Are you an experienced arts manager with a good knowledge of the choral singing sector? We are looking for our new General Manager to work across finance, marketing, strategic and artistic direction, development, smooth daily operations, and responsible for safeguarding. You will be managing a small team of experienced staff and have the support of an active Chairman and Board of Trustees. 

The main duties and responsibilities for the General Manager role are as follows:
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
• Lead the small part time team, maintaining regular contact and guiding their
decision-making and activities
• Ensure that all team members are working effectively and have appropriate
support and resources
• Identifying ad hoc need for extra resource and sourcing this
• First point of contact for any enquiries to the Foundation

STRATEGIC & ARTISTIC DIRECTION
• Working closely with the Founding Artistic Director and Board of Trustees to
develop and deliver the artistic and strategic vision for the Foundation.
• Review current strategic goals and develop 3-5 year plan with the Board for all
activities.
• Produce quarterly general management updates for the Trustees.
• Work with the team to help them deliver on their annual targets (choral
courses; Rodolfus Choir; Development; communication; partnerships)

FINANCIAL
• Overseeing the bank account and payment platforms and updating all
payments in and out of the account via our accounting software, XERO.
• Paying invoices and keeping accurate records.
• Liaising with our accountants and providing information for the preparation of
annual accounts.
• Setting the annual budget and reviewing every quarter for Trustee meetings
• Setting the choral courses budget and Rodolfus Choir budget in collaboration
with the Courses Operations Manager and Choir Manager, for the annual
activities.
• Working with a member of the Board to discuss financial strategy.
• Collating gift aid claims for submission

MARKETING AND REPRESENTING THE ORGANISATION
• Develop and execute a vision and ‘story’ for the Foundation, both for marketing
and fundraising. (in collaboration with the Development Manager and
Communications Manager)
• Attend conferences and events to promote the Foundation as appropriate
• Look for opportunities to develop our activities
• Write and send Newsletters to our database of supporters at least monthly or
when required, liaising with the team for appropriate messages and content.
• Overseeing marketing including print/digital marketing assets for our activities

FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT
• Supporting the Development Manager to develop applications to Trusts &
Foundations, including developing a case for funding as necessary.
• Supporting the Development Manager in their endeavours to develop
Individual Donors

SAFEGUARDING
• Working with our Trustee for Safeguarding, reviewing and updating all
safeguarding policies annually, briefing annual course staff on their
safeguarding responsibilities
• Dealing with any disclosures and keeping records.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the Foundation

GENERAL
• Attend Team and Board meetings as required
• Be a passionate advocate at all times for Rodolfus
• Adhere to all legal requirements relating to the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) as well as all other company policies and procedures

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Capital Project Manager to oversee the management and development of the school estate.

Reporting to the Head of Estates and Projects and working with the estates team, you will be responsible for delivering the capital developments across the estate, including a focus on new schools, sustainability projects and efficiency standards.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing SCA project priorities, budgets and delivery from inception to end of defects
• Managing the opening and delivery of new free schools with the DfE, design teams and local authorities
• Managing and supporting estate condition, maintenance and asset management
• Managing capital elements of academy conversion projects
• Planning, procuring and delivering high-quality estate and project services
• Managing and monitoring external technical advisors
• Managing health & safety across all project lifecycles
• Managing third-party suppliers and consultants
• Managing consultations, admissions, branding, marketing, FF&E and uniforms for new schools
• Providing professional property services and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
• Assisting with estate-related policies, procedures and statutory frameworks
• Contributing to capital fund prioritisation and overseeing capital projects
• Assisting in developing a carbon reduction strategy
• Managing and supporting key building programmes and reporting to senior leaders
• Contributing to monthly project performance reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a project management environment
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Project management experience within education, not-for-profit or public sector

• The ability to interpret and present complex information to inform robust recommendations for evidence-based practice and decision-making

YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER: Violence Against Women and Girls (Female Applicants Only*)

Youth violence is a problem that significantly affects young people, their families and entire communities. At Oasis, we believe that violence can be prevented by taking a holistic public health approach. Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a range of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. Through this holistic approach we have been instrumental in shaping the way young people are supported after experiencing trauma, violence or aggression.

Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.

You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.

 The key responsibilities within the role are:

· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs

· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions

· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals

· Assisting the team by facilitating high quality information gathering/sharing to track the support given and the success of the project

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Are passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives

· Have the ability to build positive relationships with young people as well as professionals

· have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. JNC, QTS, QSW), or relevant experience

· Have experience of working in a youth/community setting affected by youth crime

· Experience of mentoring / supporting young people

· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and organise your own time

Regenerate is looking to recruit a highly organised, efficient and focused Grants fundraiser & Information Manager. The Opportunity:   

The Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator (APPC) postholder is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years.   
The SMF offers in-person and online support and opportunities, so this role will involve providing virtual and in-person support to students and working with employers across the UK.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Project Delivery 

• Deliver key projects including recruiting and onboarding students, creating digital resources and student events  
• Support with programme pilots, scoping (and delivering on) new activity   
• Collaborate and build relationships with our employer partners, schools, and universities to support our young people in their applications for university, internships and graduate roles  
• Deliver on allocated events relating to our programme model (university applications, skill development, work experience and mentoring), presenting content to a high standard and in line with the Social Mobility Foundation messaging

 2. Monitoring and Evaluation  

• Follow established procedures to monitor the progress of your work area, using accurate data to inform decisions
• Maintain accurate records across relevant databases, updating data accurately and in a timely manner  
• Contribute to evaluation for key work areas (residentials, events, internships etc), produce high quality evaluation reports where required.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Communicate to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively update external partners (i.e. employers) on your work areas, flagging risks in a timely manner with relationship managers
• Manage internal student queries and maintain consistent stakeholder (e.g. students) processes through regular communication

4. Activity Delivery  

• Coordinate planning and delivery of skills sessions, partner events, university visits, and other activities, both virtually and in person across the Social Mobility Foundation’s target cities across the UK
• Coordinate logistics of sixth form and S5/S6 and undergraduate internships, including but not limited to, student selection, liaising with students and employers throughout internship delivery 
• Coordinate and support with the organisation, logistics and delivery of in-person residential programmes for students, including staying on site for day and overnight visits when needed
• Coordinate student services including personal statement checking service and recruitment success service 
• Create digital resources to support all provisions

Ways of working:

• Most of our work is office based, but you will spend a lot of time collaborating with other teams and clients via email, telephone and other communications channels such as Teams or Zoom.  
• This role requires you to attend staff residentials for students on our Programme. This means that during the summer period (Jul – Aug) you will be expected to stay overnight on-site (in the UK - exact location to be confirmed closer to the time) for a period of up to two-weeks, help run the residential and be responsible for the welfare of the young people involved.

Travel:

• Some travel, to other offices and other locations, will occasionally be expected. 
• Please note this role may require some travel during our peak delivery period (February-May) which could be up to 4 times per month.
• Travel and accommodation if required will be covered by the SMF.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, registered nurse to support and lead our nursing unit in the absence of the Unit Manager or Deputy Unit Manager. The post holder will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, promote professional standards, and ensure a collaborative, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This role includes clinical leadership, staff supervision, and contribution to practice development in line with NMC regulations and Nightingale policies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Act as the lead nurse in the absence of the Unit Manager/Deputy, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

• Support with rota planning, staff deployment, and management of nursing teams.

• Contribute to recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and ongoing professional development of staff.

• Ensure effective communication across internal departments and with external professionals, residents, and families.

• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism, in line with Nightingale’s values and Jewish cultural observances.

• Support in managing complaints, incidents, and staff concerns following Nightingale procedures.

Clinical Practice

• Coordinate, deliver and evaluate high standards of resident care in line with CQC and regulatory standards.

• Maintain safe administration and control of medications.

• Promote and model effective multidisciplinary communication.

• Engage in clinical practice regularly to maintain clinical skills and support staff on the floor.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in nursing practice, patient outcomes, and resident satisfaction.

• Ensure safe, effective, and up-to-date practices based on current research and clinical guidelines.

• Mentor staff and support development of specialist skills in elderly care.

Education & Research

• Take responsibility for your own professional development and NMC revalidation (where applicable).

• Conduct bi-monthly 1:1 supervisions with allocated staff members.

• Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to training and development sessions for team members.

• Participate in service improvement initiatives and research where appropriate.

Health & Safety / Compliance

• Uphold Nightingale’s policies on fire safety, health and safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, and legislative frameworks governing adult social care.

Site Cover

• Participate in the site-wide cover rota, including occasional out-of-hours responsibilities and working opposite the Unit Manager to ensure continuity of care and leadership.

Essential Criteria

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.

• Experience in elderly care or a similar setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

• Understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care.

• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and values of Nightingale.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a senior or acting-up role.

• Mentorship or teaching qualification.

We are looking for a Networks Development Coordinator to support the development of our networks to create inclusive, dynamic and engaging communities at UCL.
