We are currently seeking a Team Manager to play a vital role in ensuring CCP's expanding Independent Living Support Services for young people leaving care in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and surrounding counties meet all staffing, contractual, legal and audit requirements providing the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. You'll be based mainly at our Cheltenham headquarters, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover if needed. Please note that due to the location of our properties, successful applicants will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle. Experience in supporting young people with independent living, and management is essential. Job Purpose

This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their fundraising or campaign delivery experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Coordination

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.

· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

• Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
• Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.

Digital & Email Communications

• Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
• Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.

Donor Stewardship

• Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
• Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Are you passionate about putting an end to homelessness across Oxfordshire?

The Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance (the Alliance) is a group of organisations (Local government, A2 Dominion, Aspire, Connection Support, Elmore, Homeless Oxfordshire and St Mungo’s) that came together in 2022 to deliver single homelessness services across the county under one contract.

Services delivered by the Alliance include the city and county outreach services for people experiencing rough sleeping, supported accommodation such as the hostel O’Hanlon House, shared dispersed supported accommodation, and homelessness prevention services.

The Alliance is commissioned through a pooled annual budget of c£3.8m which all District Councils in Oxfordshire, the City Council, the County Council, and the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Services, contribute towards. Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City are the lead commissioners of the Alliance. 

As part of the initiative, the Alliance will deliver an ambitious housing led change programme which is seeing services remodelled to support and enable people to live in their own homes and fulfil their aspirations. 

This role is hosted by Connection Support which is part of the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance. The role will be guided by the work plan of both the alliance chair and the alliance commissioners.

The impact you will have

As the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in making the alliance and the services it delivers a success. You will provide strategic and operational oversight and day to day leadership and management.

You will strive to improve the services that are delivered by working closely with the Alliance Leadership and Management Team, partners, commissioners, and organisations working to put an end to homelessness. Fostering and enabling a culture of continuous improvement will be at the heart of your work. 

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 30hrs to 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £42,322 - £47,949 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that the salary displayed is the full time equivalent and will be prorated for less than 37.5 hours.

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled digital marketer to help us grow our reach and connect with our audiences. You’ll bring hands-on experience in planning and delivering multi-stage paid digital campaigns, along with a curious mindset that drives continuous learning and improvement.

Confident using data to shape decisions and optimise performance, you’ll work within our in-house digital marketing team to deliver brilliant, insight-led ads for teams across the charity.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, deliver and manage activity across platforms including (but not limited to) social, PPC, paid search and display. 

• Work across teams to create and deliver bespoke, insight-led integrated campaigns, building digital confidence through collaboration.

• Own planning, budget management and digital decisions for your campaigns, ensuring joined-up, insight-led journeys.

• Champion digital best practice and share learnings to support wider strategy and improve team processes.

• Create engaging, on-brand content in partnership with Content and Creative.

• Manage external agency delivery to ensure work is well-briefed, insight-led and high performing.

• Report on campaign performance, using test-and-learn approaches to optimise live activity and inform future planning.

• Actively seek out new technologies, tools and tests to improve the charity’s digital marketing.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong skills in end-to-end digital marketing across Google (Search, Display) and social media. Confident in PPC optimisation and performance tactics. 

• Confident digital project manager with the ability to work across channels and with diverse stakeholder teams.

• Proven experience growing and engaging audiences through a range of digital channels and tactics. 

• Confident understanding of performance reporting and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as GA4, Semrush and Google Tag Manager

We are looking for a Football Development Officer to support the delivery of TeamUCL's new focus sport, football. The role combines football delivery with desk-based sports administration and student engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about developing football in all forms - from running beginner friendly sessions to working with students to co-create community volunteering projects.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Development Research and Operations Manager (DROM) to support the growth in fundraising activity of a busy and ambitious orchestra. The post-holder will deliver high-quality philanthropic research, pipeline and CRM management, the creation of donor briefings for individual, corporate and trust supporters, and horizon scanning for new and future opportunities. 

As the department’s research and CRM lead, the DROM will generate prospect research on those suggested by senior volunteers (Board, Development Board etc.) and those identified in our database, Tessitura. They will support fundraisers across giving streams to create engagement and cultivation plans, and act as the pipeline management champion for the team. The DROM will support fundraisers to ensure activity and contacts is logged consistently, working closely with the Head of Development to monitor KPIs, track and record income and maintain accurate donor and donation records. 

This position is central to ensuring that frontline fundraisers can focus on income generation, supported by robust operational processes, accurate data, and high-quality research. 

This role reports to the Head of Development and will work closely with the Senior Development Manager (Philanthropy) and Director of Development. The work of the Development team is actively supported by the Philharmonia’s Development Board. 

Key Responsibilities 

Research and Pipeline Development:

• Identify, qualify and research prospective major supporters, including individuals, corporates and trusts

• Prepare tailored profiles and high-quality briefings to staff and senior volunteers for meetings and events

• Maintain and refine the prospect pipeline, ensuring clear pipeline management stages and next actions for prospects

• Conduct due diligence research as required for donor engagement

• Implement improvements to pipeline management process 

• Track sector trends and philanthropic activity to inform prospecting and cultivation

CRM, Data and Insights:

• Be the Tessitura CRM and financial process (such as Direct Debits and Gift Aid) lead for the Development team, maintaining accurate, timely, and GDPR-compliant records

• Develop and implement systems, workflows and reporting tools to support a data-led fundraising approach such as in membership acquisition

• Produce regular income and pipeline reports that support departmental planning and forecasting

• Generate guest lists and attendee profiles for events

Department Operations:

• Support the Head of Development with the timely production of proposals, reports and other donor communications

• Work with the Learning and Engagement department to identify and promote opportunities that support fundraising, such as project visits, project pipeline and evaluations. 

• With colleagues, ensure the smooth scheduling and preparation for donor meetings and project visits

• Support the Head of Development and Director of Development in preparation of materials for Board, Development Board and other strategic meetings.

• Reporting and Administration:

• Support the Head of Development in regular moves management and revenue reporting across the department

• Create and maintain updated gift processing workflows including invoices, bank transfers, reconciliation and reporting

• Ensure the highest standard of data capture, financial processes and record-keeping, consistent with GDPR and best practice

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and fulfilment of donors’ accreditation and recognition requirements

• Represent the Philharmonia at events and externally when required

• Support the work of the Department and other duties reasonably required by the Philharmonia

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Understanding of different fundraising income streams and the donor cultivation cycle

• Experience of philanthropic prospect research and data analysis

• High levels of organisational skills and attention to detail

• Understanding and experience of using a CRM database (Tessitura is an advantage)

• Understanding of fundraising and data protection regulation (including HMRC Guidelines, Gift Aid, GDPR and the Fundraising Regulator)

• Experience in handling financial and transactional data, and producing financial reports

• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

• High-level of IT literacy, including the Microsoft 365 suite.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Interest in and appreciation of the arts

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar role within a fundraising team from the arts and cultural sector

• Knowledge of the Philharmonia and its work; understanding the opportunities and challenges in the orchestral sector – including as this relates to funding opportunities

• Experience in major fundraising campaigns

Main purpose of post
To provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the
CEO and Deputy CEO, enabling them to focus on leadership priorities by
managing their schedule, communications, and key relationships—while also
supporting governance functions and ensuring smooth coordination with the
Board of Trustees and senior leadership team.
Co-ordinate and service all Board of Trustee meetings and committees to ensure
the charity is effectively governed. You will provide support to the Trustees as
required.

Support the Senior Leadership Team by co-ordinating and servicing meetings,
creating and monitoring action logs and administering the Risk Register.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:
 Provide proactive administrative and strategic support to the CEO and
Deputy CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and
handling correspondence.
 Manage and prioritise emails, draft communications, and assist in the
preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
 Coordinate travel, event attendance, and speaking engagements for the
CEO and Deputy CEO.

Board & Governance Support:
 Act as the key administrative support for the Board of Trustees and
Board committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing and
distributing papers, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions.
 Maintain governance calendars, ensuring alignment with charity
reporting requirements and deadlines.
 Support the CEO and Head of Governance & Operations in ensuring
compliance with regulatory and governance obligations (e.g., Charity
Commission, Companies House).
 Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and Trustees, and
support Board induction, development and off boarding processes.
 Maintain accurate records and filing systems for confidential and
governance documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO in a
professional and timely manner.
 Support the planning and execution of high-profile meetings and events
involving funders, partners, and supporters.

Office and Project Support:
 Assist in the delivery and tracking of cross-organisational projects led by
the CEO.
 Coordinate Leadership meetings including preparing agendas, papers
and monitoring progress against the annual plan
 Coordinate the reporting from strategic working groups to monitor
progresses against objectives
 Coordinate and prepare assurance documents including the Risk
Register, CEO report and regulatory or compliance documents, as
required
 Provide occasional support to the senior management team, as required
 Undertake any other duties as the organisation may reasonably require.
 Attend and contribute to team meetings and 'away days' and be an

 Able to work flexibly, including working occasional evenings.
