The Finance and Officer Administrator role is an integral part of Buttle UK, working across teams – grants development, fundraising and marketing along with the finance and operations team to support the delivery of our work. We are looking for someone with good experience of working in a growing organisation who is able to build good working relationships with colleagues and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of basic financial principles and previous experience of working within finance and administrative roles will be helpful. As well as good communication skills both verbal and written, the candidate will be flexible in the way they work and take the initiative when needed. They will also demonstrate a willingness to learn and interest in the UK voluntary sector.

Our adult adoption support service works primarily with adopted adults and birth families. Adopted adults can access their records and receive an intermediary service and be supported through a reunion. Your skills

We are looking for a Social Worker or Counsellor, who has experience of working directly with those affected by adoption. You will have experience and knowledge of adoption law and practice and able to liaise with partner agencies to deliver the service in North and West Yorkshire.

You will be a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who is committed to improving the outcomes for adoptive and birth families, adopted adults and relatives. You will also have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to deliver the service to a high standard.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1 Provide information, advice and support to parents/carers of disabled children individually and in group sessions

2 Signpost parents/carers to appropriate services for their whole family provided by the statutory sector, voluntary sector and Umbrella

We are looking for someone with administration or secretarial experience gained in a legal environment to be the new Legal Administrator for our National Legal Administration Team. You could soon be playing a vital role helping people who are affected by the housing emergency.

About The Role

You will provide full administrative support to the Legal Team, including taking telephone calls, secretarial duties, data entry, note taking, sorting the post and managing diaries. You will also be responsible for supporting the wider team when required to ensure the effective running of the service. You will need to liaise with clients and third parties, including making appointments and obtaining information. Producing reports, providing an accurate audio typing service, processing legal funding and other documents, managing files, preparing documents for court and entering information onto a case management system are other aspects of this interesting and varied role.

About You

You have secretarial experience gained in a legal practice and audio/copy typing skills with a minimum of 70 wpm, along with advanced knowledge of IT tools including case management systems and MS Office systems.  You have great written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working as part of a busy team.

About the Role

The Refugee and Migrant Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our Resettlement Department. As part of our mission to assist refugees and migrants in overcoming barriers to integration, this role will play a key part in helping newly arrived refugees settle into their new communities with confidence and independence.

RMC is a well-established charity with over 25 years of experience working with vulnerable refugees and migrants. We provide a range of services, including immigration advice, housing support, welfare assistance, and employment guidance. Our work ensures that refugees and migrants receive the necessary support to become equal citizens in the UK.

Purpose of the Role

The Family Support Worker will support newly arrived refugees and their families, enabling them to navigate the complex challenges of settling into the UK. Working closely with our multi-skilled resettlement team, you will deliver holistic support to refugees across a range of services, including welfare benefits, housing, health, education, and employment. You will also play a key role in empowering families to build their confidence, independence, and long-term integration into the community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Client Support & Case Management:

• Manage a caseload of newly arrived refugee families, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct home visits and orientation sessions to welcome clients to their new community and complete holistic needs assessments.
• Develop Personal Integration Plans for each household on a quarterly basis, helping them set goals for long-term independence.
• Coordinate support with external agencies and specialists to address clients’ needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Support families with housing, welfare benefits, education, healthcare, and employment.
• Assist with registration for healthcare services (GPs, dentists, opticians) and support with medical assessments.
• Facilitate access to education for children and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for adults.
• Provide guidance on immigration matters and ensure the correct paperwork is in place, including registering for Biometric Residence Cards and supporting welfare benefit applications.
• Ensure clients are financially supported by applying for relevant welfare benefits and assisting with mandatory reconsiderations as required.

Integration & Independence:

• Help clients develop the skills and knowledge to achieve independence, focusing on self-sufficiency and integration into the local community.
• Support families in securing suitable accommodation, liaising with landlords, housing providers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing orientation on UK systems, including financial rights and responsibilities, social services, and community resources.
• Encourage social integration by organising outings and community events to foster connections with local services and other refugees.

Partnership Working & Community Engagement:

• Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that refugees have access to the services and support they need.
• Act as the lead contact for other agencies involved in supporting your clients, ensuring a collaborative approach to case management.

• Provide written reports and case updates as required by the Resettlement Coordinator and Manager.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of services based on monitoring and evaluation feedback.

This is an essential car user post. The applicant must hold a current UK driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, have access to a car and be able and willing to drive UK wide as required.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in our Amersham office each week. As part of the role, UK wide travel is necessary. which may on occasion include early morning and/or evening working and sometimes overnight stays.  You may also occasionally be required to attend evening or weekend conferences and events. This is a full-time role in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector with experience of working in social care.

Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.

As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. You will also be expected to work with our volunteers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we have achieved.

You will be someone:

Main Duties include:

• To provide a regular telephone support-line, face-to-face and email support, offering appropriate, generic advice
• To offer a range of service delivery options and be involved in providing those options e.g., breaks, group work, leisure activities or other outreach activities
• To encourage and assist carers and those they care for to access Care Needs Assessments and Carers Assessments and to take up services that will enhance their lives
• To complete individual grant applications with carers for respite or if they are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis
• To work where appropriate with other service providers/agencies to promote the carer agenda or jointly deliver carer support issues
• To be proactive in the registration of carers living or caring for someone within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
• To keep accurate records of group and individual carer engagement for monitoring and evaluation purposes
• To participate in key events organised by Richmond Carers Centre and other relevant partners to promote services to a wider public

The Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) project is a national initiative providing debt respite for people receiving mental health crisis treatment. Toynbee Hall plays a key role in delivering this support through our dedicated Advice Team, which offers regulated debt advice, manages MHCBS renewal checks, and provides wraparound signposting to additional services.

The team is made up of skilled Debt Advisors and Project Administrators, supported by technical supervision to ensure consistent quality and compliance. Job purpose

Lead and support the delivery of high-quality local services by working collaboratively with your team to ensure daily, uninterrupted provision. Provide clear guidance, set achievable targets, and foster a positive, solution-focused environment. Champion team objectives and encourage shared success. Monitor and audit advice quality to maintain compliance and consistency with internal and external standards. Build strong relationships with our contract lead, providing accurate reporting and constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

Scope of role

The Advice Manager is responsible for the effective national management and delivery of the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) service. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that advice provision meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and compliance in line with both Toynbee Hall and Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) frameworks. Working closely with technical supervisors, quality managers, the Head of Quality and Compliance, and the contract organisation lead, the Advice Manager will ensure the service is performing effectively and meeting contractual targets.

The postholder will bring significant experience in debt advice delivery, including the ability to manage complex cases, creditor challenges, and service escalations with professionalism and sound judgement. They will lead and support a dispersed, largely remote team, oversee auditing and training, maintain oversight of billables, and ensure resources are used effectively. This role requires a balance of operational leadership and technical expertise to maintain service excellence across all areas of delivery.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support individuals and families affected by ADHD across West Yorkshire. Sessions will run from various locations including our head office in Durkar, Wakefield, with regular travel across the region (travel time paid and mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile). Key Skills

Essential:
