The role of Communications and Publications Support Officer is key in helping us share knowledge, support our networks, and deliver high-quality outputs that influence practice and policy.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce and distribute the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health fortnightly newsletter (via Mailchimp)

• Support the development and scheduling of social media content, helping to grow engaging content and reach

• Monitor and report on social media analytics

• Update the Pathway website with news, publications and resources, and support with website improvements

• Organise and support online meetings of the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health and its subgroups

• Coordinate and support online specialist Masterclasses for people working in health and care provision for people in marginalised groups

• Support delivery of external events, including the annual Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health conference

• Coordinate publication of major Pathway reports, working with designers and printers

• Provide publishing and administrative support to Fellows undertaking research projects

• Deliver high-quality editing, formatting and presentation of shorter reports and documents

About you – it is essential you have:

· Experience of working in a communications or administration role (including remote working)

· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience of maintaining or updating websites, including WordPress

· Experience of using social media professionally (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), creating content and understanding social analytics

The Hepatitis C Trust runs national peer-led projects using lived experience of drug use and hepatitis C to educate service users and staff in drug, alcohol, homeless and allied services, to increase hepatitis C awareness, and access to testing and treatment for people living with hepatitis C.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Peer Lead with strong communication and organisational skills, particularly someone with experience working with marginalised communities and supporting volunteers. We particularly encourage applications from people with lived or living experience of drug use and hepatitis C.

As part of our Birmingham and West Midlands Follow Me peer project, the role involves close working with hepatitis C clinical teams, recruiting and supporting volunteers, delivering workshops, coordinating testing, delivering harm reduction interventions ensuring that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care. Extensive travel is required, and applicants must have a clean driving license and their own vehicle.

Main Purpose Of The Job:

Main Areas Of Responsibility:

Working closely with the Operations Manager :

• To lead the Housing First team providing excellent trauma informed support to 40+ Housing First residents in Oxford City.

• To work closely with commissioners on delivery of the service, to develop and maintain strategic relationships with Oxford City Council, housing providers, NHS services, Adult Social Care, Probation and voluntary sector partners.

• Provide reflective, trauma-informed supervision and support to staff.

• Lead safeguarding, risk management and multi-disciplinary case reviews.

• To ensure that Homeless Oxfordshire delivers effective and high-quality support that meets the evolving needs of our residents.

Campbell Rd Young Peoples service provides support and housing for 37 young people in Tower Hamlets that are either leaving care of affected by youth homelessness. The Support Worker role will be to manage a caseload of around 7-10 young people. You will be expected to deliver positive outcomes for all our young people and support them to reach independence, keep safe and maintain their tenancy's. Aside from support workers delivering support there is a strong element of housing management associated wit this role, for example managing rents, raising/monitoring repairs and health and safety.

There are 5 hostels in the cluster ranging from high, medium to low support which are all based in the borough of RBKC. The Heaney Cluster an intensively supported housing scheme for the most challenging customers in the borough.

Staff are expected to work 8 hours daily on a shift rota basis. This will include weekend working. Shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm and 2.00pm to 10pm.

The fixed term contract is for 6 months.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated SEND Family Support Coordinator to join our Carers Support Service in Milton Keynes to play a vital role in supporting unpaid carers who look after children and adults with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and learning difficulties by reducing isolation, building resilience, and helping carers feel supported, connected, and empowered.

As a Family Support Coordinator, you will:

• Provide online and community-based individual and group support to Carers supporting children and adults with SEND and learning difficulties
• Develop themed based peer support groups, workshops, and community-based activities
• Help reduce social isolation by building strong support networks among carers
• Work collaboratively with Carers to identify needs and provide practical and emotional support
• Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteers to deliver community-based support
• Encourage Carers’ engagement and participation within the local community
• Build partnerships with local services and stakeholders to strengthen support pathways
• Work alongside our partner TalkBack and the MK Carers Hub organisations to share

Educated to NVQ Level 3 or above in social work, health, education, or equivalent experience is essential. Experience of working with individuals and/or families with SEND and learning disabilities is desirable.

The salary for 21 hours per week is £15,910.49 per annum.

Farleigh Hospice is a high-performing charity, providing compassionate care and support to adults living with life-limiting illnesses in mid Essex, and bereavement support to their families and carers.

We are now looking for a warm, organised and proactive Supporter Engagement and Insights Manager to help us deepen relationships with our supporters. 

This role is central to building a sustainable income base that allows Farleigh Hospice to continue providing vital support to people when and where they need us most. 

The role 

In collaboration with the Head of Communications and Director of Income Generation you will help develop Farleigh Hospice’s supporter engagement and individual giving programme, with a focus on retention, growing regular giving and lifetime value.

A key part of your role will be leading the development of our approach to supporter journeys and stewardship frameworks, working closely with the fundraising team to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all fundraising channels, and ensuring every supporter feels valued, motivated and connected to our mission.

You will also support the communications and fundraising teams to analyse supporter data to ensure we are using insights to refine our activity and support the success of all income streams.

Using your strong leadership and team management skills you will provide guidance, direction and support to the supporter engagement team, while delivering impactful campaigns, supporter journeys and stewardship touchpoints. 

This is an exciting time to join Farleigh Hospice. As we grow our supporter engagement programme, you will play a key role in enhancing supporter experience, developing our testing approach, and delivering high-performing campaigns.  

What we are looking for 

A highly motivated individual with:  

• Significant experience in supporter management and /or individual giving fundraising

• A proven track record of growing supporters and regular income 

• A proven track record of achieving income targets 

• Significant experience delivering supporter journeys, stewardship and retention activity 

• Strong leadership and team management experience    

• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
