LAE Tottenham is a selective 16-19 free school, which offers a rigorous academic curriculum alongside a broad co-curricular programme and exceptional pastoral support enabling students to access high tariff universities. The Data & Insights Lead role will help us become sector leader in supporting students from lower income backgrounds to achieve the highest academic outcomes and this new role has been created so we can ensure we are fulfilling that mission.

World Obesity Federation is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team as maternity cover.
World Obesity Federation (WOF) is a worldwide federation with over 100 members and takes a holistic view of obesity from cause and prevention to treatment. WOF is a lead partner to global agencies on obesity, including WHO, and a member of the Global Obesity Coalition.
This position will begin assisting the Events Manager with the events programme and continue as maternity cover in 2025. Main responsibilities will include managing the educational events programme including in person obesity management training courses ‘Scope Schools’ as part of the SCOPE e-learning site held regularly throughout the year, and monthly educational webinars, alongside the Head of Education.
Also working with Head of Policy on medium sized events such as the Global Obesity Forum in person in New York in September 2025, and other smaller policy and fundraising meetings throughout the year. Also included in the role is managing webinars for World Obesity Day and other campaign days.
It will also involve managing the planning of the bi-annual congress the International Congress on Obesity to be held in Mexico City June 2026, overseeing the work of the PCO and organising committees to ensure development is on schedule and key milestones are achieved.

About the role:
We are seeking a new Head of Business and Operations to play a crucial role in supporting the Head to review and drive continuous improvement.
The key responsibilities in the role will include:
- Finances: You will oversee and manage all finances and a multi million pound budget for the school.
- Human Resources: This will include leading on people strategy, workforce planning and performance management including evaluating the schools operational model.
- Systems and Processes: One of the immediate priorities for this role will be to evaluate systems and processes (for monitoring areas outlined in the job description) and seek ways to streamline these with innovative solutions.
This role does involve line management of two assistant operations managers as well as other office and facilities staff within the school.

The charity: The Mark Evison Foundation is an exciting and rapidly expanding young charity promoting the personal, mental and physical development of young people, especially those with less opportunity. We offer a school award scheme to Yr. 12s (17-year-olds) in partner state schools in London, encouraging them to develop their own non-curricular challenges, which we then fund. The scheme brings out the best in our awardees, pushing them beyond their comfort zones: last year we had 4000 assembly sign-ups, who submitted (as groups or individuals) 560 applications from just over 90 schools, which were then all mentored. Finally, there were nearly 600 awardees.
The awards make a substantial difference to the confidence of the applicants, as well as their CVs and UCAS forms. We want students to do what interests them, taking control and using their initiative and energy independently – ‘in the driving seat’; and to learn many lifetime skills not taught on the curriculum. They carry out their awards adult-free.
We work mainly but not exclusively in areas of London where there is a poverty of experience and the cultural and social capital that employers often look for. The scheme helps students develop soft skills and confidence, and offers networking opportunities through our developing alumni scheme.
The process of granting awards occurs over an average of six school visits: we present at assemblies to generate interest and inspire applicants; we give workshops with interested applicants, talking through their ideas and commenting on draft applications, using our general guidelines; and students formally present applications to the Executive Trustee or Coordinator for judging.
Lt Mark Evison sustained mortal wounds in Helmand, Afghanistan in May 2009, trying to get his platoon to safety. His story inspires many of our young applicants, and his values form the backbone of the charity.
Role: We are seeking for a talented, personable, organised and energetic person with leadership qualities, initiative and flexibility, to join our school projects outreach team as its coordinator. You will organise the team and its work, and also help the team to present the Foundation at year 12 school assemblies, and then revisit over several weeks to help shape and plan their project proposals. As part of the role, you will assist the Executive Trustee with the judging process, dealing with risk, and ensuring plans are thought-through, safe, represent excellent value-for-money, and an appropriate level of challenge for the applicant. As a small charity the role will be shaped by you, working with the team. The role offers the chance to help drive the overall strategy to take the charity to a sustainable level. Terms and conditions
Salary is dependent on experience in the range of £30,000 – £35,000 pa pro rata (depending on experience), with 20 days’ holiday. There will be a 6-month probationary period. The post will be based in Southwark with frequent travel to schools across Greater London. Flexible working will be considered. The post-holder reports to the Executive Trustee.

As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.

The Child and Family Specialist role is part of an exciting and innovative partnership with the London Borough of Ealing to provide an early intervention service in the community and in schools to children, young people and their families. The Ealing Early Intervention Service has been commissioned to provide direct and systemic work to address moderate mental health needs.
The Child and Family Specialist will work in partnership with schools, children and families to assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health or behavioural difficulties through undertaking assessments and providing interventions. The post-holder will also: provide specialist advice and support to school staff in the identification of mental health needs of children and accessing appropriate resources; and actively contribute to outcome monitoring and service improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a commissioned service delivering direct interventions for young people and their families. The post-holder will offer a range of clinical activities to address mental health needs in children and young people, including direct individual and group work with young people and parents/carers and joint work with other professionals. The clinical case presentation is mostly moderate risk and requires insight into handling complex clinical cases (e.g. neurodiverse and trauma-inform practice) and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns.
The Child and Family Specialist will join a small team of 12 people in a fast-paced working dynamic. The post-holder will be supported through supervision and will deliver consultation, training, and workshops to non-mental health staff.

Role overview
The Communications Executive will co-ordinate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimisation of all internal and external communications. This will range from attraction campaigns, public relations, and the internal engagement calendar and events.
The role will co-ordinate production of communications for target audiences from beginning to end – from planning, writing, and editing of copy to measuring effectiveness of communications. In addition, the role will have responsibility for the Now Teach website.

Manage and create content for community management, including social media and internal communication channels

Create and maintain an annual content plan to applicants and career changers in our Network.

Write and produce interesting and engaging articles, social media content, monthly newsletters, marketing emails and webpages that help people consider career change to teaching.

Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate, and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain, and update website content.

Creatively drive our social media channels and blogs, increasing engagement and followers.

Research topics and conduct interviews to write blog articles and create other content.
