and policies.
• Support young people and volunteers to understand and grow their strengths and skills, empowering them to take action, support others and make change happen.
• Continuously improve our impact and engagement with young people and the diabetes community, identifying opportunities to share learning and good practice across teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.​

Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.​

You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. You will use your excellent communication skills to manage volunteers and ensure the safe and effective running of our meals and positive relationships with school families.​

There will be frequent travel within London, with evening work required. Our school community meals are accessible by public transport.​

Job Summary

The Senior Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and diversifying Bipolar UK’s high‑value relationships, with a particular emphasis on corporate fundraising and identifying strategic, mutually beneficial collaborations that support the charity’s long‑term needs.

Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow our portfolio of major donors, corporate supporters, and strategic partners. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged, and inspired to deepen their relationship with us.

A key part of the role will involve proactively identifying and cultivating new corporate prospects, developing compelling propositions, crafting funding proposals, and pitching confidently to decision‑makers at all levels. You will help implement robust cultivation plans and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation across all partnership activity.

You will also work collaboratively across the wider Fundraising Team - including with the Fundraising Officer - supporting campaigns, events, and individual giving where needed.

This is a home‑based position with travel required for meetings and events across the UK. Some evening or weekend work may be required.

1. Growing Corporate and Strategic Partnerships

• Drive the growth of corporate fundraising through proactive identification, research and cultivation of new corporate prospects.
• Develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnership opportunities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Charity of the Year, sponsorships, staff fundraising, corporate challenge events, payroll giving and cause‑related marketing.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in major donor fundraising, corporate fundraising or partnership development.
• Proven track record of generating new business at 5 and 6 figure levels - from prospecting through to securing partnerships.
• Experience working to, and achieving, income targets.
• Strong understanding of the corporate sector, CSR and corporate fundraising mechanisms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering pitches and proposals.

About the role

With line management responsibilities for a team of HR Business Partners, the Senior HR Business Partners will drive HR aspects of the Strategic Plan ensuring development and delivery of the strategy to enable relationships and people management solutions across Shelter and Shelter Scotland.

The postholder will identify HR priorities which supports Shelter and Shelter Scotland’s Strategy, making recommendations to the HR Senior Leadership Team that supports the overall strategic direction.

About the team

Head of Communications

Location: Home-based in the UK, within 90 minutes travel of Central London, with national and international travel

Key responsibilities

Strategic communications leadership

· Acting as the brand guardian, oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of high-quality strategic communications, branding and media strategies aligned with WeProtect Global Alliance’s organisational objectives.

· Embed a global communications lens across the Alliance’s work, proactively identifying opportunities to amplify impact and reach priority audiences.

· Provide expert advice on positioning, proactive and reactive communications, and reputational management to shape the Alliance’s approach.

· Ensure communications is embedded in actions plans and lead on monitoring, evaluation and insight.

External communications & media

· Ensure strong visibility and consistent branding across all communications channels, reinforcing WeProtect Global Alliance’s role as a leading global voice on online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

· Increasing WeProtect Global Alliance’s visibility in regions and sectors, increasing global brand recognition and audiences across digital channels.

Neotree: The Digital Learning Health System

Neotree is an award-winning digital learning health system co-designed with frontline clinicians to end preventable newborn deaths in low-resource settings. Our open-source platform integrates real-time, knowledge-based clinical decision support (CDS), structured data capture, and visual dashboards into routine neonatal care. Currently active in 18 healthcare facilities, Neotree has supported care for 60,000 newborns and trained over 3,000 health workers to date. Neotree is the only platform of its kind with a defined pathway to embed AI-enabled decision support into routine neonatal care in sub-Saharan Africa.

Neotree: The Charity

The UK charity was established by core members of the University College London (UCL) Neotree research project to maximise the impact of their research on the quality of newborn care and newborn mortality. After five years of rapid growth and proven clinical impact, Neotree is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our next chapter. Having evolved from an innovative research pilot into a multi-country digital health intervention, integrated into routine neonatal care in Malawi and Zimbabwe, Neotree is poised for national-scale rollout and scale up, alongside rigorous ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

The Opportunity: Impact at Scale

By 2030 the ambition is for Neotree to be a fully integrated, sustainable standard of care across Malawi and Zimbabwe, having been handed over to, and owned by, their respective Ministries of Health. The incoming Executive Director will lead this transition, shifting the organisation from a research-led implementation partner to one able to scale up a digital public good (currently a DPGA Nominee with a full submission for DPG designation under review).

While the technological landscape, and specific delivery modules, will evolve, the Executive Director will ensure Neotree remains a safe, cost-effective, equitable, and evidence-based system that is successfully embedded within national digital health infrastructures.

The Executive Director's success will be measured collaboratively, focusing on KPIs related to impact and sustainability, and they will work alongside experienced clinical, technical, and academic leads.

Location: Remote within 2-3 hours of Central Africa Time (CAT), with approximately quarterly travel (including to Malawi, Zimbabwe and the UK).

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations, Clinical Safety & Quality Assurance

1.1. Senior Operational Oversight: Provide high-level oversight of Neotree’s operations across 18 healthcare facilities in Malawi and Zimbabwe, ensuring that the "baby-first" mission is consistently delivered on the ground.

1.2. Clinical Safety & Ethical Governance: Lead the overarching strategy for clinical safety and ethical compliance. Ensure the platform remains a safe and effective clinical tool, and that all operations comply with international data protection and health governance best practices.

1.3. Quality & Effectiveness: Oversee the continuous improvement and optimisation of the Neotree platform based on real-world feedback from frontline clinical staff, ensuring the system remains highly acceptable and trusted by healthcare professionals.

2. Management: People, Grants & Finance

2.1. International Team Leadership: Lead, oversee and inspire a multi-disciplinary, multi-country team (UK, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa), fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and excellence.

2.2. Develop local leadership and support the growth of country-based teams, ensuring long-term sustainability through in-country capacity building.

2.3. Financial & Grant Management:

2.3.1. Provide robust oversight of the charity’s finances, including budget setting and cash flow.

2.3.2. Lead the management of complex institutional grants (e.g. FCDO, Gates Foundation), ensuring all milestones and reporting requirements are met.

2.3.3. Manage relationships with multiple downstream partners.

3. Governance & Accountability

3.1. Statutory Compliance: Lead Neotree’s reporting and compliance with the Charity Commission, HMRC, Companies House, donors and other relevant legislation. Oversee internal and external audits.

3.2. Board Development & Relations: Act as the primary link to the Board of Trustees, providing transparent reporting on risks, financial performance, and strategic progress. Work proactively with the Chair to strengthen the board, supporting its growth and ensuring its membership is representative of the diverse international contexts and communities Neotree serves.

3.3. Risk Management: Serve as the ultimate lead for organisational risk, identifying and mitigating risks to protect the charity’s reputation, clinical safety, and financial health.

3.4. Organisational & Innovation Governance: Responsible for the continuous review and implementation of all policies (HR, due diligence, safeguarding, clinical and data governance etc.). Ensure policies are legally compliant across international operations.

4. Strategy & Impact Scaling

4.1. Overall Strategy: Lead the development and execution of Neotree’s business model and strategy to scale impact globally, ensuring the sustainable growth and wider adoption of Neotree as a digital public good.

4.2. Evidence base: Work closely with Neotree’s academic team at University College London to identify and address evidence gaps, to support on Neotree research grants (e.g. NIHR, Gates Foundation), and to ensure academic insights are translated directly into clinical impact and national policy.

4.3. Tech Strategy & Interoperability: Lead the development and execution of Neotree's digital strategy. A key focus will be driving the roadmap for system interoperability to ensure Neotree is a future-proofed platform. This includes FHIR compatibility and integration with national systems, such as DHIS2 and national EHRs, to support seamless data exchange.

4.4. Fundraising Strategy: Design and deliver a diverse fundraising strategy that further moves the organisation toward financial resilience and reduced dependence on major academic grants.

4.5. Partnerships & External Relations: Serve as one of the primary ambassadors for Neotree, alongside our Principal Investigators and co-founder Professor Michelle Heys. Define priority stakeholders, and build and maintain relationships with those high-level strategic partners to drive adoption and raise Neotree’s profile.

Key Priorities for the First 12-18 Months

The new Executive Director will focus on the following key priorities during their initial 12-18 months:

1. Successful Project Delivery & Ministry of Health Partnerships. Ensure successful delivery of the projects currently in flight, in both Malawi and Zimbabwe. This includes partnerships with the Ministries of Health in both countries to build and hand over neonatal modules in their EHR systems based on Neotree, and support their successful rollout.

2. Strategic Plan Development. Develop a 3-5 year plan with the Board, academic partners, and wider project team to build on our existing foundation to expand Neotree – including addressing research gaps, using AI to improve clinical decision support, and finding ways to expand the adoption of the technology in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and beyond. Sustainability is a core part of that strategy.

3. Strategic Plan Execution. Execute on that plan, including securing funding, building partnerships, and further developing the Neotree team.

Experience

1. Education: Master’s degree (MSc, MPH, MBA) in a relevant field (e.g. Global Health, International Development, Digital Health).

2. Proven track record of overseeing delivery of health services and/or health interventions (ideally in low-resource settings).

3. Experience of working in partnership with Ministries of Health strengthening health systems.

4. Proven experience in scaling an organisation or a digital product / health intervention from a pilot phase to a national or regional standard.

5. Experience of leading multidisciplinary, multi-cultural teams, both in person and remotely.

6. Experience of monitoring and evaluating health programmes.

7. Experience managing complex grants, and diverse revenue streams (grants, philanthropy, or social enterprise models).

Desirable

• AI & Innovation: Understanding of the ethical and practical implications of integrating AI/Machine Learning into healthcare.
• Governance: Familiarity with UK charity governance, including reporting to the Charity Commission and Companies House.
