Main Responsibilities:
- Develop deliver and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
- Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan's supporters.
- Assist with setting up our CRM database, developing and maintaining it to ensure efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
- Develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
- Management of a part time Partnerships Manager with responsibility.
Essential Requirements:
- 3 years charity fundraising experience or evidence of very relatable experience.
- Experience / understanding of fundraising campaigns.
- Experience working on either eTapestry, Raisers Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems.
- Ability to connect and network with a wide range of people through a broad variety of communication methods.
- A good level of general education including GCSE Maths and English plus A-levels or equivalent.

Job Profile
Your role will be to research and monitor a pipeline of prospects, and work with the team to update and steward current donors, also identify and research new prospects and community and corporate partners. You will also carry out research to support fundraisers to make informed decisions to engage, cultivate, and solicit gifts from prospects and peer to peer networks.

Taking them from beginner to qualified snowsports instructors in just one year with volunteering and apprenticeship progression routes available at the end. Alongside learning to ski or snowboard, young people also have access to wellbeing support with the emphasis on improving young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
This is a really exciting opportunity to play a key role in Snow Camp’s development in London, with programmes running from The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempsted. This is an exciting opportunity to join our enthusiastic youth team to support and empower children and young people to grow, achieve and thrive.The post would ideally suit a candidate with a youth work, coaching or mentoring background who can oversee a variety of activities such as team games, multi-sports and within our new IT suite.
Experience of working with children and young people is essential and experience of working with boys and young men desirable. We are seeking someone with a coaching or youth work qualification or someone willing to complete a qualification.

Look Ahead IDVA Managers provide a high-quality safe service to those at highest risk of domestic abuse.
The post holder will be responsible for leading a team that keeps the safety of victims of domestic abuse at the core of all processes. You will have overall responsibility for all clients accessing the service. The post holder will have good knowledge of the criminal justice system and an understanding of Marac protocols.
The manager will also raise awareness of male domestic abuse.
This role is a one year Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll do:
Managing all referrals and allocating to the most appropriate IDVA according to current caseloads.
Co working complex cases.
Regular attendance at MARAC in order to advocate for clients by the sharing of information and risk management and ensuring Marac research and actions are recorded correctly.
Ensuring ongoing partnership working with services referring into the IDVA team.
Ensure the service adapts to work with a diverse cohort of survivors.
Ensuring all recording is completed including outcomes and closures in a timely manner.
Developing multi agency partnerships with statutory and non-statutory partners in the sector.
Carrying out regular supervisions with the IDVA team.
Carrying out regular Casework Management with all IDVA staff.
Completion of monthly case file audit.
Oversight and management of IDVA caseloads in accordance with Safelives guidance.

IDVA Service Manager Qualification desirable but not essential.
IDVA qualification essential.
Have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and the legal and civil remedies available to victims and survivors.
Experience of managing a team dealing with frontline high risk domestic abuse clients essential
