· Co-ordinate a range of groups, workshops and family events both online and in person across England and Wales, including effective promotion of those activities, ensuring RSBC reach even more families and improving current engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a real passion for making a difference for vision impaired children and their families. You will need some experience in organising/ co-ordinating an event or activity.

The Role
The key purpose of this role is to together with the EA to the Vicar provide day-to-day support for the running of the Vicar’s Office and in particular for the Vicar (Archie Coates) and the Senior Leader (Sam Coates). About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Trauma Informed Therapist to join the team. Leading peer-mentoring support to trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting volunteers/placements. You will work closely with our Community Development and Criminal Justice Services teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a Thematic Leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.
About You
You’ll be someone who is a qualified and experienced therapist working with trauma. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and supporting therapists and trainees, but we value transferable skills too. What’s the job?
In this exciting and varied role, you will take the lead in delivering commercial marketing initiatives that add real value to both students’ unions and our supplier partners. Working within the Trading Support team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing the activity against brand development programmes across key sectors including retail, catering, and licensed trade. The Cleft Lip and Palate Association (CLAPA) is the national charity for people affected by cleft lip and palate in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to cover maternity leave and to support our busy Communications team.
The Digital Communications Coordinator is a key role within CLAPA, responsible for implementing our digital communications strategy to engage and inspire the UK cleft community. This role moves beyond content creation to take ownership of CLAPA’s digital communications across social and email platforms, ensuring online communications are strategic and data-driven. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, this role supports the planning, delivery, and monitoring of campaigns that inform, support, and connect the cleft community in the UK.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a good understanding of digital communications and a passion for community engagement. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day digital content, respond to online enquiries, and support internal teams with their communications needs. They will also play an important part in maintaining CLAPA’s brand and voice across all channels, ensuring our communications are accessible, on-brand, and effective.

This role requires a hands-on, strategic individual who is able to work with brilliant teams across the world. You will also play a key role in driving programme quality, help operationalise key recommendations from ClientEarth’s Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the Partnerships Roadmap, whilst working with colleagues globally.
Meet your Manager
In this role, you will be managed by Ailsa Griffith, Programme Management Group Lead within ClientEarth's Programmes & Impact team. Ailsa brings over nine years of experience in the NGO sector, working alongside diverse partners to design and deliver global programmes that advance human rights and protect the environment. She joined ClientEarth in 2020 and is based in London.
Main Duties
- Map the historical portfolio of partners across multiple systems based on a clear typology.
- Facilitate data analysis to provide ClientEarth with a clear snapshot of the current and prospective partners (at global, regional and jurisdictional levels) relevant to ClientEarth’s strategy and the level of alignment / contribution to ClientEarth’s theory of change.
- Steward, manage and oversee best practice in partner engagement and provide insights and input to support the organisation’s partnership approach.
- Support the operationalisation of the Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the recommendations of the Partnerships Roadmap (which might include a staff engagement plan).
- Work with the Impact and Learning team to ensure that Impact & Learning tools and processes capture data on partnerships, reflect changes based on the stakeholder segmentation, stakeholder analysis and partnerships mapping tools.
- Review ClientEarth’s current partnership approach from a decolonial point of view, to identify and plan changes needed across the organisation.

Role requirements
- Experience of partnerships development and management in the NGO/not-for-profit sector, with proven ability to align partnerships with organisational goals (essential)
- Experience of defining and applying partner typologies -i.e. defining and categorising partners (essential)
- Experience of data management and analysis tools to manage and visualise data effectively (essential)
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with external partners, such as NGOs, law firms, scientific, technical and industry stakeholders (essential)
- Experience of leading or facilitating monitoring, evaluation and learning for large and complex projects in the NGO/not-for-profit sector (essential) – ideally for environmental and/or policy projects (desirable)
- Fluent (CEFR level C2) in English (essential)
- Fluent (CEFR level C2) in another European language (desirable)

Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of economic abuse and transforming responses to it.

We're now entering an ambitious new phase, and we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and values-led Head of Income as part of the Senior Leadership Teamto help drive it forward.
This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience in high-value fundraising and/or commercial income generation.

The successful candidate will be the helpful and friendly first point of contact for all those engaging with REUK - from team members, young people and building users to supporters, partner organisations, and press. As the public relations lead and the Operation Team’s focal point, you’ll take an eager interest in the full scope and reach of REUK’s work so that you can resolve and triage enquiries, develop beneficial and positive connections, and deliver appropriate solutions and support.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of those who use The Lighthouse (REUK’s home in NW10). You will take joy in hosting people and facilitating events and will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for ensuring that the building is a welcoming, well-functioning, and hospitable environment for staff, tenants, young people and visitors alike.
Alongside practical tasks like liaising with contractors, setting up spaces for different user groups and day-to-day troubleshooting, you’ll take a lead on business development - including by designing and implementing a marketing strategy, networking with multiple diverse communities, and managing venue bookings - to ensure that The Lighthouse is widely known and used to its full potential.
