Serving over 2k+ individuals per year, we help people to realise their potential through education and employment, offering life-affirming opportunities to families and children, and engaging over 2,000 people through social change events such as The School of Humanity and TEDx Ladbroke Grove, aimed to build human connections for a stronger, more cohesive society.

We are Borderline Support UK CIC, a non-profit organisation which is entirely volunteer-run and is led by our service users who are living with, or affected by, borderline personality disorder (BPD). We provide support and information to anyone in the UK affected by BPD. Every year we support more than 2000 people through our peer support groups and support services. We support people diagnosed with BPD, those who are living with symptoms, and their loved ones.
Key responsibilities
Illustration and Graphic Design
- Developing high-quality supportive visual content for use in social media, website and publications
- Develop visual content that aligns with our branding and mission
- Design infographics to convey information relating to BPD
Collaboration
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand project requirements and deliver visual content meeting that brief
- Accept feedback from team members to improve and refine visual content
Content Development
- Develop high-quality content for awareness campaigns and fundraising events
- Contribute to the creating of resources such as guides, brochures and presentations
- Design promotional material
Innovation and Creativity
- Bring fresh and innovate ideas to the table
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work
- Experiment with different styles and techniques to create unique and impactful content
Experience

- Degree or equivalent experience in illustration, graphic design, visual arts or related field
