Full Time: 37 hours per week   

You must be available to work Tuesday evenings & once a month on a Sunday afternoon.  There will be other evenings and occasional other weekend working required.

Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, SE16.  Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with volunteering and children and families’ projects.

T&T has grown substantially over the last 5 years, and we are in an exciting time for the charity. We are reviewing our long-term aims and changing local needs to ensure  programme delivery continues our extensive track record of positive outcomes. We also need to review our current contracted provision and best practices in the charity’s business and operations.

As Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our supporters receive a positive and rewarding experience, as well as providing administration support for the fundraising team, including assisting on events and campaigns.

The role and your key responsibilities

As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. • Providing the Trustees with expert professional advice and well-judged recommendations for grant-making, based on detailed knowledge of their sector and comprehensive research and analysis.

• Assisting in the management of grant making operations including assessing applications, conducting due diligence, and ensuring effective grants administration.

• Reviewing and evaluating the progress of programmes and partnerships, working closely with recipients of grants and programmatic investments to develop their capacity to maximise impact and ensure effectiveness.

• Providing Trustees with research relevant to the Trusts’ mission and priority areas as well as financial and narrative reports, and information on the Trust programmes including grants, investments, and projects.

The Regional Manager for Programme Delivery focuses on mentee demand, and managing the end-to-end coordination of multiple programmes cross London. The role is largely responsible for delivery of 1MM Mentoring Programmes. This includes partnership development, matching mentors/mentees, and oversight of mentoring relationships. The role will help to establish a pipeline in line with 1MM’s aspirations for 2024 and beyond.  This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

1MM Regional Manager for Programme Delivery’s main tasks include:

• Helping 1MM to scale by helping establish over 150 new, high quality mentoring matches each quarter. (A match means that the mentor and the mentee have completed 1MM’s training and have had their first meeting)

• Meeting all quality assurance KPIs.

• Maximising conversion, retention, and mitigate drop-off

• Ongoing support for key stakeholder partners, including Youth Partners, and maintaining strong relationships.

• Securing at least one new partner per quarter.

• Becoming familiar with the 1MM Platform, using it comfortably for ongoing administration and providing support to users.

• Providing regular reports on progress related to the role.

• Potential for line-management responsibilities as the team grows.

Terms and Conditions: This is a full time role offered in London, for 6 months (continuing subject to funding). This is a hybrid role with two days working at home, two days in the London office, and one day where it is up to you.

Manage and administer the pilot project to develop a recognition arrangement (RA) framework for licensing Chartered Geologist (CGeol) status to professional bodies overseas, using the new framework to secure three RAs within the project period.

​We need an exceptional People Team Advisor. This is a key post in supporting the management and staff of the FEC. The Forces Employment Charity to be effective in their roles and provide the very best quality of provision to our external delivery. This is a full-time, 35 hours per week, hybrid contract reporting to Head of People. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the London office 2 days per week – immediate start date but will wait for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the provision of a high-quality People (HR) service to all stakeholders in all employee life cycle in generalist capacity including resource, employee relations, learning & development, and reward, in accordance with the consistent application of charity policies and procedures and compliance with employment law and best practice.

• Manage and Support onboarding processes with People Administrator.
