We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Senior Recovery Worker who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We are currently recruiting Relief Support Workers for our Bank Team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
We seek enthusiastic, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are well-motivated and eager to join our friendly team in Market Harborough. The services are spread over four sites, supporting individuals with diverse needs. Two services have a waking night requirement for high-support needs users. The third service requires sleepovers, supporting two independent users. The fourth service supports young adults through daily life, emotional support, and life skills development.
Support Worker Duties:
· Provide respectful and dignified personal care
· Offer financial support
· Assist with housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking
· Work flexibly to cover rotas as needed
· Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users
A minimum of twelve months experience is essential for Relief Support Worker roles. You will work flexibly on a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, with all staff expected to cover a fair share of weekends and Bank Holidays. Driving is not essential, but you must be able to get to work reliably.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you'll have access to our free app, allowing you to pick up shifts nationwide and providing service information, including directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
