Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing health charity on a fantastic Senior Trusts Officer role. This position offers an opportunity to manage and develop trust portfolios, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent stewardship in support of the charity’s objectives and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and management of trust portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trust stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication.
• Prepare accurate reports, schedules, and correspondence for trustees and other relevant parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure trust requirements are met, including financial management and record-keeping.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures relating to trust management.
• Monitor trust performance and address any issues or queries promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Person Specification

• Experience in trust management, charitable governance, or related areas.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple portfolios effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to trusts.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to the organisation’s mission.
