The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering Youth Futures Foundation’s Employer Strategy.
You will embed and scale evidence-based practice across employer networks to create systemic change in how employers recruit, develop and retain young people.
This role focuses on influencing employer behaviour at scale – using evidence, partnerships and networks to embed the evidence of what works across organisations, sectors and places. It does not involve delivering employability support or 1:1 services to employers or young people.
You will be skilled at:
- Influencing organisational or systems-level change
- Translating research and evidence into practical action
- Working through partnerships, intermediaries and networks to achieve scale.
You will work with employer organisations, networks, sector bodies and system actors to ensure that Youth Futures’ evidence shapes decision-making, practice and investment – improving young people’s access to good work over the long term.
You will have a passion for tackling youth unemployment and a strong interest in equity, diversity and inclusion issues.
This role can be based at our Birmingham, Leeds or London hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

Role Summary:
The Smile Trian UK Senior Manager, Individual Giving leads on the development and delivery of the individual donor offline fundraising program, responsible for the acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation of individual donors through various channels including Direct Mail, DRTV, Telemarketing and SMS and Print. Employing a test-and-learn approach across the programme and liaising closely with the Digital Fundraising Director and the Direct Marketing Global Working Group, the role contributes to the development of Smile Train’s global fundraising strategy.
Serving as the local subject matter expert in direct marketing and fundraising data, you will translate complex data into easy-to-understand takeaways for the UK Fundraising Director and senior leadership ensuring that Smile Train is able to efficiently and effectively raise funds to continue transforming the lives of our beneficiaries.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity starting as soon as possible. Ability to travel, when necessary, for agency partner visits and organizational events is required.
Reports To: UK Fundraising Director
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UK Director of Fundraising in the development of the offline Individual Giving Strategy and other key initiatives and keep them updated and fully briefed regarding their implementation
- Line-manage the Database Manager and Supporter Experience Officer
- Develop engaging donor acquisition and retention campaigns
- Utilise data to inform and strategically target key donor segments
- Create and execute direct communications to our valued supporters
- Ensure all offline direct marketing campaigns are completed on time and within budget
- Management of all campaign delivery, including post analysis
- Reporting to senior stakeholders on performance of the offline individual giving programme
Specific Responsibilities:
Direct Mail
- Execute offline acquisition and retention campaigns including review of direct mail kit laser and insertion samples for quality control
- Effectively manage external agency partners and provide strategic direction on all direct mail campaigns
- Conduct testing to optimise creative and evaluate results to make data-driven decisions for future mail concepts
- Manage direct mail creative development, ensure brand compliance and provide directive on content/messaging
- Participate in weekly production call with creative and production agencies to review status of deliverables for all campaigns
DRTV
- Execute all aspects of Direct Response Television (DRTV) donor acquisition program, including:

- Set-up of inbound telemarketing and SMS with telemarketing agency
- Manage creative review and development
- Manage weekly performance review and provide updates and recommendations to vendor
- Review and approve media buying plans
- Manage source code assignment and upload to database
- Management of external creative, media and contact centre agencies
- Strategic planning, performance monitoring and reporting
Sustainer Program
- Manage all monthly Direct Debit and other regular individual donations
- Manage the execution of the donor journey for all regular donors and the conversion, upgrade and reactivation efforts
Other Duties
- Working with external agencies, develop effective testing methodology to inform long-term investment decisions
- Execute all offline acquisition campaigns in diversification of new donor sources (e.g. Package Inserts)
- Approve cost estimates and media plans ensuring spend to budget across all campaigns
- Build and manage the offline individual giving programme budget across all channels

Required Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a direct marketing role, proven track record in planning and delivering effective direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels including Direct Mail, DRTV, Telemarketing, SMS and Print channels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, although an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for this required level of education.

Overview:
Spires supports homeless and vulnerably housed people in South London. This role focuses on trusts, foundations, and government funding, working closely with the CEO to maintain strong funder relationships and deliver compelling bids.
Spires has undergone a period of rapid transformation, moving to a model of multi-site working across three London Boroughs. Our core services include, day centre style drop-ins for homeless people, a Women’s drop in, a Refugee drop in and outreach targeted at supporting Women who are sex working.
Part 1: Job profile
1.1 Purpose of job
To generate income from a diverse funding pool that includes trusts, foundations, government and other funding sources as appropriate. Trusts and foundations remain the primary funding source for Spires so maintaining consistent application output is a core element of the role.
To manage our relationships with funders which will include reporting, networking and proactive engagement.
Work with Spires CEO and the Head of Client Services to ensure that data and outcomes are being effectively captured in a way that is helpful for evidencing impact.
1.2 Position in organisation
The post holder will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Whilst not an operational role, the post holder will maintain a connection to our services so as to be able to represent the service accurately in funding bids.
Part 2: Key duties and responsibilities
2.1 Income generation
- Maximise existing and find new income to meet agreed income targets.
- Research, write and present attractive propositions for a range of quality funding bids, proposals and documentation.
- Produce and submit quality funding reports to meet deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fundraising regulations, networks and developments across the sector, advising on best practice
2.3 Planning, monitoring and reporting
- Contribute to internal planning and budget setting, setting out clear plans for income generation.

Part 4: Summary of terms and conditions of service
Location: The postholder will be an employee of The Spires Centre. This post is based at 2nd Floor, Elmfield House, 5 Stockwell Mews, SW9 9GX This role will by hybrid with three days in the office and two days from home.
Probation: This post is subject to a 6 month probationary period.
Notice: This post is subject to an 12 weeks’ notice period once confirmed in post.
Annual leave: The annual leave entitlement is 35 days per year including 8 bank holidays.
Pension: The Spires Centre will contribute 5% of annual salary for those who qualify for our group pension plan.

About the role
As the Senior digital insight analyst, you’ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Senior High Value Fundraising Manager

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior High Value Fundraising Manager to join our Relationship Fundraising team at Help for Heroes. This senior role will shape and lead one of our most strategically important income streams—ensuring we continue delivering life-changing support for veterans and their families.
This senior role is perfect for a confident relationship fundraiser with experience securing major gifts, running high-value campaigns, and delivering impactful special events.
You’ll lead the development and delivery of our high-value giving strategy delivering in excess of £1.2m over the next 12 months, including the £17m No One Left Behind campaign, major donor income, and a new 3-year Special Events strategy. With responsibility for a talented team, you’ll build a strong major donor pipeline, secure 5- and 6-figure gifts, and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.
You’ll collaborate across the organisation to shape compelling proposals, develop high-value communications, support our 20th anniversary plans, and ensure strong financial management and reporting.

About the role
The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial sustainability and social impact of our organisation. The gym embodies our commitment to preventative health and creates an inclusive community where women of all ages and backgrounds can focus on their strength, resilience, and self-care. As a cornerstone of our trading model, it sustains our mission while directly advancing it.
The gym has seen significant growth in both membership and the breadth of its offer, establishing itself as a trusted and empowering space for women’s health and wellbeing. With excellent member retention rates and a strong reputation for inclusivity, safety, and quality, the gym is now well positioned for its next stage of development. The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community
Our café is the social heart of The Bridge — a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive space where everyone can connect, share, and feel at home. Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.
While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge
Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact
Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.
We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. The Role
We’re seeking a visionary and collaborative Communications Lead to lead the next phase of our communications strategy. This role is about more than messaging — it’s about shaping a compelling and inspiring public voice for creative climate action.
You will be responsible for our brand, storytelling, content strategy, and creative outputs—ensuring that everything we do reflects our values, amplifies our impact, and deepens our reach across the cultural and climate landscape. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our impact including welcoming new cultural organisations, creative practitioners, environmental partners, and funders into our network.
This is a digital-first communications role, with a strong focus on content development, storytelling, and designing varied communication campaigns. You’ll oversee our editorial voice across blogs, email, social media, and digital content. Alongside our Marketing Lead, you will ensure our insights, tools, and narratives are warm, purpose-focused, clear, accessible, and optimised for reach and engagement. You will be someone who thrives on the combination of ambitious strategic thinking and delivering content and projects on the ground.
