About the role 

The Campaigning Youth Worker (CPW) will work with young people who are seeking asylum or who are refugees in London to support them to seek change to laws and policies on the issues that matter to them. This role will be located in Croydon and King’s Cross, with regular attendance at our service delivery venues across London as required, including one evening activity per week. 

The role will involve building relationships with young people who attend Young Roots activities and through outreach, having ongoing conversations about the issues that young people say matter to them, working with young people to understand how change to laws and policies happens and supporting young people to take campaigning action to achieve that change.

The ISM seeks a Legal Officer to help deliver key services to its members across a wide range of legal issues. The role includes supporting unpaid-fee claims, helping musicians understand third-party contracts, and assisting the wider legal team with ongoing matters.

These are innovative roles to develop social prescribing in the local NHS. Based in one of the six Primary Care Networks (PCN) you will work in different GP practices across that Network to deliver their specific priorities. You will join a team of ten Social Prescribing Link Workers working in Haringey PCNs and be part of a wider community-based Borough team which offers information, signposting and short-term support across the eight localities in Haringey.

Social prescribing empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing through referral to non-medical Social Prescribing Link Workers, who give time, focus on ‘what matters to me’ and take a holistic approach, connecting people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.

Social prescribing can help to strengthen community resilience and personal resilience and reduces health inequalities by addressing the wider determinants of health, such as debt, poor housing and physical inactivity, by increasing people’s active involvement with their local communities. It particularly works for people with long-term conditions (including support for mental health), for people who are lonely or isolated, or have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.
At the centre of the social prescribing process is the Social Prescribing Link Worker, working with GP Practices in a Primary Care Network, who connects patients who are referred to a range of activities and services in the local area depending on their needs, interests and capacity for engagement. This is a complex role as the SPLW will need to have good interpersonal skills to engage with the patient and have a comprehensive knowledge of the services and activities available in the local area.

Director of Transformation (DDaT)

A leading national charity is seeking an Interim Director of Transformation (DDaT) to guide the organisation through a crucial 18 month period of modernisation. This is a senior mandate suited to someone with broad technology leadership experience in fundraising charities of around 100–250 employees, and the capability to drive major transformation programmes to completion, including a significant CRM migration and the development of a modern data platform.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the charity’s technology architecture is coherent, scalable and secure, overseeing key platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Azure, and the charity’s evolving data lakehouse. You’ll bring structure to delivery and operations, managing internal teams and external partners, strengthening SLAs, and championing agile ways of working to ensure the organisation receives a high-quality, modern, and responsive technology service.

You’ll also lead the organisation through a substantial period of change, working closely with fundraising, digital, and operational teams to ensure technology aligns with strategic goals, particularly the ambition to scale income and deepen supporter engagement. Strong stakeholder management will be essential, as you will advise senior leaders and the Board on technology, risk, cybersecurity, and organisational readiness, while helping staff navigate a major shift in the charity’s digital and data capability.

Open Seas is a small environmental charity working in Scotland and beyond to promote environmental recovery in our seas and champion sustainable seafood. • Experience working within a charity environment and strong knowledge of charity SORP. 

• Proven experience in statutory accounts production, managing audits, implementing strong internal controls, and overseeing transactional teams.

This is an exciting new role to deliver policy change and enhance the rights of children and young people with a learning disability. At a key time to influence Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) education reform, we are seeking a policy specialist to shape policy work that reflects the needs and experiences of children, young people, and their families. Working within the policy team, you will be responsible for developing evidence-based policy work and influencing decision-makers. 

This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week). We are flexible with your work location, but there may be some occasional travel needed to our London office or Westminster.

You will:

· Translate complex work into clear and persuasive policy briefings, consultation responses and reports.

The Migraine Trust is the only UK migraine charity providing information and support, campaigning for awareness and change, and funding and promoting research.

One in seven people in the UK live with migraine, and this complex and debilitating neurological disorder significantly affects their lives. We have been leading and bringing the migraine community together to change this since 1965.

Every year we support millions of people through our website and support services on all aspects of migraine and for help in managing it at work, in education, and in accessing healthcare. People living with migraine are at the heart of our organisation, while our research highlights the urgent need to reduce the inequity we see for those living with the condition. You'll develop and deliver a new fundraising strategy aligned with our organisational goals, with a particular focus on individual giving and donor diversification. You'll lead and support a small team, including our Events & Community Fundraiser and Trusts Fundraiser, and work closely with the CEO, Trustees, and wider staff to embed fundraising across the organisation.

You'll be joining a charity with a deeply personal mission and a collaborative culture. Our outgoing Head of Fundraising will remain in a part-time capacity to support your onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a new fundraising strategy, with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Lead on individual giving, donor acquisition, and stewardship.
• Explore new income streams including corporate partnerships and community fundraising.
• Collaborate with communications and support teams to maximise fundraising opportunities.
• Report regularly to the CEO and Board, and oversee CRM and supporter communications.

About The Role

Whilst this is a home-based role, you will be required to live in and travel across London. 

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Regional Fundraiser to join our rewarding and growing team. This is an exciting role, which would suit someone looking to build and develop their relationship fundraising or broaden their sector experience in a major national charity.
From multi-year partnerships and supporters, right through to managing volunteers and raising awareness in our communities, the team you join is talented, fast-paced and on a mission to create a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.  The successful candidate will be able to deliver first-class relationship and account management, maximising retention as well as driving opportunities to secure new income within London (from prospecting through to pitch development and delivery).

Location: This is a homeworking role. You will be required to regularly travel across London to meet supporters on a weekly basis and occasionally attend internal meetings at locations across the country, including our flagship offices (London, Birmingham, Warrington, and Belfast). You must reside in the UK and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrable experience in relationship and community fundraising, or the ability to show transferable skills from a similar role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Proven experience in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience delivering excellent supporter stewardship and/or customer care.
- Ability to analyse data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Proven track record of achieving both financial and non-financial targets.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, with flexibility to travel across a wide geographic area

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading international human rights organisation to appoint a new Head of Finance. This is a full time, permanent vacancy with hybrid working from their London office and remotely. Our client is looking for someone to start ideally at the end of January 2026 and as such may also consider candidates on an interim basis.

The Head of Finance oversees the financial health of the organisation, and will work closely with the Chief Executive, wider Senior Management Team, Fundraising team, and budget holders throughout the organisation. You will monitor the organisational budget and ensure regular and accurate reporting against budget lines to the SMT, staff team and trustees. You will be responsible for preparing all necessary financial papers for the Board and will oversee the work of the Finance team, which is made up of the Finance Manager and the Finance Officer, working collaboratively and supporting them in their roles. Overall, you will monitor the financial functions of the organisation to ensure they run effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience of having led a finance function previously from within the charity sector. You will have a strong understanding of charity SORP and will bring excellent people management skills in order to support and mentor the finance team. You will also have demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to engage with the wider organisation including budget holders and will be adept at translating finance to non-finance staff members.
