About You

Essential experience and skills would include:

- Planning, delivering, and coordinating projects, activities, or events with multiple stakeholders

- Using Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Forms in particular, and being comfortable learning new systems

- Supporting or coordinating volunteers and/or placement students

- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and administrative tasks

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Careers and Workforce Coordinator to join our Faculties Team, supporting both the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FICM) and the Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM).

Product Marketing Coordinator

This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.

You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.

The fundamentals of the role

Marketing and sales enablement

• Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.

In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 Depaul UK was born.

About the Role

As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:

· Supporting the planning and organisation of our annual teacher conferences and skills sharing webinars.

· Creating and coordinating programme marketing and communications. 

· Recording, monitoring and evaluating programme data.

· Providing high-level customer service to educators, stakeholders and YE colleagues.

This is a varied role that balances autonomy with collaboration. You’ll make a difference every day — helping teachers enhance their curriculum and enabling young people to build vital money skills for life.

 Key Responsibilities

· Work with the Programme Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of the Centres of Excellence programme, helping to maintain systems and records that track participation, progress and engagement.

· Contribute to delivering a high‑quality experience for educators by supporting the organisation of the annual YE Teacher Conferences and our termly skills‑sharing webinars.

· Develop and coordinate clear, engaging programme communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media content and marketing materials, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.

· Keep track of programme activity by collecting, recording, monitoring and preparing data for reporting and insight.

· Build positive, professional relationships with schools, partner organisations, stakeholders and colleagues across Young Enterprise to support strong collaboration and programme delivery.

 A few practical things

• This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.
• You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the participating schools and colleges across the UK.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Haringey Team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11352 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Haringey. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £28,300 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Contract: This is a Maternity Cover role for 12 months, until 26 April 2027.

The Role

Reporting to Service Delivery Coach, key responsibilities will include:

• Organise and facilitate effective service communication for the benefit of stroke survivors and carers in understanding and achieving their goals.
• Ensure that timely, confidential and accurate records are kept on the CRM data base and all data is in line with the retention policy and GDPR compliant.
• Develop and manage service volunteers to support service delivery for stroke survivors and carers as required.

About You

You will have experience in:

• Providing person centred support to empower vulnerable people or people with a disability or long-term health condition and their carers
• Nurturing emotional resilience needed to handle a variety of calls, potentially dealing with complex and challenging situations whilst working in your own home
• Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse audience including anyone experiencing communication difficulties via a combination of face-to-face visits or meetings, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls)

This role requires regular travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

Personal Independence Coordinator

PICs work alongside health and care professionals within a neighbourhood team, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to working with people who have long term health and social care needs. The PICs provide critical links between formal health and social care services and the wider community support networks. This is a highly visible and important role for Mayhew. The postholder will be working across all teams with staff and volunteers, supporters, partners and members of the public.
