The Role
Are you passionate about empowering volunteers to make a difference? We're looking for a dedicated and organised Volunteer Coordinator to support the operational delivery of our volunteer programmes at GFS. You'll provide hands-on support to volunteers delivering services for girls and young women across England and Wales, coordinate onboarding and training, maintain volunteer records, and ensure volunteers feel supported, connected and equipped to deliver impactful work.

The Campden Charities is a permanently endowed trust assisting individuals on the lowest incomes in the old parish of Kensington. The area is one of extreme contrasts and includes neighbourhoods with significant levels of deprivation and need. We seek applicants who have an understanding of, and empathy towards, supporting unemployed or low-income individuals and families to improve their financial circumstances. Our grant-giving programmes are constantly evolving, input from Grant Officers plays a crucial role in shaping them.

Additional information
Place of work: 27a Pembridge Villas, London W11 3EP. Some outreach work will be expected ranging from one-off events to placements within local organisations or community centres.
Salary: £31,000 - £33,195 dependent on experience (generous 10% employer's pension contribution rising to 15% after five years)
Hours of work: 37½ hours, Monday to Friday. The usual working hours for this post are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Some start time flexibility could potentially be offered post-induction/training.
Holiday: 28 days per annum + Bank Holidays.
Training: Training and support in post is provided on an on-going basis and training in specific areas will be offered as need and interest arise. Following successful completion of the six-month probationary period undertaking a Level 3 QCF qualification in Advice and Guidance is mandatory. There will also be an opportunity to undertake Level 4. The Events Officer will support the Events Operation Manager in delivering the smooth running and operation of the Aga Khan Centre facilities and events. In this context, he/she will manage the daily set up, servicing, cleaning and management of meeting rooms and Board Rooms for a range of events. Meetings & Events

Working closely with the Senior Campaigns and Policy Lead and the wider Policy and Impact team, you’ll contribute to developing clear, evidence-based positions and provide expertise to strengthen Woodgreen’s external voice and advocacy efforts.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Strong experience in policy, public affairs, or parliamentary work, ideally within the charity, animal welfare, or public health sectors.

About Us
The Bike Project is an award-winning charity which refurbishes second hand bikes and donates them to refugees. We were founded in 2013 by, Jem Stein, after he struck up a friendship and found a bike for Adam, a Darfuri refugee who had fled his home in Sudan after war broke out.
The Bike Project has grown into a national operation with new CEO, hundreds of volunteers, a team of 20 committed staff, roadshows in different cities, an online shop and two workshops, one in the capital and one in Birmingham.
To date we have supported over 15,000 refugees and people seeking asylum by giving them a second-hand bike. In addition, we have supported hundreds through our programmes designed to build confidence and build friendships in the local community.
Duites and Responsibilities
This role will provide maternity cover for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for a 1–2 month extension. It will focus on developing new corporate partnerships and managing relationships with our existing corporate supporters.The role holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Retail to ensure a strategic approach to the development and management of relationships with our corporate partners, enabling us to maximise the potential from them.
As well as leading income generation, the post will develop current and new corporate partnerships, providing personalised stewarding journeys.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of securing income directly from corporates for charity, both winning and securing new partnerships as well as maintaining and developing existing supporters. They will be able to prioritise, manage pipelines, research, pitch and manage partnerships to increase their value.
Location
Hybrid, with one day a week working from our London (Brixton) office. Occasional travel required to Birmingham, evening or weekend work.

This is a pivotal leadership role within the Finance team, supporting the College’s mission to improve child health by ensuring strong financial governance, sound reporting, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with the Associate Director of Finance and senior leaders across the organisation, you will take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of all financial operations and reporting processes.
As Financial Controller, you will lead a team of six, overseeing financial control, statutory reporting, payroll, and compliance. You will ensure that robust internal controls are in place, and manage relationships with auditors, banks and investment partners.
This role will suit a qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management and a collaborative leadership style.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of accurate and timely month-end and year-end processes, including group consolidations and statutory accounts
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax, audit and charity regulations (including SORP)
- Managing internal and external audit processes and acting as primary contact for auditors
- Overseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management and treasury functions
- Maintaining and improving financial systems, processes, and internal controls

Essential skills and experience:
