Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the CEO's complex schedule
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for Board, committee, and senior leadership meetings along with other grouping as necessary
- To organise all business travel arrangements for the CEO (and SLT members, where requested by the CEO)
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, prepare, and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Undertake research and prepare briefing materials for strategic initiatives
- Support the CEO in planning and delivering organisational events (AGM, VIP visits, project launches and training events)
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of our annual programme of Community Fundraising and Challenge Events

The Survivor Engagement and Activism Coordinator leads the Helen Bamber Foundation’s work to ensure that survivors of trafficking, torture, and human rights abuses are meaningfully involved in shaping services, influencing policy, and driving social change. Working within the Community and Integration team, the post holder safeguards and supports clients as they participate in advocacy, leadership, and organisational development projects.
They oversee key survivor engagement programmes, including the Ambassadors for Change advocacy and leadership programme, the Client Voices Forum, the Board Advisers, and the Alumni Network. This involves coordinating training, facilitating meetings, supporting campaigns, managing administrative processes, and ensuring survivors are prepared, empowered, and safe throughout their involvement.
The role also involves developing innovative ways for survivors to collaborate with staff, contributing to service design, organisational strategy, and sector-wide initiatives. The post holder builds relationships across the asylum and modern slavery sectors, manages lived experience opportunities, and may support client progression and education casework when needed.
Throughout all responsibilities, the Coordinator champions survivor leadership, promotes diversity and inclusion, maintains the ethos of the charity, and practices strong self-care while working with traumatic material.

Day to day, you will look after the website content and user journeys, monitor the member forums, manage our CRM systems, and report on data to help the team understand how the hub is being used.

About you and the role
This role will initially support the set up and roll-out of the national school food resource hub, in collaboration with internal and external partners. With the hub still in its design phase, you will be joining at a crucial time, to ensure it is ready to launch in the Spring. Our ultimate goal is that every school in the country has access to, and is using the resource hub to support their crucial role in shaping kids’ eating habits for life.
Working closely with the Membership Programme Manager and Content and Resource Officer, your role will be to manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring it is continually updated with new content, resources & recipes and live event details.
You will support the creation and maintenance of the e-learning modules, and with a national forum for school chefs embedded on the site, you will also be responsible for monitoring and moderating user generated content.
Your role will also include maintaining and updating the platform's CRM, ensuring member information is accurate and up to date, supporting the administration process for new members, and responding to member queries relating to the site or their access.
You will also support the team & partners by providing data to support the development of the platform and for the monitoring & evaluation team to demonstrate the impact of our work.
Other elements to the role will include sending mailers & newsletters through the platform and supporting our Procurement Manager with analysis of procurement data.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring content is accurate, well presented and on brand.

Update the site with new copy, case studies, tools and resources, working with programme leads and partner organisations to gather content.

Upload, schedule and maintain webinars, training sessions and online events, including setting up registration pages and follow up emails.

Monitor and moderate user forums and discussion spaces.

Manage user accounts and permissions, including setting up new organisations, troubleshooting and supporting user issues.

Maintain and update the platform’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring school data is accurate, complete and compliant with data protection policies.

This role will focus on delivering new partnerships with corporate businesses, and raising vital funds to continue invaluable lifelong support for all stroke survivors, just like Leighton.
The Role
As a Partnerships Officer you will build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate business. The role will be focused developing new strategic partnerships. The main responsibilities will include:

- Developing a robust pipeline of high value partnerships

- Connecting and delivering engaging strategies to achieve effective partnerships
- Delivering exceptional stewardship to all corporate partners to meet income targets.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is confident, and has the tenacity to deliver new corporate partnerships. You must be ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic with excellent relationship building skills.
You should be a great communicator, with the ability to raise awareness of the Stroke Association at all levels. We are keen to speak to anyone who is excited at the prospect of building a new pipeline and portfolio of corporate partnerships.
The role requires flexibility to maximise opportunities, and offers the autonomy to work on your own initiative. Previous experience in fundraising is desirable however, we are also keen to speak with people who have experience in business development and building successful partnerships who are keen to transfer this skillset into the rewarding world of fundraising.

About You
We are looking for a talented, data-savvy individual to develop and leadour national marketing team, securing more engagement and actionfrom our audiences in support of nature’s recovery. The postholder will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across The Wildlife Trusts’ audience insights programme, development of our brand framework and the delivery of our marketing and digital fundraising Plan.
We are looking for an inspiring team leader with significant experience of developing and delivering marketing strategy and with a proven track record of income generation. A seasoned analytical thinker, you will have a passion for all areas of marketing, underpinned by your expert use of audience insights and a flair for brilliant design and copy.
You will have excellent working knowledge of running scaleable acquisition strategies and have a deep understanding of developing customer or supporter journeys. You will be well-versed in cross-team working, including with PR and communications, design, social media and content creators, to ensure all marketing campaigns deliver the core brand message.

Purpose of the job
This role is responsible for the design of UK Youth’s support to young people, youth organisations and youth workers. This could include structured youth work programmes, funding and grants+ programmes, professional development programmes, and campaigns.
You will lead and oversee end-to-end design processes, ensuring that UK Youth develops fully packaged offers that respond to the evidence base and people’s needs, drive forward our strategy and achieve incredible impact. You will work across UK Youth teams, with external design partners, and meaningfully involving young people and the professionals who support them in the design process.
You will be experienced in developing high quality funding propositions (proactively and in response to new business opportunities). You will be confident in taking a human-centred design approach to tackle some of the youth sector’s knottiest problems. You will design solutions to important problems, ensuring that they are feasible, equitable, impactful and scalable.
In 2026, our priority topics for youth work programmes and network development are: mental health and wellbeing, employability, social cohesion and community safety.
As a leader, you will work closely with research, evaluation, policy, service delivery, network development, and fundraising teams. You will help to improve the skills and confidence of colleagues across UK Youth to apply design methods in their own work and collaborate effectively with the Design team.

About the team
The Advocacy Team is part of Shelter Scotland’s Communications and Advocacy Department and is responsible for developing the charity’s policy positions, research plan, and public affairs and professional stakeholder engagement.
The Advocacy team works closely with colleagues in Community Advice and our Telephone and Online Advice services to capture evidence of how Scotland’s broken and biased housing system is impacting communities, and colleagues in Communications and Engagement to translate this evidence into compelling public campaigns and fundraising appeals. The team have led the organisation on developing an anti-racism evidence base, the economic and social benefits of social housing investment and the case for a human rights-based approach to meeting housing need.
