This is an opportunity to help shape one of the UK's most ambitious youth development charities as we move from a founder-led organisation to a nationally recognised institution. The successful candidate will help build the systems, culture and capability that will enable 20/20 Levels to scale its impact over the next decade.

This role owns the 20/20 Levels brand and turns it into growth. It leads the Branding, Marketing & Communications stream of our 2026–2028 strategy: one consistent brand narrative across our 'in real life' and online presence, youth-centred storytelling that puts young people and alumni at the centre of every touchpoint, and a structured content operation that reduces our reliance on agencies and on CEO visibility.

The 'Commercial' half of the role is focused on our income-generation mandate. Our income strategy commits us to building unrestricted income, and this role builds the engine: tiered sponsorship propositions and renewals, a consultancy pipeline, licensing and digital products, monetised research and insights, and the commercial forecasting that makes this income plannable working hand in hand with the Business Development function, which leads the employment partner sales pipeline.

WHAT YOU OWN

• Brand strategy : positioning, narrative, visual identity and brand architecture.

• Marketing budget : the full branding, marketing and production budget, including agency and freelance spend.

• Communications calendar : the master content and communications calendar across all channels.

• Brand governance : brand guidelines, approval standards and their enforcement across the organisation.

• Commercial propositions : sponsorship packages, consultancy offers, licensing and digital products.

• Reputation & PR : media strategy, press activity, awards and crisis communications.

• Marketing technology stack : the tools used for content, email, social, analytics and campaign management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand & Messaging ~ Extend and enforce our digital brand guidelines (with agency input), aligning tone, visuals and youth-centred storytelling across every channel so participants, alumni and mentors are visible at all touchpoints.

2. Content & Engagement ~ Build and run a structured master content calendar across all channels, replacing high-volume unstructured output with purposeful, story-led content.

3. Reputation, PR & Research ~ Lead the PR and awards strategy: targeted press activity, quarterly media features and two award submissions per year.

4. Partner Network (Corporate & Commercial) ~ Design the 20/20 Levels Partner Network proposition, intentionally articulating what partners and mentors give and receive, to strengthen commitment, retention and long-term reciprocal relationships across all partner types.

5. Commercial Development & Unrestricted Income ~ Design and package tiered corporate sponsorship propositions with clear, differentiated value for partners at each level.

6. Employer Brand ~ Worrking with the Chief of Staff to develop the employer value proposition, recruitment pack and employer presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to support recruitment of staff, facilitators and mentors as the organisation grows.

7. Team Leadership & Budget ~ Lead and develop the brand and content team, including recruitment, task allocation, coaching and performance management.

8. Evaluation & Reporting ~ Track performance against strategy targets using Impact Hub data and platform analytics, and report quarterly to senior leadership and the board on achievements, risks and opportunities.

9. Organisational Leadership ~ Contribute to organisational strategy, annual planning and budgeting as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

We’re looking for an experienced fundraising leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and take the next step into a broad senior leadership role.

As Head of Income Generation and Communications, you will lead Cosmic’s fundraising, marketing and communications function, with responsibility for sustainable income growth, team leadership and strengthening our profile. You will oversee a varied portfolio spanning community and challenge fundraising, corporate partnerships, major donors, events, volunteering and supporter stewardship, while also setting the direction for our communications, brand and digital activity.

This is a role with real scope to shape our future. You will work closely with the CEO and Trustees, lead a small team and external communications support, and develop a three-to-five-year strategy that turns ambition into clear plans, targets and results.

About the role  

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to help deliver our mission and support the growth and consolidation of the charity. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in implementing our new strategy as well as managing risk.

You will take overall responsibility for the organisation’s financial management, working closely with the Chief Executive and the Treasurer.

You will provide effective finance partner support to other functions within the charity to support its fundraising, operations and development.

You will also be responsible for the line management of the Finance & Business Administrator, working with the Chief Executive to both oversee and support the governance and compliance services function of the charity.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised, agile and structured Senior Programmes Manager to lead the operational planning, project management and execution of our flagship educational programmes. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind multiple cross-departmental projects, with a focus on meeting the needs of our global teachers and students, as well as funders.

In this fixed-term role you will work closely with our educational content leads, designers and external stakeholders to ensure our high-impact classroom resources and live events are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standard. Rather than drafting the pedagogy yourself, you will manage the project lifecycles, coordinate workflow across internal and external teams and optimise the systems that allow our world-class educational programmes to reach over 1 million young people globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project and operational management

• Manage the Topical Talk Leadership for Change Prize, Live Lessons, curriculum modules and student workshops end-to-end: from roadmaps and capacity mapping through to impact and evaluation
• Project manage the filming required for our content delivery, including the booking and management of experts, production teams and Economist colleagues
• Track and coordinate progress across content creators, graphic designers, proofreaders and editors to ensure all deliverables meet tight production deadlines
• Balance team workloads across concurrent educational projects and plan capacity for incoming projects
• Continuously refine workflow processes to streamline resource creation and evaluation

Programme governance and evaluation

• Partner with the Director of Programmes to track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate audience reach and maintain rigorous data collection for monitoring and evaluating our programmes
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, content risks or scheduling delays, implementing swift mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track

Live Lesson and workshop operations

• Manage the end-to-end operational execution of student workshops and our Live Lessons – handling scheduling, platform setups and logistics
• Coordinate school visits for content testing and observation, ensuring all safeguarding and operational requirements are fully met

Stakeholder and relationship coordination

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external topic experts, guest contributors, and editorial contributors from The Economist Group
• Maintain clear lines of communication between the programmes team, marketing, operations and external partners to ensure projects are aligned with strategic aims
• Manage external freelance contractors and vendors, with support from the administrative officer

Main Responsibilities 

We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process. 

The Programme Officer will lead our work across the South West and support our managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network. 

Working as the Programme Officer for Citizens UK, reporting to a Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Policy Officer to coordinate our policy advice and public affairs work – contributing to the delivery of one of our four key strategic priorities: “Contribute to major policy solutions by providing independent advice and facilitating knowledge exchange”. We are looking for someone to with the enthusiasm to mobilise our amazing Fellows and other stakeholders to ensure our work delivers impact. 

The role holder will also have responsibility for the Society’s Welsh Language offer and bilingual working.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to combine flexible working with an interesting and varied role in a dynamic team. We are looking to employ on a fixed-term basis for one year (in the first instance), and on a 0.8FTE basis, but will consider job-shares.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NEYDL’s growing team and help us establish and develop our work with young dads in Sunderland.

As a Senior Young Dads Worker, you will provide direct, intensive support to young dads across Sunderland, working with some of the most disadvantaged young men in the region. You will manage your own caseload, lead peer support activity, work in close partnership with Family Hubs, social care and other local services, and take a lead role in ensuring every young dad you work with is effectively supported from first contact through to positive outcomes.

This is a senior role with real responsibility. Alongside direct delivery, you will take ownership of your project budget, contribute to funder reporting, supervise junior staff and/or volunteers, and develop a designated area of specialism agreed with the senior leadership team. You will be part of a close, supportive team and will play an active role in shaping how NEYDL grows its presence in Sunderland.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience of working with disadvantaged young people or young families in a direct support role, ideally in a statutory or voluntary sector context. You will be confident working independently and managing a complex caseload, and you will understand the challenges facing young dads and the systems they navigate.

We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of young fatherhood or young parenthood, from individuals with local knowledge of Sunderland communities, and from people from minoritised backgrounds.

Job purpose

To provide high-quality, intensive support to young dads and expectant fathers (aged 25 and under) across Sunderland; to lead and coordinate peer support activity; to manage allocated budgets and contribute to funder reporting; and to take an active role in the development of NEYDL’s commissioned services in the region.

Key responsibilities

1. Direct support

• Provide in-person and online 1-to-1 support to young dads and non-birthing people, helping them address key challenges and achieve personal outcomes
• Assess new referrals and manage a complex caseload, prioritising according to need and risk
• Support young dads to attend key meetings with professionals (including child protection, child in need, family court and multi-agency forums)
• Help young dads to access wider opportunities including volunteering, employment, education and community activities
• Support young dads and their families to engage in father and child activities, stay and play sessions, and peer supported recreational activities
• Promote and support access to DigiDAD, NEYDL’s free e-learning platform, and other training and information resources

2. Peer support and group work

• Establish, coordinate and co-facilitate in-person peer support groups for young dads in Sunderland
• Support the development and delivery of parenting, relationship skills and employability sessions in response to community-identified needs
• Support peer moderated video gaming groups as part of DigiDAD Gaming where relevant

3. Induction, onboarding and milestones

• Ensure every young dad is effectively inducted onto the NEYDL service, completing key onboarding steps and baseline self-evaluation measures
• Track and record progress against key milestones throughout the support journey, in line with NEYDL’s evaluation framework
• Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately and on time in NEYDL’s data management system

4. Budget and targets

• Take ownership of allocated project budgets, monitoring expenditure and liaising with the Programme Manager (Commissioned Services) and Finance Officer as required
• Work proactively to achieve agreed referral rate targets, taking responsibility for building pathways and relationships that generate consistent referrals
• Contribute to the preparation of funder reports under the oversight of the Programme Manager and Fundraiser, providing accurate data and case study material

5. Specialism

• Take on a designated area of specialism within NEYDL, agreed with the Senior Leadership Team (for example, volunteering, safeguarding or environmental programmes)

For over 21 years, The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre has offered free, holistic support to anyone in our community affected by cancer through complementary therapies, talking therapies, art, and our supportive community.

About the Role

As our first Executive Director, you will be the single point of accountability between our Board of Trustees and the day-to-day operation of the Centre - working alongside our (voluntary) Centre Manager and (voluntary) Volunteer Manager to support their roles, not duplicate them. You'll lead our strategy delivery, guide the charity's move into its new home, and oversee a service redesign informed by a fresh programme of visitor, volunteer and community research.

Line management: managing and developing Build Studios and Build Workspace’s small staff team, with access to retained HR support agency. Leading annual appraisals and regular 1:1s.

Governance : managing the annual cadence of quarterly board meetings, AGM and associated companies house and charity commission filing, liaising closely with the boards of directors of both companies.

Business Planning: annual business planning, working with the board, staff team and other stakeholders to develop an ambitious annual plan in line with Build Studios five year strategic plan.

• Hold senior relationships with commissioners, funders, and external stakeholders
• Lead service development, mobilisation of new contracts, and organisational change
• Ensure effective systems, infrastructure, and processes are in place to support delivery

About you

You will be an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in operational and strategic service delivery within a safeguarding or related environment.

You will have:

• Significant experience leading multiple frontline services within a safeguarding or VAWG-related sector
• Experience operating at senior leadership level, contributing to organisational strategy
• Strong experience of performance management, KPIs, and quality assurance frameworks
• Experience managing statutory contracts or grant-funded services
• Proven ability to lead organisational change, service mobilisation, or transformation
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and information governance
• Experience working with commissioners and senior external stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience within stalking, domestic abuse, or VAWG services
• Experience in a charity or commissioned service environment
• Experience in organisational restructuring, service redesign, or systems implementation

• This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO
• Initially office-based (London) for 3 months to support a meaningful induction, moving to a blended working model (40% office / 60% home)
