Are you passionate about quality care and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality and Performance Manager to lead on audits, data analysis, policy implementation and quality initiatives at Maurice House, our care home in Broadstairs. You’ll work closely with local teams and the central Quality & Care Standards team to maintain high standards, share best practice, and support improvements across other RBL care homes.

This role offers 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with salary between £45,793 to £49,506 per annum

What you will be doing:

- Plan and deliver a programme of audits, ensuring action plans are implemented and monitored.
- Communicate findings with Registered Managers, department leads, and senior care staff to drive service improvements.
- Identify trends, lessons learned and support the development of robust quality strategies.
- Work closely with clinical colleagues to implement best practice guidance and evaluate its impact.
- Lead and support quality improvement projects within the care home.
- Liaise with external quality teams and regulators to implement local initiatives.
- Support audits at other RBL care homes, collaborating with other Quality and Performance Managers to align standards and share learning.
- Facilitate clinical governance and audit group meetings.

What we re looking for:

- Level 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in audits, quality assurance, and service improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ongoing CPD in care quality or person-centred practice
- Full UK driving licence

You may also have Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, RGN (Adults) qualification and/or training in audit or quality improvement.

About the Role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of funding applications for retrofit and decarbonisation projects, and construction/technical expertise, including JCT, Building Regulations, and related legislation.

You will join an exciting team and collaborate to build a group of volunteers from all walks of life, raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness. We also work closely with local artists and universities. We’d love you to bring your own ideas, along with your experience of fashion, retail and current trends, to this role. You will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression through training and development – many of our shop managers were promoted internally. You will be primarily based in the Hackney shop, but you may be required to travel to other shops within London 1 & 2 on a short-term basis.

About the role

This is an opportunity to join our charity in the role of 1-1 Advocacy Team leader.

You will be responsible for leading our 1-1 advocacy team, supporting a small team of advocates to deliver a range of advocacy to adults and young people with learning disabilities.

You will oversee delivery of casework, referral management and monitoring, ensuring Speak Out advocates provide high quality support within a framework of good advocacy practice.

You will also hold a case load supporting people across the service to speak up for themselves and grow in confidence, equip them to understand and exercise their rights and options, and will assist them in the decision-making process relating to their care, treatment, and support.

Our 1-1 advocacy service is tailored to meet individual needs, offering the following support:

· Community issue advocacy - advocacy cases cover a range of issues, including accessing social care and health services, housing issues, wellbeing and relationships.

· Specialist advocacy – support for parents with learning disabilities going through child protection proceedings and for young people with learning disabilities in transition to adulthood.

· Statutory advocacy – advocacy case work under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act (RPPR)

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Individual Giving Team within Public Fundraising at Prostate Cancer Research. This is a pivotal new role, offering huge potential to shape the future of IG at PCR and capitalise fully on our exciting growth trajectory. 

The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Building on this momentum, and campaigns such as last year's successful prostate cancer screening petition and our increased campaigning and public relations footprint. We are committed to strong investment in supporter experience and a genuine relationship-based approach to fundraising, ensuring all our supporters feel valued and exceptionally well-cared for. Recent positive media opportunities have further underscored our potential for growth. 

This role will be instrumental in driving continued expansion through digital channels, including paid social and email, with significant scope to identify and implement new, innovative, or novel acquisition strategies. You will be key to growing our supporter base and maximising their lifetime value through engaging digital stewardship and carefully crafted supporter journeys. Lead generation and conversion, cross-selling, and the development and management of these journeys will all be significant aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities  

Digital Acquisition and Fundraising 

• Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPI’s, budget and spend, and work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on advertisement spend / return on investment.

• Ensure regular monitoring of performance across all activities and make necessary adjustments to maximise net income opportunities.

• Analyse and share the results of campaign activity. 

• Support forecasting and budget planning on Digital marketing activities within the IG budget.

• Develop and execute digital campaigns, including where the ultimate conversion is via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking an integrated approach, to acquire and convert new supporters. 

• Create and optimise content and digital journeys to maximise conversions and build loyalty. This will include elements of creative fundraising writing, concepting and messaging development, and some visual design development.

• Generate and utilise insight within digital campaigns to improve results.

• Support the organisation in developing the website to be optimised for fundraising, make recommendations to improve performance, optimise content and landing pages, recommend and make the most of on-site technologies and plugins that can help drive our performance. 

• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring our online fundraising efforts remain innovative and effective. 

Stewardship and Supporter Experience 

• Maintain a good level of understanding of our supporters' behaviours and motivations to create and implement stewardship content and journeys, feedback and respond to queries and enquiries relevant to IG activity.

• Work with the team to ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner and all interactions and activities are in line with our supporter promise. 

• Ensure supporter journeys are segmented and personalised wherever possible.

• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, exploring opportunities for meaningful dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and a sense of community. 

• Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support. 

• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact including via cross selling with different audiences.

• Develop engaging supporter communications and assets for all channels, for example email headers, landing pages, social ads – which drive action and deepen engagement with the cause.

Collaboration and Development  

• Work with Agile principles in mind, together with the IG Team and collaborating colleagues across the organisation, to plan and deliver high quality work.

• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes, improving both supporter & patient perceptions of PCR.

• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders and supporters. 

• Build strong relationships with partners, freelancers and consultants, agencies, and suppliers as needed to support the delivery of individual giving activity.

• Maintain curiosity and a desire for learning and professional development, be responsible for developing your skillset and knowledge to improve in the role and further PCR’s mission.

Database and Compliance 

• Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including but not limited to Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (G4A) and MailChimp.

• Adhere to all PCR policies and abide by the code of conduct and other related guidance in the PCR Staff Handbook. 

Skills and Competencies 

Our ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

• Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation. 

• The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels. 

• Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools.

At London City Mission, we estimate that one in two Londoners, that’s roughly 4.5 million people, are unlikely to hear the gospel in their lifetime. For many of these people, their everyday experience will be one of rejection or helplessness and their cultural and religious background may mean they are least likely to hear the gospel. It’s clear throughout the Bible that God has a heart for people who are marginalised and overlooked. And tragically, it’s often in London’s most deprived communities that people are least likely to hear the invitation to repentance and eternal hope in Jesus. 

At London City Mission, we are partnering with churches who have a growing passion for reaching out to the communities around them, but who need equipping and building up for this crucial work. Our aim over the next five years is to see 150 new missional teams established in churches across London. These missional teams are groups of church members who take responsibility for a ministry to a community who may not otherwise hear about Jesus, are affirmed and publicly supported by the church leadership, pray for each other and for the people they want to invite to follow Christ, using their different gifts regularly to reach people who are part of this community. We pray that, together by 2029, these teams will be part of 25,000 gospel conversations within communities where Jesus Christ isn't known. The Missionary role is, therefore, a Church mobilisation role.

We are seeking candidates for Missionary roles who have a passion for sharing the good news of Jesus with specific groups of Londoners, and who can also come alongside churches to train and inspire Christian believers to reach their local communities with the hope of the gospel.

Successful candidates will minister in – but not restricted to - the following locations:  

• Tower Hamlets team with a specialist focus on Islam & Other Religions*

Main Duties

Financial Management

• Liaise with and provide financial information to the Diocesan Finance team as required.
• Prepare and manage the parish budget for approval by the Parish Priest and Finance Committee.
• Prepare quarterly accounts and reports for Finance Committee meetings and attend these meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenditure, and bank reconciliation using the approved Diocesan Finance System (currently XERO).
• Oversee the collection, counting, and banking of offertory and other parish income, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Raise and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for the Parish Priest and Finance Committee, ensuring transparency and compliance with diocesan requirements.
• Support the Parish Priest in fundraising and stewardship initiatives, including second collections, campaigns, and appeals.
• Promote and ensure the routine availability of digital giving platforms for donors, including online and planned giving routes.
