Key responsibilities:

Programme Development

• Take the ownership of programme adaptation and development projects considering the differing needs of delivery across the country and allowing diversity of thought to thrive.
• Support Money Ready in innovating into new programme areas that help deliver our mission. Use your insight and experience to help support changes to our current programmes in a structured and thoughtful way.
• Support Money Ready in engaging with young people to help develop our programmes as we move the organisation into a cocreation mindset. 

External Relations

• Establish Money Ready as the go to provider for financial education programmes in your area. Build networks that will provide Money Ready with a range of opportunities in:
• Building referrals for programme participants
• Building local influence with key stakeholders (working with our policy team) Support local fundraising (working with our fundraising team)
• Be the best ambassador for our work to all external stakeholders including young people, delivery partners, politicians, funders, the press, the wider education community, local authorities and so on.

Working across

• Money Ready Work with colleagues across the country as we continue to develop and grow the Programme & Delivery directorate and the wider organisation.
• Contribute to areas of the organisation that are ‘outside’ your immediate focus acting as trusted counsel to those in roles or teams that are different to yours.

Allsorts' mission is to listen to, connect, and support children and young people under the age of 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+), or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

The opportunity.....

You will play a pivotal role in growing income across the Hospice and leading new, relationship-based approaches to fundraising.

With responsibility for Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations, and Regular and Mid-Value Giving you will create and lead a new strategy to develop these areas and manage and grow a portfolio of high-value relationships.

You will also work hand in hand with Hospice colleagues to identify and curate exciting fundraising propositions, helping to raise strategic funds for our services.

As a leader in the fundraising team, you will provide coaching and management to your team and deputise for the Director Fundraising.

You will be central in forming close working relationships across the Hospice and with the Board of Trustees, enabling a whole hospice approach to fundraising.

The must haves:

• Fundraising Success: At least six years’ experience operating in a Major Gifts or Trusts and Foundations role and a track record of personally securing and stewarding five and six figure gifts
• Strategic thinker: Experience of researching, developing and implementing new strategies, and associated budgets and KPIs, and of developing portfolios, and prospect management tools
• Leading and inspiring: At least four years’ experience of inspiring, managing and developing 1+ line reports
• Proposition development: Creative in outlook and with experience of developing donor-centric fundraising propositions

Main purpose of post
This is a senior role within the Fundraising team, responsible for driving forward
Weston Park Cancer Charity’s income generation strategy across key fundraising
channels, particularly within community fundraising, donor development, and
community partnerships. Working with the Head of Fundraising and community
fundraising team, you will lead the design and delivery of an ambitious and
creative community fundraising programme.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising:
 Lead and deliver an ambitious and creative community fundraising
programme, identifying new opportunities to engage individuals, groups,
schools, faith groups, sports clubs, volunteer fundraisers, and community
organisations.
 Maintain, develop and deliver a calendar of high-impact community
campaigns such as Time for Tea, that inspire participation, raise awareness of
the charity’s work, and generate sustainable income.
 Use insights and audience data to create tailored supporter journeys that
build long-term relationships, encourage repeat fundraising, and deepen
engagement.
 Harness audience data and insight to expand our fundraising reach,
increasing income in underserved areas of the region.

Monitoring & Reporting
 Manage community fundraising income and expenditure budgets, ensuring
strong ROI and cost-effectiveness.

Team Management and Development
 Line manage and inspire team members.

This role will assist with all aspects of the activities of our clinical training programmes within The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care. The Clinical Courses Co-Ordinator will work closely with our clinical and operational teams from both the HEMS and PRU services along with our university colleagues and degrees faculty.

Main purpose of post
As the Operations Assistant you will be supporting the Operations Manager in
delivering and maintaining effective operational function at the charity.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
 Act as the first point of contact for premises, facilities, IT and Estates
issues across all Weston Park Cancer Charity locations.
 Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining a secure and organised
premises and facilities, which ensure colleagues, volunteers and visitors
are safe and experience a welcoming environment.
 Support the Operations Manager in the successful delivery of the Annual
Operations plan.
 Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and take
minutes in operations-related working groups.
 Support with updating operational policies and procedures.
 Act as a Charity Data Protection Officer (DPO), alongside the Operations
Manager - following relevant training, to promote a strong GDPR culture.
 Assist in the coordination of charity vehicle fleet maintenance schedules
and provide breakdown response support.
 Assist in the control and coordination of the use of charity space and
assets, including liaising with contractors and Sheffield Teaching

maintain the IT security score.

General Administrative Support & Development
 Handle general enquiries from staff, patients, and volunteers efficiently.

Environmental Advocate

recycling, energy use, carbon footprint).

and/or increase income under the direction of the Operations Manager.

About the Role

This is a pivotal senior leadership role at the heart of NCTJ's growth strategy - and is not your typical charity role.

It's a chance to lead on large-scale projects, shape commercial strategy, and build partnerships that make a real difference, while working alongside a passionate and supportive team. As Head of Business Development, you'll lead on identifying and securing revenue opportunities while forming strategic partnerships that support their mission and charitable objectives. Working Pattern: As the store is open 7 days a week, the successful post holder will be required to on a rota basis which will include weekend, evening, and bank holiday working.

As Development Assistant you will:

· Support excellent donor engagement and stewardship through thank you letters, mailings, creation of literature and event co-ordination and support.

· Deepen supporter relationships through accurately recording all income and activities on the Cathedral’s CRM system. Maximise the effectiveness of the CRM and keeping records up to date. (We are currently reviewing our systems, and this role will be instrumental in supporting implementation of any new systems.)

· Assist in the preparation and analysis of data and reports for use by the wider team to support future plans and activity.

· Amplify the prospecting work of the team by undertaking preliminary research and preparing briefing materials, in consultation with members of the team.

· Showcase the work of the Cathedral through supporting event organisation.

· Be keen to develop your fundraising skills and undertake relevant training and skills development to keep up to date with the changing requirements of the role.
