We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, qualified SEND Teacher to join us on our ambitious journey. Your day to day role will include delivering creative and person-centred lessons to up to 8 learners in a pre-formal class.

Your role:
- Provide excellent delivery, teaching and course leadership to learners across TreeHouse School.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people we support.
- Work with pupils to ensure they receive a service that delivers the outcomes specified in their individualised learning, person-centred plans.
- Prepare and deliver schemes of work, lesson plans, assignments and assessments in line with departmental and awarding body requirements.
- Work collaboratively with allied health professionals as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
Our learners are mostly pre-verbal or use assistive communication systems to make their needs understood and follow different pathways depending on their needs and strengths, these are pre, semi and formal and you can read more on our website.

We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.
In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).
You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
- Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager.

- Excellent project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects to the highest of standards, on time and on budget
- Experience of working with busy stakeholders, especially those who work on a voluntary basis

About LMK Leaders
LMK Leaders are passionate and organised educators who run community workshops, aimed at young people aged between 11 and 24. Through engaging, relatable workshops, Leaders help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
Expectations of LMK Leaders
- Always adhere to LMK and host organisations health & safety and safeguarding practices and procedures.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries with young people, peers, and professionals.
- Respond to comms (emails/WhatsApp) sent out by LMK team members in a timely manner, to support planning and organising of sessions.
- Plan and deliver interactive LMK workshops in educational and community settings in line with LMK delivery style and ethos.
- Meet with co-facilitators to carry out pre-session planning, minimum three working days before delivery.
- Use your experience and knowledge of the issues affecting young people to tailor the workshops accordingly.
- Ensure all youth participants and the adults in school/community organisations who attend a LMK workshop complete the post session feedback surveys.
- Complete a reflective post session Leader survey after each workshop to support practice and programme development.
- Debrief with LMK’s Programme Development Manager and provide ongoing feedback about your sessions through LMK’s reflective practice processes.
- Accommodate a maximum of two workshop observations by LMK staff/supporters per academic year, designed to bolster our funding and thought leadership strategy.
- Undertake relevant training associated with LMK’s work, including but not restricted to diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, violence against women and girls (VAWG).
- Undertake at least one quality assurance observation per year, completed by an LMK Programme Development Manager, and enhance practice via developmental feedback.
- Continue to learn about and develop your skills on the issues affecting young people’s relationships including domestic violence, abuse, adverse childhood experiences, trauma informed practice, gang culture and grooming, mental health, sexual exploitation, consent, sharing of nudes /sexting, bullying in person and online, tech and online safety, pornography.
- Share your knowledge and expertise by providing feedback and, where requested, co-designing training and educational resources on issues affecting young people and their relationships.
- Mandatory attendance of termly virtual Leader huddles and reflective sessions to remain connected to peers and organisational values, mission, purpose and operational matters.
- Contribute towards and keep up to date with LMK internal/external communications platforms, such as LMK newsletters and social media.
- Engage with LMK’s Youth Advisory Board Members, if and when invited to do so.
- Lead by example and promote healthy relationship behaviours in your own lives/communities and within LMK (team player; acknowledging and working with diversity; being receptive to new ideas and developmental feedback, etc)
- Use your own networks to recruit new schools and youth groups into the programme.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
- Extensive experience of teaching or working with young people (10 to 24 yrs old) in educational or community settings.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience co-designing, delivering and evaluating group sessions, consisting of minimum of 12 and maximum of 30 participants.
- Experience or co-designing session plans and co-facilitating with others; able to collaborate equally with others.
- A strong commitment to young people and knowledge and understanding of issues affecting their relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space, that allows young people to speak freely about their relationships and experience.
- Able to adapt and be flexible in workshops to get the best engagement from a range of participants.
Must also:
- Be entitled to work in the UK.
- Hold a DBS certificate or be willing to let LMK undertake a check on your behalf.
- Have a recent safeguarding qualification from a recognised provider or be willing to undertake additional training in this area.
- Be flexible to work non-traditional, after-school and occasional weekend / holiday hours.
- Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, confidentiality, data protection and reporting concerns to an appropriate person.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Student Administration Officer will work with the Associate facing Programmes team to support the successful delivery of the upReach programme, focused on the programme operations of onboarding new Associates.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will contribute to upReach's mission by working with our programme team to facilitate the onboarding of new Associates. You will be responsible for key processes and tasks on the Associate Tracking System, to enable upReach to deliver effectively and to meet objectives and key results (OKRs). These include:

Associate Tracking System: steward applicants through the pipeline; confirm student eligibility; answering applicant and Programme Coordinator queries; track and report on pipeline progress; help Programme Coordinators with reporting on programme application progress;

We are looking for an experienced, visionary and strategic Director of Community Services to lead and develop our Advice and Support Services and our Engagement and Development Programmes. You will have a passion for, and a demonstrable track record of, building strong, resilient, and inclusive communities as well as developing and motivating a team of staff and volunteers. You will be a supportive, compassionate, enthusiastic, and experienced leader and manager of Community led and quality-led Community services.
An effective change manager, you will be passionate about making a real difference to the Irish and wider communities across London. This is a great opportunity to join the leadership team of the London Irish Centre (LIC) as it embarks upon a significant turning point in its 70-year history, helping the charity deliver its ambitious organisational strategy to empower and enrich even more lives through Irish Community and Culture.
About You
- You have demonstrable experience of leading and managing community services in the independent or public sector for a minimum of ten years.
- You are a professional, enthusiastic leader who can bring your sector experience to benefit this critical role and the wider organisation.
- You are an inspirational leader, bringing a team and others with you and leading by example.
- You have a proven track record in successfully leading a team, across multiple service delivery areas, and in implementing change.
- You are well-organised, able to manage several competing requirements with the ability to prioritise your work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and are comfortable working with people across a wide portfolio, with various levels of experience and socio-economic backgrounds.
Key areas of responsibility
Workforce
- Maintain a positive culture within the Centre in line with the London Irish Centre values and expectations.
- Overall responsibility for management, development, motivation, support and appraisal of the community services teams, and other team members when agreed with the line manager.
- Maintain and implement effective policies and processes for managing staff and volunteers, including recruitment and retention, induction, training and appraisals.
- Ensure adequate and appropriately skilled staffing of the community services team.
- Monitor performance against budgets, targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure best practice and quality assured delivery of Community Services and Programmes.
Financial
- Overall responsibility for management and reporting of community services budget.
- Overall responsibility for management and monitoring of all community services` grants.
- Responsibility for ensuring services are managed within delegated budget.
- Operating within financial governance arrangements at London Irish Centre.
Income generation
- Ensure relationships with all supporters and donors are managed and developed effectively, including trusts, individuals, major donors and corporate partners.
- Identify suitable new grant and trust funds and lead on applications.
- Lead on monitoring, reporting and submissions for current grant and trust funds in accordance with funders` requirements.
Impact and Innovation
- Overall responsibility for the service`s impact management in line with the London Irish Centre’s theory of change.
- Lead on identification and adoption of innovative technology to improve the processes and impact on community services.
- Overall responsibility for communicating the outcomes and impact of the community services and programmes.
- Strategic Development.
- Work with the CEO, other management and the Board of Trustees to set and achieve the charity`s strategic objectives.
- Ensure Community Services resources are effectively targeted.
- Lead in implementing a strategic plan for Community Services and support team leaders to deliver against performance targets.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Engage with existing and new partners to ensure the charity meets the increasing needs of those who use our community services.
