1. Overview

Cerebral Palsy Sport (CP Sport) is recruiting three Regional Programme Delivery Officers to support the delivery of the “Together We Can” Young Ambassador Programme across England.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with young people with cerebral palsy (CP), supporting them to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and lead social action within their communities.

These roles will be central to delivering a national programme across eight regional hubs, working closely with young people, partners, and communities to create meaningful and lasting impact.

2. Contract Details

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) – part-time considered

Contract: Fixed-term until March 31st 2027 (with potential for extension, subject to funding)

Location: Home-based with regular travel across your region

Regions: North / Midlands / South

3. Role Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering the Young Ambassador Programme within your region, supporting young people aged 10–20 with CP to take part in training, social action, and community-based activity.

You will work closely with Young Ambassadors to:

· Develop their confidence and leadership

· Support them to plan and deliver activities

· Build partnerships across schools, sport, and health sectors

4. Key Responsibilities

The Hammersmith and Fulham outreach team can bring clients as a safe alternative to rough sleeping. At the Hub, clients will receive a thorough assessment of their needs and be supported with an offer of suitable accommodation to move into.

As an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, you will:

• Be part of a busy team environment working closely with those new to, or at risk of rough sleeping.
• Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.
• Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
• Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, welfare benefit and housing legislation.
• Work on the weekly 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays

About the Role

Role Summary 

The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Working closely with Programme Leads, Programme Coordinators and the wider team, the Programme Officer UK will play a vital role in maintaining seamless administration activities, contributing to the successful delivery and impact of our programmes.   

Main Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support for the delivery of cross-programme activity in all four nations, including training for teachers and careers professionals, workshops, conferences and events.

• Oversee and support the management and maintenance of the CRM database of nations’ place-based activity across the UK, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

• Collaborate with the Marcomms team to assist in promoting the programme across all communication channels, including signups to our training programme for educators, entries to our filmmaking competitions, the Into Film Awards, and bookings for the Into Film Festival, Spring Screenings and other events for our Screen Careers programme. 
• Work with Marcomms and Programme Coordinators to run targeted marketing campaigns to increase and drive engagement in our place-based targeted areas across the UK.
• Assist in desk-based research to identify partners and organisations (including schools) to engage underserved and underrepresented young people in our programmes, sourcing relevant external information from across the education, youth and film industry sectors. 
• Working with Programme Leads to support the development and delivery of our Youth Advisory Council and Education Ambassador initiatives.
• Undertake additional general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team including but not limited to customer support cases, equipment and materials inventory and orders, booking travel, processing invoices and regional social media channels, 
• Represent Into Film at conferences and events as required.

General Responsibilities:

Connect to Work is a personalised Supported Employment programme that pairs eligible individuals with dedicated Employment Advisors.

About the Role

As a Team Lead you will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to meet individuals regularly to understand an individual’s skills, strengths and goals; developing clear action plans; provide practical support; and co-create personalised action plans, whilst also overseeing the day-to-day management of our team of Employment Advisors.

The programme provides structured, 1:1 and group based person centred support to build confidence, motivation and resilience, to help individuals work towards clear, work‑related goals.

The resulting report in 2024 recommended improved health resources for people with bleeding disorders as well as compensation and support for those infected and affected by the scandal.

Although significant progress has been made, there’s a lot more to do. Many of the community feel isolated and with the Infected Blood Inquiry now closed there is a need for people to maintain and develop connections with others that understand what they have and continue to endure. It is vital that the community has a safe environment to express their views and seek help and support.

Part of the role will involve supporting the future generations of affected families ensuring they have the support and care they need to live their best lives.

Background and purpose

We are the only UK-wide charity for all those affected by a genetic bleeding disorder, a community of individuals and families, healthcare professionals and supporters.

For more than 75 years we have campaigned for better treatment, been a source of information and advice and supported people living with life-long conditions.

More than 40,000 men, women and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder, and the number rises every year. Membership of the Haemophilia Society is free and open to all.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with the infected blood community to understand their ongoing needs and the support that could be of value.
• Develop and deliver a series of engagement events to support the community and fulfil the identified needs.
• Feedback to the Haemophilia Society issues, needs and concerns raised by the infected blood community.
• Engage with external stakeholders who support and deliver services for the infected blood community.
• Explore additional resources available that may be useful to the community and where appropriate develop additional resources.
• Liaise with other charities active in this space across the UK.
• Track engagement with events and gather feedback on the objectives of the meetings.

Other requirements

• This role will require extensive travel throughout the UK and to work varying hours including evenings and weekends as required.

• Working with individual National Landscapes, develop a framework for a Vision of Nature in 2050 in the National Landscapes
• Support work on a standardised framework for valuing natural capital across the protected landscapes
• Maintain and update the National Landscape Association GIS system
• Support Big Chalk in developing a spatial prioritisation tool and potentially sitting on the panel for reviewing applications to the Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund
• Contribute to the development of the National Landscapes Association as the leading voice on protected and designated landscapes in the UK
