Who are you?

In this role, you will work on some of the world’s most pressing issues - you will create and launch best in class digital campaigns that mobilise audiences across the world to make change.

We are looking for a digital and social expert, who has varied digital campaigning expertise: you will lead and implement paid and organic campaigns, analyse audience and insights data,, and co-develop multi-platform creative ideas.

You will build relationships with a broad range of clients, advising and consulting on how they can launch genuinely innovative digital campaigns - delivering fantastic results and measurable impact.

Ideally, you will be someone with 3-5 years experience activating digital campaigns in a communications agency or inhouse. You will need to have both a strategic and hands-on approach, and you will have in-depth knowledge of all digital and social media channels, in particular Meta, LinkedIn, X, Search, web and analytics.

Key responsibilities

Campaign management/optimization

• Develop efficient and effective multi-channel digital campaigns, that integrate into wider strategies to help our clients change the world

• Developing and implementing paid media plans including forecasting, KPI setting and audience development for channels including: Google Ads, Linkedin, Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X and beyond.

• Develop standout social content concepts that are tailored to each platform’s best practice – from thumb-stopping hooks and visuals to smart use of formats, trends and tools.

• Run paid and organic social media campaigns - from drafting copy, setting up paid social media advertising, and developing digital strategies. 

• Leading the analysis of campaigns in real-time and on a going basis, to recommend and deliver optimisations against key metrics e.g. impressions share, quality score, conversion rate and budgets.

• Undertake social media analytical work with support from social listening to social mapping

• Work within our integrated team structure - helping to developing campaign solutions that use digital alongside PR, advocacy, insights, web and design to create impact

• Concept and co-create/brief petition text, social copy email journey text, news stories, letters, articles and campaign case studies based on performance analysis

Team management

• Line management of Mobilisation team Junior executives

• Account leadership – helping to lead client strategy in conjunction with the wider team & representative from the agency leadership team

• Undertake research for clients or new business proposals and present them to potential new clients

Strategic account management

• Proactively manage and work with a portfolio of clients working on campaigns that are changing the world

• Understanding your clients’ organisational objectives, building strategies and implementing work that smashes KPIs

• Building an understanding of your clients campaign goals and issue areas - delivering integrated digital solutions and continuously planning across channels and platforms

• Becoming the primary point of contact for your clients – leading weekly calls and monthly meetings

The Senior Individual Giving Coordinator will manage relationships through our public fundraising and events, including individual donors and community fundraisers. This will include optimising donor stewardship journeys, coordinating fundraising and challenge events, school and corporate sponsors (e.g, charity of the year) and managing donor data.

Main responsibilities 

Cultivation and engagement: 

• Maintain donation pipeline by securing repeat donations and uplifts in giving from current individual donors. 

• Build our corporate partnerships (e.g. “Charity of the Year” engagements) and relationships with schools, including developing packages to support engaging and effective fundraising activities. 

• Support a portfolio of engagement opportunities for corporate donors and other public stakeholders to engage in fundraising activities and events, including owned events such as ‘Theirworld Your Walk’, Christmas carol concert and supporter recognition events. 

• Support challenge events and individual community fundraising activities. 

• Create mailings and communications assets to share with targeted donor audiences.

• Work with our digital marketing team to coordinate and create compelling fundraising campaigns and appeals across digital and direct channels, along with online donor relations and engagement communications, including Christmas, holiday messages, and giving opportunities. 

• Support the launch and implementation of our new legacy giving programme. 

Processes and tracking: 

• Maintain updated donor relations records, adhere to organisational donor processes; proactively identify and implement opportunities to strengthen record-keeping systems. 

• Oversee accurate tracking and recording of donations and gifts using Salesforce. 

• Responsible for developing and implementing improved stewardship journeys, including donor thanking, impact reports, and fundraiser communications. 

• Ensure donor recognition is accurate, consistent, and timely. 

• Increase and record knowledge of donor motivations and history, developing organisational knowledge for the long term and enabling improved donor acquisition. 

• Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising and data regulations. 

Experience and skills 

Essential: 

• Experience of stewarding a variety of donors and fundraising supporter bases, delivering meaningful donor relationships with proven results. 

• An organised and creative thinker able to identify and develop opportunities, with the ability to contribute and express ideas. 

• Determined, enthusiastic, and proactive ‘can do’ attitude. 

• Enthusiasm for maintaining relationships on behalf of the charity and delivering fundraising outcomes balanced with donor relationship requirements. 

• Strong time management skills, ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. 

• Ability to effectively collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation and cooperate with other teams to improve efficiencies. 

• Experience of working with fundraising databases, ideally Salesforce. 

Desirable: 

• Experience of creating engaging propositions to inspire donors and generate fundraising growth. 

• Experience of organising and delivering fundraising events (eg, mass participation challenge events and/or donor recognition events). 

• Knowledge of the legislation, regulations and financial duties relating to fundraising. 

Salary: Starting at £33,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.

Ataxia UK is in an exciting phase of expansion in its Fundraising activity, specifically regarding investment in a Philanthropy function with a dedicated member of staff. About the role:
This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supporter engagement. You’ll take ownership of our CRM strategy and management, ensuring data quality and seamless processes that empower our fundraising and communications teams. Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with the key stakeholders across the charity.

This position is based remotely, but there is also an option to work on a hybrid basis at our head office in Norfolk. Where working remotely, you will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation.

About you:
You’ll have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience configuring and optimising CRM systems. Skilled in the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), you combine strong technical ability with excellent communication skills, making complex information clear for non-technical colleagues. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you manage workloads effectively under pressure and build positive relationships across teams. A good understanding of data protection and compliance is essential, and experience in a fundraising or charity environment is desirable.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. As a charity we rely on donations from the Scottish public, companies and communities to ensure that urgent medical help gets to the patient when it is needed, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.

The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.

This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

About You

Essential

• Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance, with understanding of DPO responsibilities.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and interpreting data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience overseeing CRM systems from a strategic perspective, including planning for improvements or new systems.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools from a user or strategic oversight perspective.

Playing a pivotal role in supporting this growth, the Associate Director of Performance Marketing is a newly created and influential position with significant scope to shape how Hearing Dogs grows their supporter base, sustains their supporter and volunteer community and attracts more people to their services through impactful digital and multi-channel marketing. The postholder will lead marketing activity that is insight-led and audience focused to ensure that each campaign strengthens connection, builds loyalty and generates sustainable income. We are seeking an experienced communications lead to join our external engagement team and play a key role in shaping Martingale’s external profile and scholar recruitment.

As Communications Manager, you will lead on several critical aspects of Martingale’s work including all external communications from social media to PR, and brand management. Crucially, you will lead on the annual recruitment campaign for Martingale’s Postgraduate Scholarships. This three-month campaign each autumn is a fundamental part of Martingales work, ensuring we are finding and supporting as many talented people to apply as possible. • Ensure widespread marketing of the Martingale Scholarship opportunity across the UK, including in media (e.g., student newspapers), on university campuses and on graduate job boards.
• Coordinate an effective paid advertising campaign across multiple channels.
• Directly engage prospective scholars to increase interest and convince them to apply for Martingale opportunities. For example, leading email campaigns, visiting university campuses, or hosting webinars.
• Build relationships with university academics, careers departments, student societies, graduate careers platforms, and other organisations who work with Martingale’s target audience. Encourage them to share Martingale opportunities to relevant people.
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate circulation: leaflets, brochures, social media content, video, email and newsletters, case studies and interviews with relevant people incl. current scholars.
• Procure and coordinate any relevant external providers: e.g., paid digital advertising agencies.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System, embed and manage a CRM system for enrolled scholars.

Manage brand and increase brand awareness:

• Manage and develop Martingale Foundation’s brand identity, and the identity of our programmes: visual identity, communication style, digital presence, in-person style and feel of events.
• Design and manage a creative and innovative social media campaign across multiple channels, incl. paid ads.
• Manage the website, including maintenance, development, and SEO – with agency support.
• Lead engagement with media outlets and relevant press, including student newspapers. Write engaging press releases and generate interest in Martingale.
• Develop innovative opportunities to grow Martingale’s brand awareness including opportunities for you or the CEO to showcase Martingale’s work.

Stakeholder management and communications:

• Produce and coordinate engaging communications and events for scholars and applicants, alongside the Programme’s team.
• Manage relationships with partner universities Marketing and External Relations teams, ensuring they are consulted and pleased with progress, while also delivering on their commitments.
• Develop collaborative relationships with charity partners or organisations with similar missions to Martingale, as well as potential employers of Martingale Scholars, and ensure they are aware of Martingale’s mission and progress whilst supporting recruitment and brand building efforts.

The Interim Director of Fundraising and Communications is an essential leadership role at Missing People, at a key moment of growth. You will be responsible for driving income generation and awareness raising to deliver Missing People’s impact and vision, building on record income in 2025/26.
