THE ROLE

This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to lead National Energy Action’s efforts to improve the lives of those experiencing fuel poverty, with a focus on enhancing building fabric and energy systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the organisation’s expertise and credibility in this area and will be a passionate advocate for energy efficiency as a vital solution to fuel poverty.

As our new Director of Homes, you will lead our engagement with governments, industry partners, consumer protection bodies, and research organisations to highlight the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by fuel-poor households.

You will be a member of National Energy Action’s Senior Management Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the charity. You will lead and support a dedicated team, managing innovative projects designed to deliver meaningful impact.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-profile demonstration projects and ensure that insights and evidence from this work are widely shared. You will also lead our influencing efforts, working with key stakeholders and policymakers to drive lasting change.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to help guide National Energy Action into the future.

Purpose of the Evaluation Consultancy

We want to understand, evidence and improve the impact of OSH’s work. This evaluation consultancy will:

• Deliver an independent evaluation report of OSH’s impact to date.
• Co-produce a robust, coherent, ethical evaluation framework with OSH’s young people, staff and volunteers which is aligned with OSH’s ethos, Theory of Change and strategic priorities.
• Test and iterate this framework across our residentials, hubs, and leadership programmes.
• Develop tools, templates and staff training to ensure OSH can embed and sustain a culture of learning and impact internally.

Objectives & Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for (not necessarily in this order):

1. Design & Deliver an Independent mixed-methods evaluation
2. Co-design & test an impact framework
3. Embedding & Handover

Deliverables

• Independent evaluation report, written in an accessible format including a one-page summary briefing.
• A refined Evaluation Framework with defined indicators, data collection methods, and ethical guidelines.
• Tools/templates for data collection and analysis (e.g. surveys, outcome tracking, case study templates).
• Staff-facing evaluation guide (written in accessible, youth-friendly language).
• Workshop or training session for OSH staff on using the framework.

Timeline

We anticipate the work to take place across July 2025 - January 2026, with the report based on phases 1 and 2 complete by the end of 2025. The consultant must be available to work closely with OSH teams and visit residentials and hub.

Budget

The budget for this work is £10,000-12,000, inclusive of all consultant expenses and VAT. Compensation to enable the young people’s participation will not be paid out of this budget, but rather by OSH separately.

About You

We are seeking a consultant (or small team) who can demonstrate:

• A strong track record of designing evaluation frameworks for youth-focused or refugee organisations.
• A commitment to and track record in participatory evaluation and co-production, as well as expertise in mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative).
• Understanding of trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally sensitive research.
• Ability to communicate findings and tools in accessible, engaging formats. This includes both written reports and face-to-face training formats.
• Alignment with OSH’s values.
• An enhanced DBS check.

Summary of the role:

The Supporter Relations Engagement Team is involved in the planning and development of programmes and projects that puts supporter engagement at the heart of everything do we do. They play a pivotal role in making Muslim Aid more data and insight driven in the way we fundraise and communicate with supporters. Purpose of the role:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. We have embraced the benefits of working from home and at the same time, we value the contribution of face-to-face contact in building teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues, exchanging ideas and know-how, and for work efficiency. We therefore operate a hybrid working policy, where staff can work from home if they wish, however everyone is required to work in the office a minimum of 1 to 2 days a week with Tuesdays as the core day for regular whole team meetings.

Recruitment Process

We hope to meet initially with as many candidates as possible, however where demand is unusually high, we may not be able to meet everyone.

As Director of Devolved Nations, you will:

• Lead Carers UK’s work in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, driving strategic impact and ensuring alignment with the UK-wide mission.
• Shape and deliver national strategies that bring about real improvements in carers’ lives.
• Collaborate with government, public bodies, the voluntary sector, and other stakeholders to influence policy and secure statutory funding.

Prostate Cancer Research is seeking an experience, dynamic and driven Trusts and Statutory Executive to join their team in a newly created role.

Prostate Cancer Research is a research and patient engagement organisation focused on advancing ground-breaking research and interventions into diagnosis, treatment, and care to create a future where prostate cancer no longer threatens lives. Their focus is on delivering innovative solutions and improving quality of life for patients, families, and communities affected by prostate cancer, supporting and encouraging marginalised and underrepresented communities to be part of the positive changes they are working to achieve in research, treatment and care.

The integral role of Trusts and Statutory Executive will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners to develop and manage a pipeline of strategic partners giving approximately £5,000 to £20,000, that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. The post will be responsible for proactively researching new trust and statutory funding opportunities and working with the Trusts and Statutory Manager to support and lead on applications to new and existing funding partners (£20,000+). The post-holder will also provide excellent stewardship to build strong and sustainable relationships with the charity’s donors.

The ideal candidate will be a Trusts and Foundations fundraiser with demonstrable experience of developing and nurturing relationships with funders and partners, understanding complex issues and working with others to identify solutions, and producing compelling funding proposals in support of this work. You will have a background in identifying and securing at least five-figure income from prospective Trusts and Foundations and statutory income sources, as well of producing high-quality and completing proposals, reports and presentations. You will be able to build and maintain relationships with funders and key stakeholders and have excellent communication and organisational skills, supported by an excellent attention to detail.

What’s the role about?

This is a great opportunity to join us as the new Chief Finance Officer. As the Depaul Group continues to experience growth and increases its impact, you’ll lead the effective financial and governance support provided by DPI to its subsidiaries. You’ll be the leading interface between the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees and other corporate bodies and subsidiaries. You’ll provide financial advice to the Group CEO, Board and other senior management colleagues, including modelling best practice in financial management, overseeing the financial management in the subsidiaries, setting financial standards for the group and providing support to enable the subsidiaries to meet those standards. What will ideally support your success?

You’ll be a CCAB qualified accountant with experience of strategic financial leadership and management experience and the ability to solve complex problems. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to work as part of our Evidence and Impact Team.

The Evidence and Impact team at Rethink Mental Illness ensures the organisation maximises its impact through data-driven decision-making, robust evaluation, and strategic analytics. The team conducts comprehensive evaluations and economic analyses, including return on investment (ROI) and social return on investment (SROI), to demonstrate programme effectiveness and inform strategic choices.

The team designs and implements predictive models and analytical frameworks to forecast service demand, identify trends, and support resource allocation decisions. They ensure data quality and ethical practices underpin all analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and academic institutions, the Evidence and Impact team drives continuous improvement, innovation, and organisational learning. They also build data literacy and analytical capabilities across the organisation through training and professional development initiatives, strengthening Rethink’s evidence-based approach to improving mental health outcomes.

How you will make a difference

This role supports the organisation through a strong focus on business intelligence, data collation, and analytics. It plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance through the development of effective systems and supporting quality improvement. The role involves contract reporting and the preparation of PowerBI dashboards, apps, reports, and presentations to inform strategic decision-making.

Key areas of focus include Criminal Justice, Peer Support Groups, People Analytics, Fundraising, Finance, and Risk and Governance. The postholder will work across these domains to provide clear insights and contribute to organisational learning and development.

Working hours for this role are flexible. It is a home-based position, but we value in-person collaboration, so some travel will be required to main office locations (primarily London) and occasional visits to services across the UK.

Ideally with at least two years’ experience in an events role, your experience will help us deliver high-impact events that generate significant income and build relationships across our philanthropy and partnerships programmes. 

With the support of the Head of Events, you will be responsible for all aspects of event planning and delivery — from liaising with venues, suppliers, to managing guest lists and overseeing procurement.

The role requires you to be a highly organised team player with excellent time management skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach. 

You’ll also work with a wide range of stakeholders including trustees, patrons, ambassadors, corporate partners, and internal teams — and should feel confident and professional in doing so. The Opportunity
