In this post you will have the opportunity to develop and manage the City of Sanctuary Sheffield volunteer team.  You will be a vital part of the running of City of Sanctuary Sheffield - ensuring that the volunteer team is inclusive, cohesive and well trained and that it supports all the incredible work that City of Sanctuary Sheffield do. Crucially, you will ensure that people seeking sanctuary remain at the heart of the volunteer team. This role is a maternity cover for the current post holder. 

• Reports to: Director  

• Responsible for: Volunteer Administrator; Team of volunteers.  

• Period of Contract: This is a temporary contract covering maternity leave for a duration of 9 months with the possibility of a 3 month extension  

• Hours of work: Part time – 0.4 FTE (14 hours a week)  

• Pay Band: Band B  

• Pay: £14,165 (0.4 FTE); (£35,412 - 1.0 FTE)  

• Pension: 8%  

• Based: Sheffield City Centre  

• Holiday: 10.4 days per year, plus public holidays and time between Christmas and New Year

Job Title: Regional Fundraising Coordinator

Location: Home-based or Hybrid (with 1 day per week in the London Office)

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who will support the success of the Regional Fundraising team by coordinating a range of processes, projects and ways of working to create better collaboration and consistency across the team, enabling us to meet our team objectives of securing sustainable income.
• Someone who can monitor and take ownership of all regular Regional Processes e.g. Monthly financial reporting, basic database (CARE) checks/reporting, risk assessment process, setting up team meeting and conducting research.
• Someone with a data driven mindset and confident in representing the team’s data needs to other teams such as Data team and CRM Migration team.
• Someone confident in liaising with other teams across the charity as needed (e.g. obtaining data from data team, bringing back key information on upcoming campaigns etc).

The Role

As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the growth and sustainability of the FareShare Go programme; through maximising relationships and adding value to create the best experience for our charity community. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, with an approachable nature who will play a vital role in developing and maintaining charity and food partner relationships, together with raising awareness of FareShare Go across your local area.

The Community Coordinator will work across their designated area, with the following key outcomes:

• Charity recruitment and onboarding. Community Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and increasing the number of charities collecting from food partners in the CC’s area, by generating leads through their local networks and research, working with the Regional Support Team to guide charities through the FareShare Go onboarding process and matching charity needs to available food sources in their local area using the ‘right charity-right store’ principle.
• Charity account management. Community Coordinators manage relations with all the charities in their area, in collaboration with the Fareshare Go Customer Support Team, to ensure the best possible experience for their charities. CCs conduct charity account reviews in person or remotely, with all their charities at least once a year, carry out annual Food Safety Checks and follow up food safety or contract breaches to ensure that the FareShare Go programme delivers the very highest levels of food safety assurance for our food and charity partners.
• Food partner account management. Community Coordinators manage relations with food partner outlets in their area, working closely with the Escalated Customer Support Team to resolve issues between charities and outlets by visiting stores and restaurants to collaboratively fix problems and promote engagement by food partner colleagues. Community Coordinators build and maintain relationships between food partners and local charities by educating colleagues about their charities, promoting volunteering opportunities and maximizing the value of local relationships between charities and food partners.
• Area development. As the territory owners for their areas, Community Coordinators use their local knowledge to increase the volumes and food types that their charity accounts can accept and use, to ultimately maximise the social value of food distributed through the programme.  This includes supporting charities to increase their capacity to take more chilled and frozen food, expand their services into new areas or new distribution channels and reach more members of the local community.
• Community marketing and engagement. Community Coordinators are ‘the face of FareShare Go’ in their local areas and promote the programme’s benefits to local voluntary organisations, umbrella groups and zero-waste and food insecurity groups.  They work collaboratively with FareShare Regional Centres in their area, researching local activities, presenting at group meetings and educating charities about FareShare Go and the food and other support they can access from our food partners

Person Specification

Job title: Wellbeing Network Admin Coordinator

Salary: Starting salary is £27,007.50 per year (Full-time equivalent), (SC3-SP17), including inner London weighting.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mind CHWF to join our Wellbeing Network as a Wellbeing Network Admin Coordinator.

You will be immersed in the day-to-day running of Psychological Therapies and Wellbeing services at Mind CHWF and contribute to its smooth running and efficiency under the guidance of its managers. This will include direct client contact and involve the setting up of psychological therapies assessments, allocations, group courses, room bookings and the management of Salesforce. The role also requires initiative in marketing and publicising services, maintaining an accurate timetable of group courses, as well as a keen eye for detail in collecting statistical data using an online database (Salesforce).

This role will suit a proactive, organized and efficient self-starter, seeking a wide range of training and professional development opportunities, working as part of a team to impact on the psychological wellbeing of the communities of Mind CHWF

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Events & Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in delivering high-impact engagement activities and supporting the wider work of RABI’s Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Events & Engagement Manager, you’ll help coordinate the charity’s presence at a wide range of events -including agricultural shows, external affairs engagements, conferences and community activities, ensuring a consistently professional and compelling presence across England and Wales. You will play a key part in engaging with supporters, volunteers, ambassadors and the public, representing RABI with warmth and professionalism.

The role will also help collate and provide valuable marketing and content support, including supporting the capturing of photography and video for use on digital channels, assisting with the development of volunteer and ambassador case studies, and supporting CRM data collection and engagement surveys. This is an exciting, hands-on, outward-facing role suited to an organised, creative and personable team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Coordination and Delivery

• Assist with the organisation and delivery of national and regional events including agricultural shows, external affairs events, volunteer engagement activities and community outreach initiatives.
• Support event logistics such as venue booking, catering, AV, signage, promotional materials, staffing, travel, and health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate post-event evaluation, collecting feedback, attendance data, and impact measures to inform future planning.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive events calendar.

Marketing and Promotional Support

• Work with the MarComms team to coordinate event and show related content for social media, digital platforms and printed collateral.
• Ensure all events, shows and conferences are added to RABI’s website and online calendar.
• Assist with design and distribution of promotional materials, using templates in Canva and maintaining brand consistency.
• Help to prepare pre-event and post-event communications including invitations, newsletters and thank-you communications.
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date inventory of promotional stock and branded materials.
• Support the wider MarComms team on cross-department projects and campaigns.

Stakeholder, Volunteer and Ambassador Engagement

• Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth event operations and representation.
• Coordinate volunteer and ambassador attendance at events and help ensure a positive experience.
• Provide on-site support at key events, acting as a friendly and informed ambassador for RABI.

Administrative and Reporting Duties

• Support the Events Manager with budget tracking and processing of invoices and expenses.
• Ensure accurate record keeping in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Support internal coordination meetings and help document action points and timelines.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event delivery, marketing or a related role.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels and be confident and professional in a public-facing role.

In the past we have worked on research projects of many scales - from large European Union funded consortia, to smaller, one-off pieces which help a local authority or community organisation move forward with their work. Often our research work involves collaborating with a group of other civil society organisations to provide evidence of why change in the land, food and farming system is needed, and generate action on these issues. 

The main areas of work are to: manage and deliver funded research projects (or projects with a research component) with partners, reflect with colleagues on what we are learning within and across workstreams as an organisation and sector, use this knowledge to create new ideas for research work, and support fundraising for these, as part of our ‘infrastructure’ role.

We are recruiting for a temporary grant services coordiantor for a member body You will be the first point of contact for the grants and beneficiary-related activities of the organisation. This includes being a key point of contact for beneficiaries and supporting the administrative elements associated with this.

The Role
Acting as an initial point of contact for the Grants and Services Team for beneficiaries, potential applicants, and those interested in our services. Responding promptly and advising contacts on appropriate next steps.
Advising applicants on eligibility, our processes, and application requirements.
Supporting applicants to complete application forms and provide supporting documentation. Making an initial assessment of their eligibility for support. Reviewing processes, ensuring that these promote accessibility and are straightforward for applicants and beneficiaries.
Managing the data stored on Beacon to ensure quality and consistency. Reviewing and developing data management processes.
Recording all interactions relating to beneficiaries and service users on Beacon, the charitys CRM system. Updating Beacon with notes and actions.
Providing administrative and coordination support across the range of grants and services activities delivered by the charity, new programmes and services, and the team, as well as other functions of the charity during periods of staff leave or other absences
Supporting the wider team in preparing for Grants & Services meetings, circulating the meeting papers to members. Attending meetings and recording decisions made.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of our mental health services in schools, as well as our nursery and family centre. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to improve children’s life chances through early intervention and family support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Analysis and Quality Assurance

• Support the collection and analysis of accurate, timely and high-quality data on our services via Salesforce CRM (training provided, with the opportunity to become a qualified Salesforce Administrator).
• Assist Service Managers in delivering mental health training for school staff and parents/carers, including managing bookings, invites, attendance lists, and queries.
• Coordinate, monitor and support the evaluation of whole school services, including training and wellbeing interventions.
• Maintain effective and up-to-date digital filing systems.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts, developing a deep understanding of our services and their impact on children’s lives.

Family Liaison and Support

• Undertake office and reception duties from 4pm – 6.30pm, including liaising with parents, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new families to our nursery and family centre, including reviewing statutory childcare funding options.
• Help develop a programme of workshops for parents/carers, assessing needs and tailoring support.
• Assist in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of mental health and wellbeing services for families using the nursery.
• Collaborate with the Centre Coordinator to plan and deliver family activities, including day trips to safari parks and the seaside.

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenges. Alongside our own flagship events, we recruit teams for some of the UK’s best-loved sporting events, including the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon. The team also organise our flagship walking event, March for Men, and our Tour de France themed cycling event, the Grand Depart Classic.

As Senior Sporting Events Executive, you’ll take the operational lead in delivering income across our third-party events programme, alongside project managing our team of London Marathon runners. You’ll manage at least one Events and Community Coordinator, supporting their development and ensuring the team delivers outstanding supporter care at every stage. You’ll also play a key role in spotting and developing new opportunities within the charity events market.

This is a hands-on role covering every aspect of event delivery; from leading project meetings, setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to crafting supporter communications, managing logistics and providing on-the-day event support.
