Job description
I am currently looking for an outstanding Administrator / Diary Manager for an independent advice charity.
The main purpose of this exciting role is to support the CEO in managing stakeholders and to support the Senior Administrator in running the office and organising internal and external meetings.

Main duties:
Manage the CEO diary/in-box
Organising Quarterly Steering Group Meetings
Early, timely and accurate notification of meetings to participants
Drafting/Collating/proofing reports for CEO sign-off
Ensuring timely dispatch of papers and meeting notification
Organising venue/hospitality/access
Taking minutes, editing drafts and getting sign-off
Following up on actions
Liaising with the Service Administrator on the production of monthly and quarterly reports.
Organising Quarterly Advice Lewisham Forum
Maintaining the database of voluntary sector partners
Organising the annual Client Survey
Organise team meetings including 1st & 3rd Wednesday meetings:
Ensuring meetings in diaries and early/accurate notification
Organising training sessions
Agreeing a draft agenda with the CEO's/Advice Services Manager
Co-ordinate internal/external meetings for the CEO including booking rooms, notifying participants, collating documents, receiving guests
