DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview
•Support the Supporter Retention Manger (Loyalty) to design and deliver MAP’s individual giving retention strategy. Including bespoke welcome and ongoing multi-channel supporter journeys, for UK and international supporters 
•Support the Supporter Retention Manger (Loyalty) to review individual giving retention activities and supporter journeys – developing a strategic approach and annual planning with a focus on regular giving and growing life time value
•Champion an insight-driven, supporter-led approach across campaigns and collaborative projects
•Responsible for the day to day management of campaigns and projects

Campaign Management 
•Work with the Supporter Retention Manager (Loyalty) to optimise MAP’s regular giving programme and supporter journeys across Individual Giving, through a variety of online and offline channels
•Support and project manage income and retention campaigns to our warm audiences to maximise income and loyalty. Including but not limited to: data segmentation, scheduling, feedback management, agency liaison, results monitoring and end of campaign analysis
•Work with the Individual Giving Officers (Cash, Digital, Legacy and Offline Acquisition) to provide the best supporter experience possible, tailoring to and identifying different audience segments
•Support with the development of audience segmentation and testing plans to improve life-time value, retention and multiple levels of support
•Ensure processes and systems are in place to track and meet KPIs, including development of robust testing plans to optimize campaigns based on insight 
•Write compelling email copy, build and schedule email sends

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
•Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery and holistic supporter experience 
•Manage the day-to-day relationships with external agencies and suppliers, including telemarketing agencies, print-houses, fulfilment houses and creative agencies etc 
•Manage internal stakeholders through various processes, including copy and artwork sign off, and data analysis 

Collaboration and cross-organisation working 
•Support the Supporter Retention Manager (Loyalty) to achieve strategic objectives including improving retention and growing annual income, monitor income and expenditure budgets and use database analysis to inform and improve the sustainability of fundraising   
•Support cross-team and cross-organisational campaigns and projects, including the annual Impact Report
•Work with teams across MAP to source compelling stories, programmatic information and impact stats suitable for campaigns
•Work with colleagues across MAP to align Fundraising campaigns with other areas of MAP’s work e.g. the Advocacy, Campaigns and Communications team, and Programmes team

Reporting and insights
•Championing a test and learn approach: identifying opportunities, developing tests and reporting on results
•Ensuring campaigns are set up in order to effectively track and monitor performance so lessons learned can be carried forward
•Reporting on campaign performance and conduct end-of-campaign reviews - analysing data to spot trends and make recommendations for future campaigns
•Proactively share insight and promote individual giving by internally communicating the impact of retention, supporter journeys and committed long-term supporters (regular giving) 

Invoice processing and administration
•Support the management of the Individual Giving budget, including the processing of invoices and other expenditure documents, working on MAP’s account software, X-ledger

•Experience of working in Individual Giving or Fundraising with a proven record of achieving income generation targets OR Experience of working in Individual Giving/Supporter Engagement with a proven record of developing supporter journeys, audience insight and retention campaigns that improved retention and sustainable income. The Role

Working within our International Partnerships, Programmes and Research (IPPR) team, the Senior Programme Development Officer will secure income for Peace Direct through research, development and management of relationships with new and existing funders. The post holder will proactively identify new funders, write proposals and reports and steward relationships to secure and maintain the funding necessary for Peace Direct to achieve its organisational goals. This includes programmatic, research, advocacy and strategic funding, working with restricted and unrestricted grants from institutional and trust and foundation funders ranging from £1,000 to £1m+. In collaboration with others, the post holder will also accompany advise and support local partners to diversify their funding.

The role is for someone with an enthusiasm for working with funders, with a strong track record of successfully securing grants from trusts, foundations and/or institutional donors. You will have strong writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and be capable of working effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines. A strong affinity with peacebuilding and an interest in challenging the way the international cooperation and peacebuilding sectors works would be beneficial, as would language skills in French, Spanish and/or Arabic.

We are looking to recruit a Youth Outreach Worker in London for a new role within our UK Safeguarding on Transport Programme. This is a 12-month outreach pilot engaging and safeguarding young people in and around Waterloo Station, helping identify and safeguard young people under 18 years at risk of criminal and sexual exploitation, county lines, missing from home, homelessness or family breakdown. This pivotal role will focus on deepening our understanding of the lived experiences of those affected by dementia and driving the development and delivery of our Involvement Strategic Plan. As Head of Involvement, you’ll lead a dynamic team, collaborating across the organisation and with external partners to influence the wider dementia sector. What You’ll Focus On

- Leadership, Culture Transformation & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of Alzheimer’s Society’s Involvement Strategic Plan, ensuring meaningful, impactful, and inclusive involvement of people affected by dementia.
- Inclusion & Diversity: Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion, creating opportunities to amplify the voices of underrepresented communities and people affected by Dementia.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership to the Involvement team, building a high-performing culture prioritising wellbeing, learning, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain trusted, high-impact relationships with stakeholders across health, social care, and the third sector.
- Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate across directorates and with external partners, ensuring that involvement is embedded in all organisational and strategic initiatives.
- Impact Measurement: Use data and insights to clearly articulate the impact of involvement on operations, strategic direction, and culture change.

You should be a trusted expert who demonstrates compassion, determination, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference. The ideal candidate will also have:

The Role

The Administrative Officer will play a key role in helping to ensure the smooth running of HEP’s operations, events, and communications, and in delivering the high-quality service that underpins our success.  This role reports jointly to the Operations Manager and the Lead for Digital and Communications. 

Key Responsibilities 

Administrative Support

• First point of contact for schools, clients, suppliers, and visitors triaging issues and responding efficiently and helpfully to queries in person, via phone, and by email
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining records and supporting internal workflows and some internal team communications
• Monitoring of shared inboxes across various teams, addressing enquiries in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Operations, Comms, CPD and Curriculum teams to support projects and workstreams

Event / Visitor Coordination

• Prepare and manage meeting rooms and training venues liaising with trainers and delegates
• Assist with the planning and delivery of in-person and online events, including training sessions, conferences, and away days
• Creati event collateral in a professional and timely manner 

CPD Support

• Support with organising and hosting online and in-person training and courses
• Support with the development of CPD promotional material including brochures and flyers
• Support with uploading HEPs training programme and events onto website
• Support the technical and logistical setup for virtual meetings and webinars

Communications and Digital Support

• Website administration support, resolving member queries 
• Help in creation and distribution of communication materials, such as flyers, newsletters, brochures,podcasts and content for social media/digital channels
• Work with the Communications Team to ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Mondaycom, Adobe Suite
• Good numeracy and data-handling skills

The Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team at Toynbee Hall is part of a national initiative launched in partnership with We Are Group and The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, funded by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). This service provides individuals undergoing mental health crisis treatment with temporary protection from debt collection activities, allowing them a “breathing space” to focus on their recovery without the immediate pressures of financial obligations. Toynbee Hall contributes to this initiative by offering regulated debt advice, conducting renewal checks, and providing comprehensive signposting support, ensuring that clients receive holistic assistance during their crisis period.

Scope of role

The Administration Coordinator provides crucial support to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team by managing administrative processes efficiently. The role focuses on handling key back-office tasks that enable the team to deliver timely and accurate support to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Coordinate team inboxes and triage emails to appropriate team members or stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs – handling routine enquiries as standard and more complex enquiries as directed.
• Coordinate team tasks in AdvicePro, resolving issues, issuing or preparing correspondence, and highlighting urgent or non-standard cases for direction and resolution.
• Ensure CRM is maintained with accurate client and case information, running reports for management to review cases, prepare MI returns and support invoicing routines.
• Resolve or triage enquiries via the Insolvency Service portal, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Process incoming MHCBS applications and handle scheme closures using standard operating procedures, escalating non-standard issues or cases for direction and resolving issues.
• Support accurate reporting by ensuring high data integrity and flagging inconsistencies.
• Coordinate administrative needs for team meetings, external engagements, and cross-agency
