Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:
You will lead on the development and preparation of compelling and high-quality responses to grant applications, bid writing, commissioning and tenders. Support the Director of Income Generation and Communications and wider Executive Leadership Team with responses to complex tenders and funding applications.
Complete all tender Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Invitations to Tender and relevant administration in an accurate and timely manner.
Undertake the reporting and monitoring of all grants and commissioned services, in line with contracts and Service Level Agreements and working with the Data Analyst ensuring funding requirements, reporting and compliance are met. Undertake Quality Assurance activities on all aspects of reporting and monitoring prior to submission.
Manage (and delegate where appropriate) and quality assure all subject access requests, complaints and data queries in line with Data Protection and GDPR legislation, working with, and supported by the Director of Income Generation and Communications and/or DPO on complex cases.
Prepare written materials including press-releases and annual reports which aid in conveying core activities and promote organisational activities in line with our values.

About the role
As a Support and Wellbeing Advisor at SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person centred support to the Armed Forces Community across Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will provide advice, practical support, and casework, ensuring each beneficiary receives tailored support that meets their individual needs. You will promote inclusion, remove barriers, and improve access to services.
From triaging new enquiries to managing a varied caseload, you will be at the frontline of our work with Armed Forces community, including their families. You will build and maintain strong working relationships through regular liaison with external partners, including Glasgow City Council, other local authorities, and GP practices. You will also support the planning and delivery of social and resilience building projects. Outreach is delivered through external clinics across the city to extend reach and strengthen community engagement.
A key part of the role involves securing funding to support beneficiaries with household goods, essential food and energy costs, and debt related support.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will develop experience in multi agency working, safeguarding, and crisis intervention, while strengthening your skills in case management and project delivery. About the team
The team is based in a dog friendly office at the Pearce Institute in Govan, Glasgow, with the option to work remotely one day per week after probation. GHH is a partnership between SSAFA and Glasgow City Council, delivering trusted support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families during times of need.
Our approach is trauma-informed and focused on delivering intense, holistic wraparound support. This means addressing not only housing needs but also the wider challenges that impact stability, such as mental health, financial wellbeing, and social inclusion. Every intervention is designed to reduce risk, build resilience, and empower beneficiaries to sustain long-term housing solutions.
The GHH team works closely with key partners. These include Glasgow City Homeless Casework Teams, Citizens Advice Scotland, Veterans Housing Scotland, Erskine Veterans Village, Scottish Veterans Residences, and Defence Medical Welfare Services. You also attend stakeholder events out with office hours.

Job Purpose
Start Network is looking for an Institutional Funding Manager who is strategic, ambitious, and a great team player. You will work with the Head of Resource Mobilisation to set and deliver a strategy to maximise our institutional funding portfolio to grow and sustain our income over the coming year (current portfolio size of £30million+). This role will be key to enabling Start Network to deliver on its strategy, and the postholder will have the opportunity to engage across all areas of Start Network’s programmes. The Institutional Fundraising Manager will be responsible for securing and overseeing significant levels of income from institutional sources for Start Network’s work globally, including working with programmes teams on project development and the preparation of high-value proposals for institutional donors (narrative, budgets, monitoring frameworks and other technical documents). The postholder will be expected to work at both an operational and strategic level, managing their own portfolio of donors (such as FCDO), securing new business from scratch, and providing Start Network with tactical direction on donor outreach and compliance.
Over the period of the contract, we are especially looking for someone who is comfortable and experienced in finding new institutional donors, leveraging current contacts and networks, and pitching and presenting new opportunities.
Currently, we receive funding from multiple European governments and FCDO so experience with these funders would be critical for this role.

We are seeking a Relationship Fundraiser. This is an exciting and varied role incorporating developing corporate partnerships, supporting volunteer fundraisers, organising fundraising events, and building relationships with community groups.
Sight Support West of England exists to reduce the impact of sight loss, supporting blind and partially sighted people across the county to lead independent lives and to secure equal access to services.

The role
The Individual Giving team is responsible for driving growth and income sustainability across Individual Giving (one-off donations, Regular Giving, Lottery) In Memory Giving, Legacy Giving and Major Giving. This is an exciting role and it will suit somebody who enjoys working across our different fundraising products, with particular focus on one-off donations, Regular Giving and In Memory Giving. The role will focus on the acquisition and stewardship of donors, maintaining a fantastic donor journey for longer term engagement. The role holder will need to own and manage their workstreams, drawing on the expertise of other in-house teams from Marketing to Finance. The need for accuracy in data and administrative work requires the role holder to have a keen eye for detail and a respect for processes and regulations.

Greater Change
Founded in 2018 by Alex McCallion and Jonathan Tan, Greater Change is an NGO providing cash grants to support people to overcome the financial barriers on their pathway out of homelessness using personalised budgets.
We partner with frontline charities and support workers who refer people to us who would benefit from our financial support. The personalised budgets (supported cash transfers) we provide are typically for rent deposits, ID documents, training courses etc.
On average, Greater Change spends £1,400 per individual and last year 85% of the people we supported sustained their move into stable housing, saving the public purse over £41,000 per person per annum.
Our goal is ultimately to use personalised budgets as a dignified and effective tool to end homelessness.

Philanthropy Manager
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and relationship-driven Philanthropy Manager to help grow Greater Change’s income, impact, and profile. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CEO, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who can be creative and structured.
You will lead key income streams across High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts and Foundations, and fundraising events, delivering high-quality proposals and thoughtful stewardship that strengthens long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO on philanthropic relationships, including supporting the Development Board’s engagement, meetings, and follow-ups.
Lead all trusts and foundation activity end-to-end, including prospect research, applications and producing reports, while tracking funding deadlines, maintaining a clear pipeline, and providing regular progress updates to the CEO and Head of Growth.
Prepare high-quality proposals, cases for support, presentations, and donor communications.
Co-lead on developing and maintaining corporate partnerships with the Head of Growth
Manage individual giving, with a focus on donor stewardship and growth.
Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and stewardship events, including stewardship and fundraising events organised by the Greater Change and our Development Board

Bipolar UK is the only national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by bipolar — including individuals, carers, families and loved ones. Over one million people in the UK live with bipolar disorder, yet many experience symptoms for years before receiving an accurate diagnosis.

Purpose: The Peer Support Officer role will work within Bipolar UK’s Peer Support Line team to support our community through telephone and email support across the UK.
The role involves using your skills and knowledge to support people affected by bipolar disorder with support requests and providing information and signposting to people via email and telephone. The successful applicant will also manage service reports in Salesforce, report back regularly to the management team, as well as developing links with other mental health services or appropriate agencies.
Though Bipolar UK does not offer Crisis Support, the successful applicant may have to direct members of our community experiencing a crisis to relevant services and will also be responsible for recognising and reporting Safeguarding incidents within the bounds of Bipolar UK’s Safeguarding Policies.
The position requires good personal interaction and the ability to empathise with service users while remaining calm and considered in sometimes difficult situations. This is a varied and hands on role and we are looking for someone with good communication (verbal and written) along with good organisational skills. Bipolar UK will offer the successful applicant regular support and engagement with the team, as well as reflective practice sessions throughout their service with the charity.
The Peer Support Officer reports to the Services Manager who manages this service. This will be a home-based role with occasional travel, such as team days/meetings/training.
