This key senior management role is responsible for the operational delivery of services, in line with the Christian ethos and values of People Matter. Off The Record Twickenham is a unique charity in Richmond borough which provides free and confidential counselling, walk-in information and sexual health support to young people aged 11-24 who live, work or study in Richmond borough. Our vision is that “Every young person has a welcoming space where they feel valued, supported and listened to”. We support over 1,000 young people every year.
In the coming year we have secured grant and other income covering two thirds of our planned expenditure of £340,000 and we need to fundraise for the remainder. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Funded Projects Officer to aid the success of our project delivery.
The Role:
• Aid the successful delivery of projects through the development of realistic project budgets that inform internal decision-making and strengthen funding applications.
• Monitor income and expenditure against approved budgets, highlight risks and implications, and help ensure the Trust remains in a healthy financial position.
• Maximise grant income through organised grant claims, good funder relations and effective negotiations.

This is an exciting role in the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK we are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join our HR team and provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR reporting, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. You will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, supporting employee queries, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and committed to delivering a professional and confidential HR service.
Essential Skills
· Previous experience in a HR role.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people through supporting the Army Cadet Force and its activities in the community. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
