Formed in 1981, we offer information and support, for example through our website, information leaflets and webinars, and via our local support groups, Helplines and online forum. This role sits at the heart of Endometriosis UK working closely with the Community Engagement and Volunteer Manager, Support and Information Administrator and our Volunteer Coordinators based in England and Wales to facilitate the delivery of our support services through our network of volunteers.

The Scottish Development Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring we support and grow a thriving volunteer network, this involves working with the team to recruit, mobilise and inspire volunteers in their chosen roles. The Scottish Development Coordinator will ensure volunteers are supported at every stage of their journey to ensure those accessing our support services are well supported whilst ensuring the volunteer contributions are recognised and their achievements celebrated.
The post holder will help to expand our reach in Scotland to help raise the charity’s profile and ensure we are delivering vital supportive services to everyone affected by in Scotland this includes work with the wider team to develop exciting new projects to achieve our ambitious goals.

We're looking for two Support Workers to join Your Place and be part of our dedicated team to help us with our mission to solve homelessness in east London, one person at a time!
About the role
Based within the Personal Development team, this role is responsible for the service delivery of an effective, high-quality, person centred support service to residents with a range of multiple needs.
They will be the principal providers of support to residents in the Core service to build
hope, enable lasting change; supporting residents to instil independence and longterm sustainability, to ensure we mitigate as much as possible, a return to
homelessness.
The role will require shift work, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £28,712 - £32,240 annual salary

Other responsibilities include
- To be responsible to the Team Manager and Deputy Team Manager for the day-to-day delivery of the Core service.
- Take a positive, trauma-informed approach to working with residents with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
- Use motivational and asset based interviewing techniques to interview, assess and create support plans and risk assessments that address the needs of residents.
- Supporting residents from point of entry into the service, working with them to support social (re-integration), enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
- Conduct regular reviews of support plans and risk assessments as required.
- Take a pro-active approach in multi-disciplinary support required for residents.
- Work within a Psychologically Informed Environment approach and strive to meet targets and deliver results.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is upheld
- To attend team meetings and take part in service policy and planning.
- To participate in team meetings, team review days and other meetings as agreed with the Team Manager.
- To keep abreast of current housing legislation, welfare benefit legislations and other matters relevant to successful support and move on of residents.
- To respond and process all referrals made to the Core service and ensure those accessing the service meet the service eligibility criteria.
- To ensure all case work is properly recorded and all service offers and outcomes are entered clearly onto the case management system and to a high standard.
- To actively collect follow up information with regards to the outcome of reconnections and report
- To deal with the immediate support needs of the residents as appropriate.
- To assess resident safety and develop risk management strategies with the resident and other involved services.
- To ensure all service delivery policies and decisions made by the Team Manager or team are observed and followed through.
- To keep accurate records and statistics on referrals, service outputs and outcomes etc.
- To maintain a high standard of record keeping in the office and keep all financial and administrative systems including resident files in the office in an accurate and up-to-date manner in line with policy.
- To ensure the results of all assessments and all service offers are entered clearly and in a timely fashion onto the case management system.
- To liaise and collaborate effectively on a day-to-day basis with outside agencies including the police, social services and other statutory and voluntary agencies.
- To build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
- Ensure that all duties and services provided are in accordance with policies and procedures.
- To comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with work role for health and safety in the workplace.
- To undertake such other duties within the competence of the post holder which may be required from time to time.
About you
Experience
- A demonstrable level of experience and understanding of the range of approaches appropriate to working with challenging behaviour including current drug /or alcohol use, antisocial behaviour, offending and substance misuse
- Experience of working with clients in a trauma-informed way with proven effectiveness
- Demonstrate an understanding of statutory compliances and standards such health and safety, equal opportunities, data protection, particularly within a residential setting.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Using motivational interview techniques to produce and approach referrals, needs and risk assessments and support planning in a SMART manner.
- Knowledge of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE).
- Demonstrable experience within local authority, voluntary, independent, charity or social housing sector

About this role: Based in Higher Openshaw, East Manchester, Justlife currently works across Manchester and Tameside providing one-to-one key work support to empower vulnerable adults housed in temporary accommodation (TA) to move towards more secure housing, independent living and improved health and wellbeing. The role of Specialist Support Worker involves playing an active part in the Specialist Support Team by supporting a caseload of clients that are experiencing housing vulnerability and taking part in regular outreach visits to TA’s across Greater Manchester on the Justlife minibus. The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to support clients with varying degrees of mental and physical health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and to access suitable housing solutions. The Specialist Support Worker is also expected to develop good working relationships with TA Landlords and Managers recognising the important role that they play in ensuring that their tenants experience of TA is as positive as possible. This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments, assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health and addiction needs, as well as advocating for them to get access to suitable housing and social security benefits. The role is dependent on excellent communication and collaborative working with colleagues and a variety of partners and professionals, including the Probation Service, local council services and other third sector organisations. The role requires a high degree of motivation in addition to creativity and flexibility to support people with multiple and compound needs. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our clients, and with experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity. A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support clients, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse and involvement in the criminal justice system. In a role of this nature you will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such it requires a high degree of resilience and self-awareness to cope with the emotional demands of the role. The role sits within a highly supportive team with all staff in receipt of regular line management and external clinical supervision; with reflective practice actively encouraged in team meetings.

The post holder will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Trust’s membership schemes, using the Charity CRM database to maintain accurate contact & financial records in line with GDPR. This includes processing new, renewing and lapsed memberships, handling payments ( Direct Debits, PayPal & Gift Aid) and providing consistently high-quality communication with members through enquiries, welcome packs, renewal reminders and supporter care.
You’ll also support member growth and retention by helping deliver key supporter journey communications, thanking activity and retention projects, and by liaising with external partners such as the membership recruitment agency. Keychange is a Christian Charity working in older people’s social care and homelessness support. Keychange provides care, support, personal development, and well-being services across nine sites in England, consisting of seven residential Care Homes for older people and two Housing Communities for women and young people, with an additional housing site in development. Our office in London provides a support function of central services to our communities to enable them to operate at the most effective level with a focus on delivering quality care and support.
Wayside Community is a 19-bed supported accommodation project in Reigate for women experiencing homelessness. Residents stay with us for up to 2 years and during this time we provide person-centred, trauma informed support to each resident, to enable them to achieve their goals and move on to sustainable, independent living.
About the Role
- This Support Worker role involves coordinating support for clients, helping women to identify their personal aims and supporting them to achieving their goals
- Providing dedicated person-centred support to clients, ensuring they access relevant services such as housing benefits and welfare benefits
- Conducting assessments with prospective clients and enrolling them in line with Keychange policies

The Rough Sleeping Team in Oxford provide a rapid response service to support people at immediate risk of rough sleeping. We are currently looking for inspirational people to join the Somewhere Safe to Stay Service (SSTS) team as Assessment and Reconnection Workers where no day is the same. You will work as part of a busy, dedicated team while developing the necessary skills to:
- Provide direct support to people new to, or at risk of rough sleeping; working closely with individuals on assessment action plans which fully involves them in their recovery. To do this you will build positive working relationships with a range of services and individuals across Oxford.
- Work on the weekly shift rota including shifts from Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, and some weekends and bank holidays where required.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Ewhurst Road, Crawley team, who will hold a caseload of residents and meet with them weekly to build a support plan.
Main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing:
- Coach young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules, in preparation for independent living
- Promote a credit culture, encouraging young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits for young people and be well-informed on significant changes to housing law
- Deal effectively with non-compliance issues, such as non-payment of rent or damage to room, using restorative practices and working collaboratively with the rest of the team
Coaching and Engagement:
- Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives
- Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community
- Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries
- Maintain client records on In-Form (client database) detailing the young person’s journey in relation to their strengths and needs, any risks, and any outcomes (to monitor service performance)
General:

About the Role
This role is a hybrid post and your location will be Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters in Carmarthen. As a Caseworker you will:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Keep accurate & confidential case records.
About You:
You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.
You will need:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, able to use generic systems.
- Good organisational & time management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.
- To work effectively both as part of a team & independently
- To develop & maintain partnerships with internal & external organisations.

Main Purpose
The Deputy Director, Policy and Research (Better Work and Progression) will have overall ownership of the ‘Better Work’ pillar of our strategic plan at L&W: overseeing all projects and activity in this area and generating new work (including developing project ideas and securing funding).
While there is significant scope to shape the ongoing programme of research and impact work, we anticipate that key areas of focus in this area going forward will be: understanding & better supporting career change; understanding and improving policy to increase employer investment in skills; high quality and fair access apprenticeships and technical education; understanding how to better support progression from low pay.
They will be a senior leader for the organization – helping to continuously shape our strategy and the plans we are implementing to deliver it.

Leadership and management
- Intellectual leadership of the Better Work pillar: developing and owning policy positions, messages, theory of change and research priorities, and supporting the wider team to feed into and understand them

The Sheppard Trust provides homes for older women in housing need, and we support them to live independently. We reduce loneliness and isolation by fostering a supportive community spirit.
We're planning to move to brand-new, purpose built accommodation near Hampton Court village in Surrey. Whilst we wait for the build to complete, 20 of our existing residents are temporarily housed in Mill Hill, with 4 housed in Greenford. Their new homes are expected to be ready in July 2026. The aim of this role is to support these residents before, during and after our move, as well as to plan, organise and deliver the logistics of the moves.
We're a small friendly team who are currently flexibly hybrid working. This role is based on 21 hours a week, with two visits per week to Mill Hill and occasional visits to Greenford and Hampton Court. The rest of the work could be carried out from home if desired. From July to September when the moves take place the workload will be higher and more on-site attendance may be necessary on move days.
The right appointment is important to us, so we're willing to discuss proposals for alternative working arrangements including adding additional responsibilities to create a full time role. There will be the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at the new site if wished.
