We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Robins, our 10 bed Residential & Respite Home in Dartington.
Children & young adults with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do, and we want every person we support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes. Ideally you will have previous experience in this sector and must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Defined as a “Good” provider by Ofsted, Robins are looking for “Outstanding” staff who will deliver support in a professional, caring way.
We are a well-established charity that provides an excellent range of staff benefits including 28 days’ annual leave, a company pension scheme, childcare vouchers, staff discount scheme, ongoing training and supervision, continuing professional development and support as well as an extensive induction on commencement of employment.
