Embedded in the work of the Programme Department, the Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and delivering on communications and marketing plans designed to amplify our brand messages, and raise awareness of our mission with partners, and beneficiaries and help us achieve our vision.

This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone with significant experience of leading on communications activities, who thrives in a small team and enjoys delivering against long-term plans and managing day-to-day priorities. Overall job purpose

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on us supporting communities around our churches caring for, opening, using and raising money for them. The Lead Local Community Officer will play the prime role in ensuring that local people are engaged, recruited, trained and supported.

The Lead Local Community Officer will lead the regional team of Local Community Officers to support, recruit, liaise with and develop volunteer and community supporters to care, open, use and raise money for the CCT’s collection of historic churches.

They will head the Church Planning process for the region, ensuring every church maintains and develops their co-created Church Plan.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

Salary:  £23,861 pro rata

This role is central to the smooth running of our new regional programme. As Programme Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Programme Manager to support delivery, coordination, communication/engagement and administration.

You’ll be involved in everything from troubleshooting and responding to enquiries from schools, to preparing materials for stakeholders, updating delivery and engagement records on our CRM database, and helping gather data on programme impact. You’ll also support the development of case studies and feedback that help us communicate the difference the programme is making.

What you’ll be doing:

Programme coordination & admin support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the programme, as directed by the Programme Manager

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of programme activities, delivery and engagement

• Ensure programme data is entered and managed effectively using our CRM (Salesforce)

• Support the coordination of services, training and communications with schools

• Assist with monitoring and evaluation by gathering and organising feedback, data and impact stories

• Help build inspiring case studies that reflect the programme’s progress and success
   

Customer service & stakeholder engagement

• Be the first point of contact for schools and partners, answering queries by phone, email and helpdesk

• Ensure a high standard of customer service across all channels, following up promptly where needed

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with schools, local authorities and colleagues

• Help prepare programme materials for internal use and for external stakeholders
   

Team support & collaboration

• Contribute to internal meetings and planning processes as required

• Support projects and tasks as delegated by the Programme Manager and Head of Department

• Work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues across the charity

We are a life-changing mentoring charity dedicated to supporting young people who have faced an unfair start in life, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

About the role

As  Programme Manager, you'll manage, advise and support our  Pathways Coordinators in schools and other partner organisations. Your main goal is to make sure our programme is fully integrated and highly effective in schools and with partners across Hertfordshire and West London.  Although the role is remote it involves a significant amount of travel around Hertfordshire and West London so the successful candidate will need to be based within reasonable driving distance of these areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support, development, training, management and motivation to MCR staff in schools and other partner organisations

• Support school integration of the programme and a consistently high quality standard of programme delivery

• Develop and support partnerships with the Local Councils, further and higher education institutions, local business and all MCR stakeholders

• Provide analysis of programme performance, impact and development

About you

• Experience of developing and effectively managing teams and programmes

• Self-motivated and skilled at motivating others

• Experience of or strong interest in working or volunteering in the third sector

• Experience of working within or in collaboration with secondary schools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise

• Experience of coordinating and analysing qualitative and quantitative data
