Main duties of the job

The Charity Director is responsible for driving the purpose and impact of Frimley Health Charity (FHC), ensuring the charity delivers meaningful benefits to patients, staff, and the wider community. The role combines strategic leadership with active operational involvement, across income growth and translating the charity’s vision into practical initiatives and improvements. The postholder will develop and implement a plan to deliver on the newly agreed FHC strategy to grow income streams, maximise impact, and maintain low operating costs, while also engaging directly in day-to-day operations to ensure the charity runs smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to strategic planning, the Charity Director undertakes hands-on tasks such as financial management, data analysis, market research, process improvement, and reporting to the Charitable Funds Committee and Trust Board. FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

Based within the Wiltshire Domestic Abuse Service, the IDVA team works within a multi-agency system to provide a trauma responsive, person centered independent service for victims of domestic abuse, empowering choice through informed decision making.  You will hold a case load of high-risk victims, working proactively to support them and their families.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality service to those at the highest risk.
• To provide practical and emotional support to service users, working jointly with them to carry out, implement and review needs assessments and support plans.
• To understand and work effectively within a multi-agency framework, consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse, in order to reduce the risk for service users and their families.

Logistics Team Leader

Reports to: Logistics Manager

Purpose of the Role:

To lead, support and coordinate a team of drivers who operate remotely, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of stock between retail shops, depots and other collection points. The Team Leader ensures high standards of vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and welfare, while maintaining operational efficiency and customer service standards. 

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management 

Full line manager responsibilities for all drivers within designated Team 

Manage workloads and provide full support to both employed and Agency Drivers 

• Check plans, coordinate and monitor daily vehicle routes and schedules to ensure timely collections and deliveries between locations.
  • Ensure drivers follow established logistics procedures and comply with all company transport policies.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., punctuality, mileage, delivery accuracy).

Location: Based onsite in Crisis Skylight Merseyside, 96 Kent Street, L1 5BD

Hours: 35 per week between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis

About the role

As the Engagement and Assessment Team Leader, your team will be the first point of contact for someone who comes to Crisis for help to prevent or end their homelessness. You will be responsible for

• Ensuring that your team:
• • Welcomes them to the service on site and at partner agencies (if applicable), listening carefully and non-judgementally to their story,

• • Complete thorough Crisis and Mainstay assessments using a trauma informed approach,

• • Agree realistic options and the support needed to assist them to prevent their homelessness or a pathway out of homelessness helping them formulate a holistic plan take the initial steps, where necessary.

• • Effectively manage a caseload of members who require short term intervention to end their homelessness in a timely manner.

• Supervision and line management of your team/volunteers, including rota management to ensure effective service delivery.

• The initial contact space and service everyone contacting the Skylight will experience, ensuring that it is a psychologically informed approach

• Holding a small caseload, as required.

• Ensuring that you effectively integrate with the Crisis Client Services team on a day-to-day basis; to make collaborative, consistent and Psychologically Informed relationships with members, colleagues, volunteers and partners.

About you

• Excellent knowledge of relevant homelessness, housing and welfare legislation
• Experience of working with individuals affected by homelessness or with complex and multiple support needs
• Experience of providing excellent customer service with a commitment to deliver the highest standard of customer care
• Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team in a busy and potentially pressured environment, dealing with challenging situations and behaviours with a calm and confident approach to reach a positive resolution.
• Proven line management experience including managing employee performance, conducting supervisions, effective delegation and supporting professional development
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the role of Director of Finance exists to maximise the effective deployment of Unseen’s resources in pursuit of the charity’s mission. By delivering excellent financial oversight, proactive risk management, and effective operational support, this role enables Unseen’s front-line teams and programs to flourish. Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and South West of England.

We are now seeking an exceptional Women’s Homelessness Lead (Surrey) to shape and lead our specialist women’s homelessness service at Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. This is a rare opportunity to combine frontline leadership, strategic development, and church and community partnership building in a role with real depth, influence and impact.

About the Role

• This is a leadership role with both operational and strategic responsibility. You will:
• Provide leadership and line management to the Deputy Manager, Senior Administrator and a skilled team of support workers
• Lead the delivery of trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred support
• Develop strong partnership networks across local authorities, charities, housing providers and churches
• Shape the future of Keychange’s women’s homelessness strategy across Surrey
• Represent Keychange externally and explore opportunities for future service growth

Who We’re Looking For

You will bring:

• Substantial experience supporting or managing services for vulnerable individuals
• A strong understanding of trauma, safeguarding, risk and recovery-based practice

• Confidence engaging with churches and Christian networks across traditions
