Location- Leeds Office (some homeworking)

At St Anne’s we find what connects us and makes us similar but celebrate what makes us different. Ensuring an inclusive environment and treating each other with dignity and respect are central to upholding our PROUD values. We aspire to ensure that everyone can bring their whole self to work, and we recognise that supporting wellbeing holistically is key to ensuring a happy and engaged workforce. The organisation is recruiting for an individual to drive our EDI and Wellbeing agenda as part of our overarching People Strategy, enhancing an organisational culture which champions and celebrates EDI and Wellbeing for our staff.

The successful applicant will have experience of proactively leading an organisation’s staff networks and creating and delivering initiatives to promote health and wellbeing with a tangible impact. Experience within a social care setting is preferred, but not essential. The post holder will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and will have strong knowledge of up to date employment legislation and best practice. The ability to work autonomously in an efficient, target driven manner is key as is the ability to work flexibly with competing deadlines. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about promoting EDI and Wellbeing and who understands the importance they have in a people focused organisation.

At St Anne’s we understand how important our people are and we want to reward them for their hard work. We can offer:

  • Free Life Assurance Cover and discounted income protection scheme
  • Flexi-time working scheme to promote flexible working hours and work/life balance
  • Rising annual leave, increasing annually up to 33 days (including statutory holidays)
  • 24 Hour Employee Assistance Programme – including free counselling sessions & support
  • Cycle To Work scheme
  • Company pension scheme with salary exchange option
  • Continuous opportunities for training and career development
  • Structured induction programme with regular support
